We came on a Saturday afternoon and surprisingly, there was one person in chair and no one else waiting. I have gone to numerous people who have really screwed up my natural shape and thinned my brows out over the years. I told Neha I wanted to make my eyebrows as thick as possible and try and get my natural shape back. She was very thorough, detail oriented and personal. She went over a whole little plan for my eyebrows that she and I are to stick to for the next 3 months. Don't expect this girl to honor her word. We called ahead a day before and made an appointment, but when we showed up (on time!), we were told we would have to wait until she finished with all of the walk-ins ahead of us. It's fine if she didn't take appointments but she promised that we had an appointment when we called. She clearly mislead us with a promise that she did not intend to keep to secure our business, but when she already had business the next day, she broke her word since she already had walk in money. Her excuse was "I've had appointments that don't show so I can't plan my walk-ins around appointments. I'm busy so it's first come-first serve." Like what?! I normally don't leave bad reviews as I feel guilty. But I grew out my eyebrow and she thinned them out to two little lines. They are uneven. There are scabs and bruises underneath my eyebrows. As well as a painful cut on my nose from her threading the middle. It hurts and my eyebrows are still swollen and red 24 hours later. I thought people were being dramatic about the wait times. I went to her for the first time about a month ago and she did an amazing job and the wait was quick. I came back last Saturday with a friend and she was unable to see us because she was going out to lunch and had several people in front of us. Fine, I understand, Saturday is busy. So come Friday I come in at 2 to beat the after work crowd and get to her after her lunch, which she took at 12 the Saturday I tried to get in with my friend. Nope. It was the same story. She showed me a list of names in front of me, and told me she was going to lunch after finishing them. I drove half an hour to see her twice and was told I would be waiting not only for the people I front of me but for her to take her lunch whenever she felt like it and for however long she felt (she was unable to give me an ETA on her return). THEN she has the gall to tell me to come back with cash when I return. LOL. I ain't returning. Like I got nothing better to do than to wait for her to have her lunch at whatever unpredictable time she pleases everyday for who knows how long (she doesn't know so who would?). I was really excited to have found somebody who does really good work, but work ethic is seriously lacking and I will not be wasting any more time driving down here. I love Neha! This is my first visit with her and she's the sweetest lady ever. She takes her time and really understand brow shaping and styling, unlike the bigger brow places where they just thread and go. She even gave tips like using castor oil to help with brow growth and knows how to clean the brows up when you're still growing them out. She's also very gentle when it comes to doing the upper lip cuz I'm usually bawlin on the lips but I've only shed a few tears with her.
