I did a bunch of research on microblading before I decided to just go for it! I knew that I LOVED the potential results by looking at dozens of before and after pictures. Who wouldn't love waking up with perfect, natural looking brows?! I did have a big concern though...I either found reviews that said 'it hurt' or 'didn't feel a thing.' My other concern was that I wanted to find a place that had really great reviews- they are working on your face after all! So... here is it... Natasha is WONDERFUL! She numbs your eyebrow area before starting the microblading. So, the most you feel is pressure. And in some places you don't even feel pressure. Believe me when I say that you do not have to be concerned about pain- I DO NOT like needles and have a low pain tolerance. The numbing process honestly feels like a really rough eyebrow plucking. Then once that is done, you don't feel a thing while Natasha does her magic. Skin Solutions Day Spa is my new favorite place! It's very cozy, you walk in and you are met with wonderful, relaxing smells. Everyone I met was very patient and nice. Great customer service- which is an absolute must for me!! They offer so many different services- eyebrows, eyelashes, massages, skin treatments. It's hard to just choose one! And honestly, the reviews all speak for themselves. I've been getting my lashes done since 2015. I've been to a chain and several different technicians in Dallas and the SE Houston area, and have had several good experiences and a few bad experiences. I was referred to the spa by a friend who has been getting her lashes done and massages at this spa for months now. She always spoke very highly of this place and her lashes are always on point. I came in yesterday for a full volume lash extension set with Sarah. The spa is very clean and soothing. I felt a sense of calm as soon as I walked in. Sarah was very welcoming and professional since she greeted me at the front desk. Her studio/private room was very clean and relaxing as well. Sarah explained to me exactly what she was doing and how long it would take. (Full sets can take up to 4 hours so I was already prepared to spend a good chunk of my afternoon there.) I loved that she was not going to rush through it! She lashed one eye at a time which I LOVED because it gave me a chance to take a short break in between. I also didn't feel anxious having both of my eyes taped shut for hours. It was really nice!! She uses the gel under-eye pads too. No tape! She uses the very soft and light weight flare lashes (for volume sets) that feel like real mink or cashmere. (They were nothing like the cheap plastic feeling lashes that most chains or other technicians have put on my eyes in the past.) She uses the black glue that matches the lashes and it had little to no smell or fumes in my eyes. The whole session went by very smoothly. She lashed both eyes in about 3 1/2 hours, which didn't feel like it since I was so relaxed that I was able to nap for most of my appointment. My lashes would have probably taken the full 4 hours but I already have pretty long lashes and dark which makes it easier for technicians to add the extensions to. Sarah was very thorough and gentle throughout the entire process, and my lashes look amazing!! I will definitely be going back to get a refill in a few weeks. Yesterday was my first appointment at Skin Solutions and it was wonderful! I got eyelash extensions with Brandi. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my former salon was not accommodating when I could no longer lay flat on my back. I went to Skin Solutions for microblading and was fairly nervous before I arrived. I had never gotten my eyebrows microbladed before and didn't know what to expect. After arrival, Natasha explained the entire process to me prior to going back. I felt very comfortable with her as I felt she was very knowledgeable on the process. We discussed how I wanted my eyebrows to look as far as thickness and shape, what I didn't like about my current eyebrows, etc. She picked a color perfectly matched to my eyebrows and after drawing a "template" of where my new eyebrows will be, applied the numbing gel. The gel sat for about 30 minutes while I took a little nap in the extremely relaxing atmosphere they provide. Once she started my eyebrows, it was a little uncomfortable, but not painful. After about 30 minutes of work, my eyebrows looked FANTASTIC! Let me tell you... they looked PHENOMENAL! I am heading back for my touch-up today and couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend Natasha and all her wonderful glory to give you those eyebrows you've been dying to have! read more

It was awful, the hours say open 9a to 5p and I show up at 230p only to be greeted by an empty waiting area with no receptionist. Then I say hello and a young female asked if I need help. I say yes I'm here to get a few services done. She then informs me that all the staff left because they had better more important things to do. I need to get ready for Sunday and required a few choice services but was told sorry you have to leave. Then I asked when I could try again or if the staff was coming back and she said no, they left early and are gone for the day. Question, how are you going to pass out cards to promote your business and ask people to trust you and try your services BUT NOT BE THERE at your business?? I was going to try them out for the first time but I see they really DON'T want the new clientele. I definitely DON'T recommend them!!!
