Felt like I sweated out a lake and was a little drained (pun intended) afterwards. Relaxed for a little bit and drank some more water before hearing more about the color of my toxins and the benefits of the pods - experiencing it I already understood the benefits of it. (As did I) ​I had to walk the halls in my robe just to find an employee to restock the cold towels and razors, and again just to get our water and champagne refilled. After our massage, the amenities were empty all over again. ​The facilities are broken. The steam room was dark with lights out, and one of the showers did not work. ​The staff was rude and incompetent. ​When we first tried to walk in, we were told it was "too much of a hassle." ​We called twice to schedule and clarify our order, and they still got it wrong when we arrived the next day. ​When we finally left, not one person at the front desk acknowledged us, said thank you, or asked how our service was. ​Our masseuse, Miss Holly, was the only professional person in the entire spa.
