I love this EM Lash location! It's always clean, quiet, inviting and there's always somewhere to sit if people are ahead of you and you're waiting your turn. The employees do a great job queueing the line. They're also great at eyebrow threading and tinting as well as underarm waxing. You're pretty safe with anyone you get. I'm sure they likely also do a great job at their other services but these are the only services I ever get. I also love each of their personalities. They're always happy to see you and everyone has a calm peacefulness about them. Its relaxing being there. I'll also say, their customers are always pretty quiet and chill, less rowdy than what I've witnessed at other locations. I always request the same person to help me, although the others may be just as good. I've had my brows threaded for years but had never had them tinted, nor had I done any body waxing. She gently guided me into trusting the process and I can't imagine going with out these services from her now. I'm 100% pleased with every service, every visit. My only negative is the appearance of the facial or waxing rooms. With a little TLC I think they'd be much more welcoming and could draw more customers. read more

The manager at this facility, went completely off on me in front of the other customers because I did not have any extra money to give her a tip. I told her I come there often so I will double up the tip next time. She also said that if I don't have a tip to give I shouldn't say anything . And that because I waited on her specifically to do my lashes I should be prepared to give her a tip . she also said I have told her this in the past that' I'll give her a tip next time and I never do , which is completely false accusation. And said she attempted to look it up to prove to me that I don't give tips . When I gave her my phone number to look up the tips she notice that I have given tips ..but she continued to yell at me I. Front of customers about the tip for today . Today was very embarrassing and very disappointing and humiliating... I told her that her and her staff act as if they don't want to do my lashes anyways because I always request her ..but today did it!!! I told her I'll never walk into this studio ever again!!! I can't believe this woman whom I always thought was professional was very disrespectful embarrassing me and yelling at me in front of the other customers and employees because I didn't have money to give a tip today and that I told her I'd double up on tip next time... I have had a horrible time finding a new eyebrow place close to where I moved. I ask that my eyebrows be thicker and everyone seems to make them pencil thin. I look like I'm livin' la vida loca! My previous eyebrow artist was in Katy which is close to an hour away and just not worth the trouble of packing my baby up and making the trek. I took a chance on 2 other places and it came out horribly so I was full blown werewoman and wary. I took a chance and spoke to the girls asking for pricing and if they could do anything to fix my hairy siruation. They welcomed me in and were extremely friendly. The shop was very clean and relaxing amongst the chaos of Walmart. I explained exactly what I wanted and she quickly got to work. I was there for maybe 10 minutes max simply because of my ridiculous growth. I heard another customer say I want her eyebrows, that thickness. That's what I want. I got giddy! (I was the only person in there) She handed me the mirror and it was amazing. My eyebrows were sculpted perfectly. EXACTLY how I wanted. I practically lept into her arms for her card. Let me start off by saying that I only prefer to get my brows threaded. The ladies here are amazing! I don't remember the name of the lady who threaded my brows, but she did a wonderful job! She is a perfectionist, like me. She cleaned them up perfectly!!! I didn't have to tweeze one single stray hair after! She shaped my brows perfectly! I totally recommend this lil shop.
