They did a great job doing my manicure. Clean Space and julie was meticulous with getting my nails exactly how I like them done short, neat and they had pretty much all the DnD colors that I use.

Well I won't tell you about the aweful way i was treated the first 3 times I went. We will just focus on the last visit. On this last visit, I showed the girl what I wanted bringing my own flakes to do a regular set. Well, she made them long and she said where you wanna cut so I say cut here. So after that, I said you know what these are too long let's cut them down more so she cut my pointy finger down to like an eighth of an inch and the rest of my honor are about a quarter to a half of an inch. Well, so now I have one short nail and nine regular nail. So the problem was was after she cut them down she says $67 long nails. I said we did not get long now we got short now you only dressed up a short nail and then she charged me five dollars to put on my own Glitter then I get to the counter and I say look this is not a long nail we decided not to do long nail because I work with kids. So I'm disappointed I will not go back. I do not like to be like pushed in made to spend money that I did not get.

Honestly, today was my second visit. My first experience was fantastic, but this time the service fell short and the pricing made no sense. The quality needs improvement before raising prices. I paid more today for a builder gel refill than I did two weeks ago for a full set. The gentleman doing my nails filed most of the builder gel off, applied colored gel on top, then filed the ends so thin you can see white around the tips. For my daughter's full set of acrylics with gel and design, I was charged $98. It wasn't anything special, though there were a lot of extras--fine, but please explain the price breakdown to young teens. I also paid for her friend's full set of builder gel, which I didn't want to be rude about, but honestly looked rough. To top it off, I later checked their Facebook page and saw they're currently running a $6 off back-to-school discount for builder gel--which was never offered or applied to my service today. The highlight of the visit? Being asked to swipe my card again for $229 because their internet went down, despite me showing the pending charge already taken from my account. Could you imagine having to chase down a refund for that second swipe? Absolutely diabolical. Needless to say, this was my last trip there. I don't do price gouging--especially not for mediocre nails.

This is my thumb nail on my second trip in to fix the wrinkling from the first trip. As you can see it still looks terrible.

I went in for a simple acrylic fill and had 2 colors picked out to put on. The coats were put on too thick. My thumb wrinkled bad and two others chipped big pieces off. I returned 3 days later to get them fixed. The lady who fixed them did not leave them under the light long enough it seemed. Like in a big hurry even though they were not busy. When I got out to the car I saw the same thumb is wrinkled again. Not as bad, but def noticeable. Are you kidding me! How basic is this!! I came here for the first time because of all the beautiful artistic nails on the website. I thought this would be a place that would easily help me to pick out the 2 fall colors I had in a Pinterest picture. Nothing fancy, no art, just 2 alternating colors. 2nd trip and still isn't right. Not returning. Update. The polish on my thumb peeled off while towling off after my shower, same day as having it fixed.

But today, I went in for a fresh set, and they were closed for renovations, so I decided to try their sister store in Webster. Honestly, I wish I hadn't bothered. I walked in, showed them a picture of what I wanted, and explained it. To my knowledge, she understood but she had an attitude the whole time. It felt like she was rushing because she wanted to go home, even though I came in two and a half hours before closing. She was supposed to put dip powder on, but instead, she started applying shellac to my natural nails. I told her I didn't want to see my natural nail underneath, and she got really angry, saying I was wasting her time and changing my mind. I explained that all I wanted was for my nails to look like the picture; I wasn't changing my mind at all. Eventually, the receptionist had to step in because the nail tech was being completely unprofessional. The receptionist was super nice and understanding, and really sticking up for me. In the end, the nail tech refused to do my nails, saying she was done and wanted to go home, claiming they couldn't do what I was asking because they didn't have it. The receptionist corrected her, saying they did have it; I just didn't want it see-through. When the receptionist told her they had what I was asking for, she went and picked a color that was nowhere near what I wanted, almost like she was mocking me. I felt really uncomfortable by the end of it, and honestly, that's not the kind of experience you want when you're spending over $100 on nails, especially when they're trying to do something completely different from what I asked for. Then the tech got rude with the receptionist, telling her to take $10 off my total and that I'd have to come back another day, even though I told her I couldn't because of work. The receptionist didn't charge me, and I left with nothing on my nails. Honestly, the whole experience was just completely frustrating and unacceptable! I will not be going back. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. She even went as far as telling the receptionist to do my nails as she refused it. It was just a really disappointing experience overall, and I can't believe how unprofessional she was. If I could give them lower than a 1 star, I definitely would. The only thing that saved this place was the receptionist. I walked in with white tips, asked for strawberry nails, and the last photo shows how I left--no design, just took off my set and made me leave with only my natural nail).

We looked everywhere but since we were at the mall we saw the. Anthony Vince nail salon incredible reviews from people very much unlike like Andrea S, who said that Anthony Vince and his team were expensive and slow. They aren't too far from normal in terms of price; especially because Anthony Vince lives in an extravagant palace. So much so that King Charles got up out of his pedicure chair to greet us at the entrance. The Royal guards ceremoniously made way for us to be escorted to the royally acclaimed nail artist, Henry. Henry ate up my sisters nails. Period if you know what I mean. Anyway, we loved the nails. Not that expensive. It was $77 for the TikTok design before we added a bunch of other stuff. Big fan of all of this. Thanks everyone for being so kind.

The tools were in a small rectangular basket with nail clippers and other tools. Used tools. The clippers were open. She did not pull them from a bag and got up when i asked and went to the back. Never said the tools were clean. The response from the owner is rude and not accurate or acceptable. 82 or 87 dollars for a royal pedicure. Can't remember exact price. I stopped going to the nail salon around covid. I do go occasionally as a treat to get my feet done. It's June 2026. Went to use a gift card I've had since Christmas since this isn't my normal place. The nail tech was tired! She was. You could tell she was wore out. Exhausted. My pedicure was horrible. If you ever go get your feet done and they use tools laying in a basket. NOT sterile run. This is that place. She went to the back to get a sterile tool. Not in a bag and most likely the same tool. My pedicure stated it would be around 80 min. It was in done in 50. I had to go home and file my heels. They use a very fine file and barely go over any rough spots. For almost 90 dollars i want dead skin all over the towel like most places. She spent very little time on my cuticles. The entire thing was extremely rushed and WAY over priced. I can go to a local shop and pay 60 bucks and get shellac. Not reg polish. My husband's pedicure was the exact same. He didn't get started til 15 min after me due to the tech being busy but finished the same time. His heels were not done. He wears boots and works in the heat. His heels should be smooth. This was sad and i will never go back. I have money on my gift card and i plan on gifting it.

I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.
