The entire place felt severely understaffed. One of the biggest reasons we chose this spa was the salt cave, which they promote heavily, yet we were asked to leave because of a "private event." The facilities were also poorly designed. The only showers are located near the heated pool, steam room, and sauna, so you're sweating again immediately after trying to rinse off. Basic amenities were lacking. No brushes or bags were available unless you went searching, and the space lacked the little touches you'd expect from a luxury spa. While my full body massage was the only redeeming part of the visit, my friend had a not so great experience. We booked an additional $300 in foot massages in the salt cave (on top of our $200 full body treatments), only to find out that it was not going to be done by massage therapists, but nail technicians. They were very nice, but there was no real pressure or technique. It felt like a total waste of money. You should really disclose that. We also ordered a bottle of Moscato and weren't allowed to keep it at our table. We had to go find someone just to get a refill. This was a $750 visit that didn't feel luxurious in the slightest. If you're looking for a real spa experience, I highly recommend going to the Houstonian instead. This spa just didn't deliver in service, amenities, or value. ***********Update: The manager was suppose to call us but she never did. I called and spoke to Tracy and she did not understand my frustration about my massage being done by a nail tech. She said she would call me back and never did. Hopefully you never need help from a manager because they don't care!

As a momma of two little babies, I so look forward to my appointments!!! My quiet time!!! I visit every two weeks like clockwork and am thinking about moving it to weekly! She does a gorgeous Volume set of lashes and she does them fairly quickly!! She doesn't rush but is super efficient and talented!! I get compliments on my lashes daily and don't have to wear hardly any makeup anymore! I haven't worn mascara in a year!!! Their spa is gorgeous and so relaxing!!! I just moved to Texas. And I'm faithful in getting my lashes done. I think every 2-3 weeks for the last 4-5 years. The last several years I had just gone to my favorite lash lady in Washington. We became great friends. So I was going to be extremely judgmental on the person doing my lashes. I found 'Lash Out' and Mo, responded very quickly and still is THEE only one that's responded to me. However, Sarai(spelling), was who did my lashes. Honestly, I really enjoyed her. I'm a talker so I don't mind talking but also enjoy some quiet time. And I got the perfect mix with her. I booked a second appointment!! She did a great job and my lashes look great! I'm glad I took a shot!! Thank you!! read more

I get my lashes done by Mo and Jenni and I absolutely love them! I wake up in the morning and don't even have to put eye make-up on because my eyes looks so great without it! I am so spoiled with these lashes that I can't even imagine living without them. I get so many compliments from strangers about how beautiful my lashes are and they make me feel more confident! Not only are Mo and Jenni expert lash extensioners but they also care about each of their customers personally. You can feel the warmth as soon as you walk through the doors of Lash Out. I love this place!!! Krystina has been awesome! I was a bit hesitant at first, because I was so used to my prior lash salon. Plus, I am extremely selective about who touches my lashes. But I am SO happy to have found her! She does amazing work, is meticulous, and she takes the time to listen to me. She's big on teaching me how to better care for my lashes (which I never had before) so I can get the most of my extensions. She is extremely professional, which I appreciate! She is the reason I keep coming back. They're reasonably priced too! I absolutely recommend Lash Out. If you're thinking about trying out lash extensions, give them a call. Mo is the best! I moved to the area during the summer and searched for a place to get my lashes done. (I have had them for two years and certainly didn't want to go back to mascara...ever.) I tried another salon in the area and it was a disaster! Glue everywhere. Mo was able to gently remove the mess and put on the most amazing lashes I have ever had. She used volume lashes which were great on my very fine, thin natural lashes. I have great volume and a natural look. They are soft and don't have that nasty crunchy feel of too much glue. I LOVE MO! Her salon is beautiful and a very relaxing place to go. read more
