Not terrible but not quite the "treat yourself" experience I was hoping for. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing- so points there. But the service felt a little rushed, and for the price, I expected more attention to detail. Not to mention the technician wanted to keep adding things on to my service and it just got annoying at one point. What really solidified it and completely ruined my experience was the cashier who rang me up charged me for the wrong service. He called me 5 times on my cell and I picked up and he told me he needed to charge me an additional amount. My mani/pedi quickly went from $88 to $170. I was shocked. I have never in my life paid that for NAILS. Basic nails at that with no fancy designs. My shellac pedicure (which I thought) was $50 but they failed to explain to me that adding shellac was an ADDITIONAL $20. So $70 for a pedicure?! No ma'am, no thank you. The best he said he could do was give me a 10% discount next time I come in and I told him that I wouldn't be returning. I'm really disappointed. They should have communicated better.
