I've been a loyal customer at Honey Nail Lounge for over a year, and until today I would have gladly recommended them to anyone. I have a nail tech that I absolutely love and always book with because she consistently does an amazing job. Unfortunately, due to what appeared to be an issue with the online scheduling system, I wasn't able to see my usual technician today and was assigned to someone else. Since I wasn't with my regular tech, I even simplified the design I originally wanted. The only change I requested was to switch the blue glitter in the inspiration photo to pink glitter. When my nails were finished, they looked nothing like the reference photo. I didn't want to embarrass anyone or make a scene, so I paid, tipped, and tried to convince myself I'd be happy with them. What made the experience even more confusing was that I was charged more than I normally pay with my regular technician--even though I usually get much more detailed nail art than I did this time. After I got home, my children encouraged me to go back because they could tell I wasn't happy. They reminded me that I paid for something that simply wasn't what I had asked for. I returned as politely as I could, hoping the nails could be corrected. From that moment on, the atmosphere completely changed. I felt unwelcome for speaking up. The technician became rough while working on my nails, wasn't kind in her interactions with me, and spoke about me while I was sitting there. It made an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. I never intended to insult anyone or make anyone feel bad. I simply wanted the nails I had paid for, or at least something much closer to the inspiration photo. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly questioning whether I should return to a salon I've loved for over a year. I'm sharing this because I genuinely care about Honey Nail Lounge. One disappointing experience doesn't erase all the wonderful appointments I've had there, but the way my concerns were handled was far more upsetting than the nails themselves. I truly hope customer feedback can be received with kindness, because loyal clients should never feel uncomfortable for respectfully asking for a correction. read more

Beautiful salon! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable! I love the different spa treatments that are available to choose from when picking out your pedicure. They take their time and make sure you are happy with your services. They offer complimentary beverages as well, both alcohol and non alcoholic. I love the cloud fizz! Honestly, today was my second visit. My first experience was fantastic, but this time the service fell short and the pricing made no sense. The quality needs improvement before raising prices. I paid more today for a builder gel refill than I did two weeks ago for a full set. The gentleman doing my nails filed most of the builder gel off, applied colored gel on top, then filed the ends so thin you can see white around the tips. For my daughter's full set of acrylics with gel and design, I was charged $98. It wasn't anything special, though there were a lot of extras--fine, but please explain the price breakdown to young teens. I also paid for her friend's full set of builder gel, which I didn't want to be rude about, but honestly looked rough. To top it off, I later checked their Facebook page and saw they're currently running a $6 off back-to-school discount for builder gel--which was never offered or applied to my service today. The highlight of the visit? Being asked to swipe my card again for $229 because their internet went down, despite me showing the pending charge already taken from my account. Could you imagine having to chase down a refund for that second swipe? Absolutely diabolical. Needless to say, this was my last trip there. Well I won't tell you about the aweful way i was treated the first 3 times I went. We will just focus on the last visit. On this last visit, I showed the girl what I wanted bringing my own flakes to do a regular set. Well, she made them long and she said where you wanna cut so I say cut here. So after that, I said you know what these are too long let's cut them down more so she cut my pointy finger down to like an eighth of an inch and the rest of my honor are about a quarter to a half of an inch. Well, so now I have one short nail and nine regular nail. So the problem was was after she cut them down she says $67 long nails. I said we did not get long now we got short now you only dressed up a short nail and then she charged me five dollars to put on my own Glitter then I get to the counter and I say look this is not a long nail we decided not to do long nail because I work with kids. So I'm disappointed I will not go back. I do not like to be like pushed in made to spend money that I did not get. read more

Very nice and clean salon. The vibe is very zen with soft music, I felt relaxed even before we got started. I requested the luxe honey milk manicure with gel builder. However, because I wanted multiple colors in a Fall style, the receptionist and nail tech advised to get regular gel polish. Julie was my tech and she was super sweet and made sure to ask me what I wanted in color/shape, if I was comfortable and if the colors I chose were really what I wanted. She made it seem like it wasn't a big deal if we had to change colors, unlike so many other nail salons. The service came with a neck/hand massage and Ms Julie's hands are magic. Even with choosing 3 different colors the service was very reasonably priced. I will be returning for sure! read more

I went in for a simple acrylic fill and had 2 colors picked out to put on. The coats were put on too thick. My thumb wrinkled bad and two others chipped big pieces off. I returned 3 days later to get them fixed. The lady who fixed them did not leave them under the light long enough it seemed. Like in a big hurry even though they were not busy. When I got out to the car I saw the same thumb is wrinkled again. Not as bad, but def noticeable. Are you kidding me! How basic is this!! I came here for the first time because of all the beautiful artistic nails on the website. I thought this would be a place that would easily help me to pick out the 2 fall colors I had in a Pinterest picture. Nothing fancy, no art, just 2 alternating colors. 2nd trip and still isn't right.
