Neha is seriously the sweetest lady ever. This place is really popular so you usually have to wait a little when you enter but I guarantee that the wait is worth it. I did my research as a good Yelper should and arrived at exactly 10 am on a Weds morning. Her "office" setup was unique and unlike anything I'd seen before. Its one very large building with maybe 30+ 15x10 (rough estimate) salon spaces set up inside that beauty workers can rent out. So it's like going to an indoor swap meet but for beauty! And it's way nicer in here. PS. Neha's stall is the first stall on the left when entering the building. Back to Neha- she was just as lovely and sweet as everyone says. I had to bring my 1 year old with me and she was incredibly patient with him in the room. She gave me some great advice regarding the future growth of my brow and besides that did an excellent job shaping them. Will most definitely be back. read more

I love Neha! This is my first visit with her and she's the sweetest lady ever. She takes her time and really understand brow shaping and styling, unlike the bigger brow places where they just thread and go. She even gave tips like using castor oil to help with brow growth and knows how to clean the brows up when you're still growing them out. She's also very gentle when it comes to doing the upper lip cuz I'm usually bawlin on the lips but I've only shed a few tears with her. Neha is located in the Plaza Shops. When you walk in, she is directly to your left. She had a had a sign in sheet and was told I could wait by the fountain. It's a super cute building and the fountain was relaxing. But the best part was Neha. She is warm and inviting. She asked me my typical routine and I fessed up to plucking, and not doing very well on my own. She explained her plan with my eyebrows, for today and the future. She let me know that when I'm finished, I will have a few hairs that look like strays, but they have a purpose for later and don't tweeze! When she started, she had me focus on deep breaths, which calmed my nerves. Threading has some pain involved, but Neha was VERY gentle compared to my past experiences. She showed me exactly how to pull my eyebrow, since it has been a while since I've done threading. She was very precise, making sure to get all the hair she intended to. She told me to come back in three weeks, if I can stand it, so she can shape my brow better. She even did brow powder and blended to show me the look that she is trying to achieve for me.
