I've been going to Kevin and Lily since I moved to Houston in 2022, and I can honestly say--they are the absolute BEST. Kevin is a true artist when it comes to nails. He's meticulous, creative, and always makes sure my nails are perfect down to the last detail. Lily handles my pedicures and brows, and she is just as amazing--gentle, precise, and so kind. I always leave feeling pampered and looking flawless. When they moved to Bay Colony Nail Spa, I didn't even think twice--I followed them without hesitation, and I will never leave. It's rare to find a duo that not only delivers exceptional service but also genuinely cares about their clients. I'm beyond grateful I found them. If you're looking for top-tier service and people who truly love what they do, Kevin and Lily are it! read more

I had a drink , music is good, super clean, and the entire staff is super friendly ! I worked with Dianna and she was great , I got a classic pedicure and I tend to have a lot of build of skin under my heel ( a skin condition) and she made sure to really take her time even tho it was only a classic pedicure! She made sure I liked my toe colors and changed it after the 3rd time with no fuss or side eye ! She was so helpful , it's sometimes really awkward and uncomfortable getting my feet done with all the extra dead skin but she didn't make me feel ashamed . read more

Julie brought my vision to life will be coming back for sure thank you so much for having me thank you for having me !

Service was good, and everyone was really nice. Prices are diabolical. I got a SUPER SHORT almond french for $65. That's absolutely outrageous, and the french tip was not even that good. I'm returning tomorrow to get them re done since i was in a rush today. My daughter got a SUPER SHORT square with design and the french tip was awful and the price for that was $75. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. read more

so sweet and treated me so good!! would recommend my family and friends. she took the time to talk to us and get to know us .

Worst experience ever... The reviews I read before coming here are all amazing & I will say most workers were extremely friendly but Nicole was very rude, I left with a cut on my pinky, fear that I was charged double & was misinformed about prices. I had Nicole doing a dip for me & she seemed almost irritated by me moving or not being in a position convenient for her throughout the process. She did an okay job but what was more upsetting than the bad attitude, was the fact that she was filing very hard & literally cut my pinky. She seemed more unapologetic than anything. When she was done with the process she complained that her nails were ruined from my color choice & left dip residue on my fingers which I had to ask to be removed before I left. The cut on my pinky was very apparent as she unhappily used acetone to remove the residue & it burned. I've never felt more uncomfortable getting my nails done in my life & I consistently get them done. My pedicure was the only positive experience & unfortunately I do not have the name of the technician else I would praise her for her friendliness & attentiveness. Then when I went to pay I was told that because my nails were longer & I chose a shape that I literally already had on my nails, there were extra fees. I don't mind paying for fees when I am informed before agreeing to the service but I have in writing via Instagram that it was supposed to be a set price & there was no mention of these extra charges until the services were done. The excuse she gave me was that the person who wrote to me didn't know of added charges which is honestly the worst excuse I've ever heard. It was also an extra $17 for gel on a pedicure which is the most I've ever paid for that add on. Length & shape should be included when they are literally my own grown nails & the shape is already there. To top it off the girl who did my transaction charged me the wrong price & then had to void & redo it. I've never felt so robbed or uncomfortable in my life during a nail experience. Such a shame since the environment truly is beautiful but I rather go to another business where I am not mistreated as a paying customer, leave feeling robbed, or am literally in pain afterwards. It is extremely upsetting. read more

My husband and I came for our anniversary before we left for our trip. He received a manicure and pedicure. The quality was terrible he started bleeding and pus was coming out of his finger and toe less than a week after us leaving. I text them and they only responded with I'm sorry. I told them they should clean their tools and not rush in between clients. For me and my husband they charged us $200+ it wasn't worth the price at all. Now we're going to have to go to the doctor. read more

I love the customer service! My nail man is KEVIN! He is the best.. His wife Lele is the best at pedi

Don't recommend. Came here with a friend for a mani & pedi (shellac). Pedis were nice until I noticed that they cute my cuticles. Manis were okay, they made all of my friend's cuticles bleed. Decided we weren't coming back after that. Fast forward a week later, my polish is lifting and getting stuck in my hair. Overall, service was under par. read more

The employees are very nice and gentle with you and make sure you're comfortable. Kenny did my nails and I love them. I can tell he took his time and takes pride in his work. The inside of the salon is very upscale. I would put this in with any luxury nail spa with fair prices. I got a regular pedicure no polish ($35) and my acrylic set with gems/3D ($90) read more

!!! OVER PRICED !!! Me and my boyfriend mother came to this establishment on April 6 2025 (I added the date for people trying to find most recent reviews) we paid $315 for two mani pedis NO ACRYLICS NO ADD ONS NO DELUXE SPA we came in early as they take walk in's we were immediately told to pick ours colors for our nails rushed to our seats and the lady's began working on both our feet and hands at the same time we both got shellac polish which I'm aware is an extra charge but was very disappointed when the very simple designs were a struggle for them and on top of that they do not give you a hand rest when you are getting your nails done ours nails were clumpy uneven and lots of over spill I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

Huan was great but he started getting too deep into political talk with me and I think it was extremely unprofessional. I was pretty uncomfortable and almost asked to get switched to a different tech. I love this shop though, always clean and friendly read more

first time at this nail salon, and i hate to say ill never be back :( The lady I got took a literal CHUNK of skin out of the side of my foot using a SPONGE???!!! not sure how that even happens, yet she did it! Also when i put my feet in the pedicure tub it was so hot that it made me see spots-- and i usually love the water to be hot-- and the lady next to me had the same experience! I would give them 1 star but they did a decent job on the toe paint. read more

I went in for a manicure and pedicure a couple of months ago. I wasn't going to complain but the girl ruined my nails and toe nails. She used a grinder on them and they are still so thin, they break off as soon as they grow a little. It was a bad experience. They hurt for several weeks. I will never let anyone use those on my nails again. read more

Made a reservation for two, arrived at the same time as other patrons who announced that they did not have an appointment. They were taken immediately while we were made to wait. After 15 minutes they took us both back but left one of us waiting with her feet in the tub for another 15 minutes at least. Pedicure and manicure was nothing special and cost similar to other locations who honor reservations and provide better customer service. read more

I think your service is wonderful. The young ladies give them a 100%. Well when you're gonna get a service done I just won't believe why you charge extra for the nail polish. Why you charge extra to trim the nail? You're expensive as it is. We're trying to go get relax. Then you want to add on the tip eighteen to twenty four percent, no. read more

I tried Bay Colony since it is new and located near me. My 1st visit was 2/22. I got basic manicure and pedicure by Lucy. She was pleasant. Two days later the polish started chipping on several nails. I called Bay Colony to inform what happened and was told to come in for re-polish. Upon arrival Gigi looked at my nails, then the Tracy looked at my nails then a third person looked at my nails. I felt like I was being put on trial for a simple re-polish. I explained polish normally last at least 1.5 weeks before the polish starts to chip. Several of them began to talk amongst themselves looking at me then laughing. This became very disturbing to me. I asked why is there a major discussion about this and there is no humor in me having to return here within a few days. Ray, continued staring at me often while he was with a customer. He then started telling the customer why I was there. I asked why is there a discussion about why I'm here with other customers. Then Sandy comes out and begins to remove the chipped polish. At this point I no longer wanted to stay in this very negative and unprofessional environment. I asked for their names, Tracy continued to giggling as I asked for the owner's name, which is Cindy. As l was leaving Gigi asked me to stay and have a glass of wine and she would redo my nails when she finished her customer. I thanked her and advised the damage has been done and I will never return. Gigi asked me to come back after closing and she would redo my nails. After much thought, I decided it was in my best interest never return to Bay Colony. Gigi also text me the next day apologizing and asking me to come back to get my nails redone. read more
