This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, so I was super nervous especially after having a horrible experience with waxing, but may I say Neha did not disappoint! I've been tweezing my own eyebrows for years but with time I just didn't have a nice shape anymore and because of Neha, my eyebrows have never looked better! She listens to what you want and even gave me advice on what and what not to tweeze so my shape can be even better. Neha is hands down the best eyebrow threader I have met in the CL area and quite possibly all of south Houston. She knows what she's doing. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows (I have thick eyebrows and like them to stay that way) and used to drive an hour to get my eyebrows done when I lived in Dallas so I'm glad I found Neha, who is amazing with the thread, so close to my house in CL. If you go thurs- Saturday, there's usually at least 2 ppl waiting for her, but she is definitely worth the wait! read more

Amazing experience. Neha explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I have had trouble finding someone who would be able to help shape my eyebrows- Neha was amazing and very sweet. Although she takes credit cards, next time I will bring cash just so she doesn't have a fee that is attached to her guests using credit cards. read more

I had called the day before to schedule 2 appointments for 2:30pm. However, when we showed up (10 minutes early to make sure we made it on time) she had already taken 3 walk ins saying we would have to wait at least 20 additional minutes past our appointment. It's disappointing she unapologetically refused to honor our appointments, shrugging and trying to justify it by saying it was her "busy day". I understand she's busy, but failing to mention that or that we would likely have to wait on the phone when I called the day before was inconsiderate and unprofessional. read more

I have been going to Neha for YEARS and nobody else will ever touch my eyebrows. Her threading is Amazing! She takes time with each client and gives great customer service. I like to compare Neha to chikfilA. When you go to chikfilA you know you are going to get great food and great customer service , but there is always a line. Whether it be in the drive thru or inside. Why? Because everyone knows theyre awesome. Same goes with Neha! She is amazing and the word is spreading. So yes, if you want your eyebrows to look wonderful you might have a wait. Thats why if u dont have 1-2 hrs to wait dont come during lunch break or on saturdays. Ive gone at 10 during the week and been in and out in 15 mins. We also have to be reasonable, each person takes at least 15 minutes. So if you get there and there are 4 people in front of you that is at least an hour wait. When i go I usually have to take my daughter(toddler) so i make sure I take snacks and stuff to keep her entertained. Its not bad if you are prepared. The wait time is not exaggerated but it is well worth it. I have gone in on super busy days around 2 or 3 and Neha hasn't even eaten yet, why? Because she wanted to get the people waiting on her done before taking a break. She doesn't have a scheduled lunch time because if there is a long wait she doesn't want to leave them waiting. However we have to understand she is human and does need to eat. Unless you want her passing out while doing your eyebrows, then nobody will get them done. Going to Neha is even better than going to the doctors office. At the doctor's You usually wait a long time in the waiting room and then a long time in the room. Then the doctor only spends about 5 minutes with you. Well here you might wait a little but you get one on one attention and great looking eyebrows at the end. She is the best, hands down! I understand that I will have to wait. It makes me happy that more people discover and get to experience great eyebrows. read more
