Please check them o [[HIGHLIGHT]]Monica is very kind and respectful during communication[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. For the Gel pedicure, Dominique helped me. Since it was my first meeting with her, she carefully listened to my concerns and followed my request. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She is a sweet soul.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommended and meet beautiful souls

They also serve drinks with your service. A few other walk ins came in while I was being serviced as well. I opted for street parking and that was easy to find. Lindsay was polite and pleasant. She listened to what I want and executed well. As I prefer very simple and classy nails, I'm often surprised at how many nail techs will try to up-charge me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I appreciated that Lindsay didn't do that. She had an enjoyable sense of humor and welcoming energy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will consider coming back to this location because of Lindsay. My only draw back is that dip removal was an extra $10, totaling to $60... no design included. Thats a bit pricy as compared to other nail salons in the area. I will see how long these nails last, because quality is most important. I've paid less, but the nails crack in a week. Additionally, The head rest area of most chairs were ripped. I didn't lean back because of that.

The staff were professional and friendly they offered snacks and cocktails to patrons. Nisha was very thorough with my dip mani. Bianca provided a relaxing gel deluxe pedicure. I highly recommend and plan on returning. One thing to note: asking patrons to wash hands before service started put me at ease that they care about sanitary environments.

I needed a quick regular polish change and since Glow is walking distance for me, I popped in on a Wednesday morning and they were able to take me in with no appointment. Polish change on my fingers were $12 and my toes were $15. Their polish colors are top tier and not watered down like most places. The space is also very clean and the ladies were pleasant. There's plenty of street parking too so it's worth checking out.

I loved everything about this nail salon My girl Tyti took goodt care of my nails and Sky made my toes succulent My hubby came and got a mani & pedi which he absolutely loved! I can't remember his techs names but they did amazing as well! My boyfriend and I scheduled two pedicures for 3 pm and it was FABULOUS!!!!! The front receptionist (I'd assume she is) was so kind and all the employees welcome you with friendly greetings and smiles. The bar was amazing, my boyfriend and I kindly declined drinks only because we had a long night ahead of us and decided to not pregame tooooo early I later explained it was my boyfriends first pedicure and they understood and weren't too harsh and gentle, which was very much appreciated But overall a 10/10 experience. The environment is so calm and their music choice was my favorite part. Modern r&b and hip hop.

I just came in town and the first thing I needed was a pedicure. They open early 9:30am and take walk ins. The place is beautiful the ladies are welcoming and attentive. Black owned nail salon. They have a bar where you can get a complimentary drink.. just wow. This was my first time at Glow Spa and Nails. I was in the area for another appointment and I really needed a pedicure so I decided to try them out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't have an appointment which was not a problem.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The young lady at the front desk was very kind with sitting me an appointment which I had to just wait 15 minutes for the next nail technician to be available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I selected to have the Purple Reign Pedicure with gel polish. Skyy was my nail technician and she did a great job on my pedicure. Her foot massage is amazing! The music and vibe is great. They have a bar and you are welcome to a drink while you receive your service. My only complaint is the chair I was seated in made a very loud noise while it was massaging which was kind of annoying to hear so I couldn't really enjoy that. However, I will be back when I am in the area. Also, there is parking in the garage right behind the building on the first floor. Look for the Reserved for Glow Spa Customer signs. read more

I have been a patron of Fliw Spa since they first open. Michell was an excellent owner and kept everything clean and organized. If I made and appointment, I was always seen at my appointment time and never had to wait. If by chance I didn't make an appointment, which was hardly ever, they were always honest about what the wait time would be or just asked if you could come at another time. I've never witnessed a client leave after waiting because they weren't aware of what the wait time would be. The past couple times the vibe was a bit different. Last month I made an appointment and waited at least 30 minutes to be seen after my appointment time. I also witnessed a lady leave because she was told her wait time would be almost an hour after she had been there for at least 20 minutes prior to me getting there. I'm assuming she was a walk in, but they didn't make her aware of the wait time until she went and asked after waiting at least 20 minutes. My most recent appointment I was seen on time. I just really really hope the same standards are upheld with the new management as they were with Michelle. It's a beautiful place. Calm. Serene... I loved it because they were honest and didn't want to just get you in the door. I don't like the feeling of being shuffled in and waiting. Don't start being like other salons because 'that's just the way it is'. I'll follow up with my next appointments. Im seriously hopeful for so many reasons! read more

I think this place is overrated. Cute place but they didn't actually do a good job on my nail.. so defeats the whole purpose of going to a nail salon. I left feeling like I need to go to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I walked in, I was also ignored until the receptionist finished her work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I just did not enjoy my experience. read more

Glow Spa & Nails on Westcreek Lane is the best nail salon in Houston especially if you have thin, sensitive nails! Since I started going there in early 2023 their treatments have made my nails and nail beds stronger. They have a very skilled, gentle touch when using the drill to take off dips and acrylic from sensitive nails. They are also very helpful in choosing a color. I wanted a classy color to match my business cards for an upcoming event. Wow! They picked the perfect color. Best of all, you never have to wait around for them because everything is by appointment. Very convenient location right off of 610 and about a mile away from 59. They take pride in every detail here and it means a lot. Immaculate, gorgeous interior. Full bar & two free drinks per client. The bathrooms were VERY clean and well stocked, that always goes a long way. The aesthetics and vibe of this place is unmatched. The ladies working here were legitimately friendly and really took their time and paid attention to detail on my pedicure. They made me wash my hands upon arrival & wore masks, which I honestly loved. There are tons of options for different style pedicures ranging from basic to deluxe 80 minute services. The prices are extremely reasonable for the luxury experience you get here. I've seen mediocre places charge more than them. I only got a pedicure but I look forward to trying them out when it's time for a fill on my nails. Big props to whoever is running this place, you can tell love went into it. read more

Poor service and bad manager. I had a pedicure. Neither filling nails or polish was good. I let them know and manager supposed to call me back, I guess they wouldn't care. I believe lady who did my nails was Ana. She left all my nails on the side are not cut. read more

I came here because it was the only salon open late In my area. The technicians did a good job and there's no denying that but to pay $220 + tip for a French Tip Acrylic Set and Classic Gel Pedicure is pretty ridiculous and unreasonable. I also added a 10 minute massage which was an extra $15. I'll definitely continue going to uptown galleria nails and spa due to the major price difference since they also do a good job. $20 for soak off is way too much and an extra $35 to do French when they set is already priced at $85? Doesn't make sense. read more

She kept showing interest in what I do and what I was thinking about her, her appearance and her accent. She also asked me personal questions, like how I got that scar on my lower stomach, and asked me about the language I speak. She even asked me about some certain words and how we say in our language. Then she asked me about what I did on the weekend. So I said we celebrated my brother's graduation and we had a family dinner. She then asked me where we went for dinner. I said my mom cooked. she asked me what she cooked. So I said it was one of our local food. She said she liked to try. I said I would take her out to try. The appointment ended and at the end I asked her if she really wanted to try the food. She said she was nervous. So I thought maybe another day. She didn't seem to be uncomfortable about anything I said. She said goodbye with a smile same as she used to do every time. Two days later, I found out the app didn't let me make appointments. I found it weird. I thought it was something with the system or my account that didn't let me book appointments, as it happened before. So I headed to salon to ask her what happened. She said she was going to make a call. I thought she was going to call the manager to see what happened. Wasn't expecting what happened next; someone was shouting like a crazy dog that I had to leave and that she complained I made her feel uncomfortable. I still don't know what she was feeling uncomfortable about, because I never said or did anything offensive to make her feel that way. She didn't show any signs of discomfort or anything until the last minute of our appointment. She didn't even ask me to leave or let me know that I did something that made her feel uncomfortable. I was shocked by what she turned out to be. I always thought she was kind, caring and smart. I was wrong about her. I was wrong thinking sh!t could be a jewel one day. Sh!t is always sh!t. They say don't blame sh!t after you step on it. So I don't blame her.

The spa is beautiful and VERY clean, and in a great location in the SkyHouse building! At that time, I was desperate for help because my previous salon had messed up my nails pretty bad and I was having constant issues. Michelle listened to my concerns and looked at my nails and gave me her suggested solution. I was hesitant to try something different but Michelle was so knowledgeable and reassuring that I allowed her to proceed. I had a fabulous experience that day even though they were very busy. They were constantly asking if I wanted or needed anything, and I did finally enjoy a complimentary mimosa! Nice touch! It was such a good experience that I made another appointment to return later on the same day and have a pedicure...again perfect! Today I returned to Glow for a manicure and I was again very happy with the friendly, helpful, service that I received. Most of all I love my new nails!! Been here twice, so convenient since my boyfriend lives upstairs from this salon. Place is so clean and chic, staff is very friendly. For the pricing, it's average for the area that it's in. I like how they do not reuse the filers. I've also noticed while getting my Pedicure. Instead of the cheese grater, they have something else that remove the callus that I felt is way better and can be disposed. The owner did my nails and I'm never disappointed. She's so meticulous. First off walking in, the decor of this place blew me away! Didn't expect much since most salons are similar to one another. But hands down, this is one of the prettiest salon I've been to. I didn't make an appointment but they sat me right away and offered me mimosas. I didn't get a chance to ask the name of the girl who did my nails but Megan did my pedicure. Went back again to de-stress after finals with my girlfriend and the service was amazing! Had a glass of wine and asked for something new to celebrate another semester done. Michelle suggested their new pedicure, the "detox" and the water changed color to show the toxins leaving your body.
