I used to love this place, but I've been having issues for like three months. The only reason why I go there is because it's like three minutes away from my house, but the prices are insane. $50 for a pedicure with Chulack and then they file your nails, super thin I was a customer who was loyal to them they used to know how to use to do my nails, but I realize how Lacey and cheaper they have to become not all the workers, though I decided to try my first time to do my hands with acrylic and they were horrible. I pay $50 for them when at first they said 40 and they wanted to charge me $10 to remove my cuticle which is crazy so in total I had to pay $90 and I was not satisfied with their service. I will not be returning. They asked loyal customer just because of their laziness and prices. read more

I went to this salon for the first time. My technician was somewhat distracted. my total bill was $135 and I tipped her $20 cash which she put in her pocket. I signed my credit card receipt but unfortunately didn't total it out. After the fact my card was charged $156. I guess she tipped herself another $20. I will NEVER go back! read more

I got a deluxe pedicure with a basic manicure. I had to keep asking the nail tech to keep filing my nails because they were uneven and wonky shaped and she still didn't get it right. The way she painted my nails was horrendous. The pictures were taken right after I left. I still had dry skin left around my feet. I've been looking for a good and affordable place for my nails for a while and I've paid several places near $100 for a manicure with a new set and always leave not fully satisfied. I never go back and I tried this spot on a whim. I'm so glad that I did. Kaelly was her name I believe. She was super friendly and she did great work! Not to mention she was quick too. OMG my daughter went here recently to get her eyelashes done and not sure who did them but they looked TERRIBLE my daughter showed them a picture of what she wanted and the lady told her she did not need to look at a picture and did something totally different. My daughter cried she said it looked like she had spiders on her eye they were way too long nothing what she wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT getting lashes done here. This is not where I usually go but my normal nail shop was closed and I needed a refill. Simple color just needed to be nude. The technician who did my nails made both of my pinkies bleed at the cuticle and she spread the blood to several of my nails and did not attempt to clean up the blood. The blood was scattered throughout my nails and you can actually see the blood when you look at my fingernails. She did a horrible job. She did not clean up my cuticles. She charged me $30 for a horrible refill and barely did anything the only thing she did do was a horrible job. Never returning. I would say that it was just that technician but my sister had a different technician and they made her bleed to. read more

I also didn't have an appointment scheduled and they were nice enough to let me walk in and get them done!! At first I was nervous while the lady was doing my nails cause when she was putting the powder stuff on everything looked messy, but then she filed them and everything and they look amazing!! Good place I think the owners changed because the place looks more clean and relaxing. The man up front was very respectful and generous because he offered drinks and overall was very polite. This place is just so bad. I noticed that the nail tech glued the wrong nail size on my nail, and so did she because she kind of attempted to take it off but was like eh.. When she applied the acrylic, I told her it looked huge and she said she was going to file it. Then I noticed my nails were so bulky, I asked her to thin them out. At this point I just let her finish. Once I sat down for a pedi and started to analyze the nails, god they were horrible. The acrylic was on my cuticles. They were uneven, bulky and didn't even have a shape!!! I didn't even get a pedi because I started complaining. Until the man, I believe his name is james, came up to fix them. He tried shaping them and I showed him the picture of the nails I originally asked for and he still charged me $55!!!!! For trashy nails!!!!! I literally have acrylic under my cuticles and my nails are horrible!!!! Keep in mind that I waited an hr to even be helped I ended up 3 hrs there and still walked out with bad nails. read more

They are very welcoming and professional. I only had time for a shellac pedi but they were very quick and the quality of their work was excellent. I love how they use plastic bags when receiving a pedi. They have a good variety of colors to chose from and they have plenty of seats available for pedicures. The waxing technicians and nail technicians are there are hit or miss. This last time the technician I had came over chewing and with greasy hands(poor man was apparently rushed to finish eating). I felt bad for him. His hands shook the whole time he was giving me a pedicure and I asked if he was ok. He hurt me several times because his hands were shaking. He didn't do all what was included in the pedicure but I had been there for an hour and ten minutes at that point. He then proceeded to mess up my color because his hands were shaking. I went to the guy Steve and showed him the pedicure and I told him I would be back to get it fixed. I went back and at first they were nice when they thought I was there for a pedicure but when I said I was there to get it fixed, they got rude. The lady wanted me to put my feet to fix the color on a dirty towel (from the previous customer). I asked to please remove it. She then smeared the color on my toes as she rushed through reapplying the color. I asked for a cotton ball and acetone so I could clean my toes up. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

the ladies here very rude, i asked her nicely to fix one of my toes she went on to talk about me and call me picky in front of other customers. she made me feel uncomfortable. customer service was terrible when i asked her why she doesn't put her customers first she went on to say she's been doing nails for a long time and i was just too picky. in other words if you want decent nails don't bother trying over here. she only agreed to fix my nail once she seen it bothered me but after i let her know she made me feel uncomfortable she grabbed her stuff and left didn't even send someone else to help which i under she's frustrated with me. but if you feel as though you can't do the task ASK someone else to pick up the slack. i came in in a good mood nice respectful but everyone there was in a nasty mood with nasty attitudes. this is very sad and disappointing read more

I can not discourage anyone from going to this place more. My friends and I (4 pedicures and 1 manicure) made appointments and were told they would absolutely be able to accommodate. We show up and my friends were able to get their pedicures straight away while they took 2 walk-in manicures before they saw me. By the time I suggested maybe they should start the removal process of my gel nails while I waited my friends had all gotten full pedicures. By this time the salon was officially closed to the nail technician was clearly upset she had to stay past closed (which I fully understand but I would have they rather said that than do the job she did on my nails). The technician was very rushed and rude. I should also mention that she removed the tool she used from a sanitized and (what I thought) sealed bag only for her to SPRAY THE TOOLS WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE SANITIZED BAG didn't even wipe them down. I almost threw up. I have never in my life not left a tip for a service before but I almost walked out without paying (I didn't) but again it is not worth the price. 0 stars read more

Last time I go here. This place was always my go to but since my last experience I'll be finding a new nail salon. I go in 2 hours before closing. There's obviously people there so of course I wait. Pam was doing my pedicure and I wanted acrylics too. This girl that had done my nails before comes up to me and asks what I wanted. I showed her some French tips and she said she could do it in shellac. I didn't ask for that I asked for acrylics so I said no and she kept pushing and pushing but I continue to say no. I knew she was doing it so I didn't have to go with the one who works specifically on acrylics. I told her no three times before another client came in and said she wanted nails done and she told me to wait for her. No thanks I'm good lol. Once I finished my pedicure I had an hour left and there were three girls in front of me. She asks what I want and rather than flat out saying I don't know how to do French tips she keeps me waiting there until close. Then when I tell her I'll be back tomorrow she goes and starts complaining and shaking her head no. Definitely did not go back and got charged $40 for a pedicure that should've been $25 since I got the classic pedicure. She tried to justify the price with it being shellac but every time I've got it's been $30. read more

I came here to relax after a long day of work she did not greet me she would just throw my feet in the water I didn't feel welcomed and it seemed like she didn't want to be there after she finished grading my dead skin she would throw all her dirty utensils in the water that she would continuously put my feet in. Instead of being relaxed I came out stressed. I asked her to stop and I would pay for what she had done. This place does good work and they are clean and for the most part the techs are nice. There's a couple that seem to have a little bit of an attitude , but most of them are very nice and the service is very good and it's very affordable! A couple of the girls are kind of rough with your hands while filing and when removing acrylic they should soak and not just tear them off which is very painful and makes them very sore. Overall I am very happy with this place and will keep going back, I just have to communicate with them to not be so rough, and I like the result of the nails! read more
