She truly makes your wax painless, even if you went a whole quarantine and some months without an appointment. I figure I'd be softly cursing after every pull, instead we were chatting it up about traveling and different adventures we've had. I don't know how she does it lol. Something like magic! At 12:09, the door opened, and another customer was leaving. The time we were waiting, we thought no one was here. Due to the lateness, the aesthetician should have kindly apologized and let us know that she was still with a customer and would be doing our service soon. This time, it was not a good experience. I felt uncomfortable, and she was not friendly enough to get me in relax mode. In the future, I will stick with making my appointment with Danielle. The good thing is they did give a $10 credit.
