I explain the price was supposed to be 79.99. So she to tells me I discounted the price to 79.99 plus 30 for the master. Wait what it was 20 a minute ago? Updating previous post. I had a membership for two credits a month until I canceled in December. At the time I signed the cancellation papers, I was told that I still had five credits and that I had to use those credits within ninety days. I hadn't even used up all five credits, and it hadn't even been ninety days, but today they told me that I owed them $109.99 and called the police on me after I told them I wanted to talk to the manager ANA tomorrow. They could not produce the cancellation papers and ANA kept telling me I didn't have five credits. This business has shady practices. If you decide to risk being a customer, always ask for copies of any paperwork you sign, and always have your credits in writing if you decide to do the membership. I ended up paying the $109.99, but I will never come back to this business. They lost a good customer because they can't keep track of customers' paperwork or credits, and on top of it, called the police on me when they didn't give me all the credits I was due. I feel bad for my lash stylist who got caught in the middle. But I don't feel bad walking away from the bad business practices and the poor customer service. Just don't come here. Let me tell you my experience (and it's my first time getting lashes): less than two weeks and more than half of my lashes came out. I've not worn makeup, I sleep on my back, and I'm not an eye rubber. Then this brush thing I bought here doesn't work and they won't exchange it for a working one, nor refund or anything. If I could leave a zero I would. I dropped off my sister as she was scheduled to get a refill. My sister went ahead and paid but only got one eye serviced. Apparently, the stylist was overbooked. The stylist stopped the service halfway because she had another client coming in. The stylist then asked my sister to go back the next day and pay an additional $30 for the second eye. No apologies were given. The receptionist was not helpful either and just brushed it off like it's a usual incident. I will be going back to dispute the charge. This is the equivalent of me asking for a taper fade, only getting the left side done, then getting kicked out because the stylist has clients back to back. Now I get to leave with half a haircut, but having to go pay AGAIN for a service that was incomplete. Please reevaluate your customer service. DISCLAIMER. There is a sensitive glue, I was not aware of, so I'm making this review so others can get a heads up and do a test first if you have sensitive skin. I was given excellent customer service. Horrible service. The staff has a I don't care attitude. I've booked several times through their app and when I show up for my appointment the appointment is not there. I've had to wait up to 30-40 minutes in my car while I'm waiting for a new appointment. I was told that they do not operate the app that they have been in touch with the company working the app for them. That there are known glitches. She then says "fine I will just refund you 79.99 for the full set on your first visit and we're done you can take your business elsewhere" (Courtney) ma'am I don't know if the common sense factor is broken or the calculator... 39.99 + 59.99 = 99.98 I was charged with no services rendered. Not 79.99 that wasn't even refunded it has been 5 business days and nothing. I promise this is a first and last experience with them, that I will never forget and will gladly share!! Making appointment requires a credit card on file to hold your spot. They do charge a cancellation fee (if you do not call four hours prior) which is 50% of your visit and 100% for no call no show. First time doing lashes here, but not my first time getting it done. Sandra did my lashes. It was one of the most uncomfortable processes.... I chose the gorgeous lashes in 12 thin. Found that my lashes dont really look full. It just looks long. Lashes dont look full. Falls out easily even with care. They dont even give you a spool to take care of it (i feel like other places do). It looks spaced out, messy, and goes alllll sorts of ways even with brushing. Overall, would not recommend and would never go back. My right eye hurted really badly the next day. read more

I used to go to this lash studio about eight months ago. The first time I got my lashes done it was $80 and the lady who did them told me I couldn't go past a certain length since it was my first time. I signed up for the membership and got a refill probably four or five times. I tried about three or four different technicians but I can't remember any of their names. One of them was really rough with my eyelashes and would pull them out. I stopped going because my eyes started to get swollen and I would get some sort of allergic reaction in the couple days afterwards and throughout the whole time my eyelids would randomly swell. I called to cancel my membership and they told me I had to still pay $60 for the current month and to go up there and fill out my cancellation form. I understand that's the policy but I don't think it's fair to charge me $60 when I'm having an allergic reaction either to the glue or because they're not cleaning their tools properly. I ended up changing my debit card to avoid wasting $60. read more

The reason I'm giving it a one star is because the glue that they use literally has takin out a lot of my natural lashes. I told the lady this over the phone and she didn't say sorry or anything, no sympathy. And she's like "do want us to just take your last credit out for your late fee" cause I canceled an hour before and I was like "yea I guess so. This studio is in a convenient location, and the facility is clean. 5 stars The girl at the front seemed somewhat knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with the help of a technician that happpened to walk to the front. 5 stars Background of client: I am an eyelash extension wearer. I do usual take breaks from extensions here and there to let my face "breathe." Most girls who do lashes, spray tans, and nails etc. know what I mean. My usual place was booked for weeks solid, and I wanted a fresh set for the start of the school year. (Teacher over here. :)) My lashes are healthy because I am very diligent on the care of it. I have also done my research on the process, so I may be a bit more knowledgeable on the service itself. Amazing Lash was able to schedule me in within an hour or so. I called at 9:20ish bam appt at 10:40AM. They explained my first time would be $79.99. I was a bit skeptical that they had such a quick appointment. It makes me wonder what their client to tech ratio is. Anywho, that is also 5 stars for convenience. Now this is where my standards weren't met... Variety is limited!! They only have 1 type of curl available! C curl. Most lash places have around 5-7 types of curl. The Ccurl lash is very bent and curves gradually. I personally like a D curl that curves up right away because I wear glasses. They only have two types of thickness!! Again most places give you around 5 options. They have thick or thin to choose from, but their version of thin is .15 mm and I usually wear .07, so this is is actually very thick to my standards. The lengths available I believe were 10-14 , not positive because I wear 11-14, so this did meet my expectations. The placement of lashes is chosen by natural, cute (longer in the middle), cat-eye (longer on the outer corners), and gorgeous (all same length). They only have one type of hair,synthetic mink. Yes, most places have options of this too. I give variety and options 0-1 stars. Lashes are like eyebrows and hair. They should be personalized to achieve the right look, lack of options does not guarantee that. My tech, Rosa, was nice enough. She is a master and has a couple years of experience. I explained I wanted a somewhat cute/ natural application. She only chatted during the application when I asked questions. This was very professional of her. The process was painless, a mild uncomfort but that is just part of the process. She had a fan ready and everything. She did a good a job, I just wish the lashes were thinner and a different curl. This is not her fault, her application was skilled, and I very much recommend her. 5 stars Overall, I am lukewarm about my lashes. I usually feel like a diva after I get them done! They look a bit too fake and a little crunchy.This is from the hair being too thick. I realize I am particular, but this is an expensive service that is on my face! I feel if I am paying more to see any eyelash tech than a doctor I deserve the right to be particular. Sorry Amazing Lash, I really wanted to be a life long client, but when it comes to styles and variety you didnt come close to other lash salons. Prices are comparable to competitors as well. I had my eyelashes done this morning and will update my review in about a week after giving me some time to get used to them. I will also update with more photos. Update: 8 days later, around 65% of the lashes have fallen out. It didn't take my real eyelashes with it, so the technician did a great job at placement of the lashes. I have been a member for two years, I frequent the pearland parkway location and the Meyerland location. I booked a mini refill that is only $30 about 2 hours ago, I was running behind and was told the service would have to be cancelled which is completely understandable, but I was also told I would have to pay 1/2 of the service. The stylist did not miss out on any other appointments because she simply had a 30 minute gap in the books that was not already booked and upon my membership agreement I was told there would be a charge if the appointment was not to be cancelled 24 hours prior, being that the appointment was scheduled less than 24 hours, that wouldn't even be possible!! If this is how they treat their members I don't want it! Let's just just say Kelly did a horrible job she got glue all in my eye and she cut my eye ball with the tape. It has been hurting so bad ever since and is Blood short red. Ahhh been having amazing lash extensions done for years. PSA: Once you start, you can never stop. I've been to 3 locations and this one i LOVE going to bc of my tech. Front desk customer service could be better. Taking off a Star bc of this. Seems like high turnover (what do you expect from hiring young adults), they are always on their phones and once, one of the front desk girls was doing her full face of makeup when I walked in. If you're new to amazing lashes, my word of advice is to try different techs! Just because you try one person and don't like how they did your lashes doesn't mean you should shut down the entire chain! TRY DIFFERENT TECHS. I went through 4 different techs before I found one I loved. On to my tech: Sarah, do you love me? Because I love you and everything you do to make my lashes look FLAWLESS. Sarah is honest and will give you feedback on what looks good, what lashes are a good fit for you, and what doesn't. Just ASK. If you're looking for a tech that will talk to you throughout the entire procedure, she's not for you. Honestly, I just sleep through the entire process anyway. On a multitude of occasions, I've snored or twitched in my sleep and not once has she poked me in the eye. Also, Sarah is the first tech that doesn't just RIP off the tape and under eye patches. She's so gentle with my skin and pulls it off slow every time. I love that extra care. When Sarah does my lashes, they ALWAYS last for at least 4 weeks and I don't baby my lashes either. I am very disappointed with the customer service aspect. I had a regular appointment that I was asked to reschedule to accommodate their schedule. I did so with no problem. When I went in I was asked to pay ahead of my service so the employee could walk out when I walk out. I did so with no problem. I then realized that I did get to schedule my next appointment. When I called to reschedule it, there was nothing that accommodated my schedule and it was pushed out to 4 weeks instead of 3. I was told I would have to pay for a full set which I didn't think was fair considering my regular scheduled service was interrupted to accommodate the business.
