I had a pedicure there with a friend. We both came away with sore, bleeding big toes that immediately got infected. I treated the toe with alchohol & triple antibiotic ointment. My toe continued to be painful. I visited with a Podiatrist doc today......I also contracted a nail fungus in that toe. The treatment for this is not easy. I have been having pedicures for over 40 years and have never had any problems.....until I visited Beyond Nails. I will never go there again. Beware! read more

Hit or miss. I've had good appointments but also bad, and since I'm not willing to pay $40-$50 for a possible bad job I've stopped coming. The last time I went was for my bday, gel/shellac. The woman I thought I was getting heard gel manicure and I felt like passed me off to a much older woman. This person gave me 2 incredibly thin coats and didn't coat each nail. I had to request a 3rd coat on several nails bc it was so thin you could see my nail Under the color...i left with a terrible nail job and went to target to repaint over it. With that said, Tiffany is great and has done my dip in the past and came out beautiful. read more

I always go to Vi, and she always does a great job!! But one of my nails came off not even a week after getting them done and they fixed it for free. I don't know who did it but my nails were dip and she used the acrylic liquid instead of dipping it (she stated that it didn't make a difference) and it is crooked and came out a completely different color?? It's a lavender and came out almost blue. I know I picked the correct color that I got it done with the first time. read more

I used to come here often but something changed after the pandemic. The lady who I assumed was the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. While doing my nails she was extremely rough and she had a terrible attitude when my sister asked for a color change she seemed extremely bothered. They kept forcing the new "glow in the dark" nails yet they failed to tell us they would charge extra. I ended up spending $65 on a set that I would usually pay about $45 for. The quality of this place has worsened over time. Save your money I do not recommend it here. read more

The prices here are VERY reasonable & fair, & the ladies were friendly my second time in (not so much first time), but I give it 4 stars & not 5 for a few reason. One, the lady (Tammy) doing my pedicure hacked up my cuticles on both big toes. They were really sore for a couple days. Two, she did the massage on my feet but didn't include the whole foot. It was really weird. Three, she didn't buff off the callouses as well as I've had done in the past. Next time I go I will ask for someone else. These issues are mostly all resolvable. That said, Tina did a shellac manicure on my hands & she did a great job, & was very polite & friendly. I loved how fast she worked, too. Both times I've made appointments & they were ready for me when I got there with no wait, which I appreciate. EDIT: After going back a few more times I switched to Nancy for shellac & Nicky for powder, & they are both amazing & thorough & fast! Def recommend those 2 for services! read more

WOOHOO! Yes this is the place to do your nails! All the ladies are great, very nice, kind, friendly... they listen on what you need to be done. The owners are usually around and both are very nice. I love NANCY she does my nails, the color or shellac last long time. I tip her well cause she deserve it. Tina does my sisters nails and shellac and she loves it cause she does a great job too. My pedi any of the ladies can do it cause they all are good, they massage my legs and cut the way I like. Overall I have tried other places but Beyond Nails is the best place to go.... the price is reasonable. but please tip the ladies well cause they do a great job. Also have water if you ask for it. Very nice shellac job, very reasonable pricing and the ladies are nice. The only reason they don't get a perfect score from me was because they don't use the disposable tub liners for pedicure by default. Although after I started they told me I could request them, so I'll ask next time. I also got wax and she took her time and didn't rush it like many salons do. The only reason I am not giving them a full 5 star review is because I personally feel like their nail polish selection is kind of limited. (first time visitor) 4/15/17 midday, I was a walk-in for a $30 mani/pedi, though it wasn't busy at all, the two techs who serviced me were very rushy in their treatments on both my feet and hands, simultaneously. - wasn't thorough on her removal of polish with remover, she instead relied on the electric filer to remove the remaining residue, so previous color tint was left behind - the hard skin that tends to build up underneath the big toe, which techs normally remove, this lady did not, even when I pointed it out to her, she call herself removing it, but did not, instead polished over it. - i'm not sure just how sterile her equipment was either, as I didn't quite see where she pulled them from, but it was questionable. - being that my toes are short and chubby, I have always had a tech to insert the toe dividers so that the toes don't touch while polishing, this woman did not. - once finished with all polishing, she tells me "come on over to light table" , meaning where u go to set the polish to complete its drying and I'm looking at her, "I would like to have my shoes back on first", which were flip flops, which techs normally carefully put them back onto your feet after polishing. - for as the hand lady, once again, they were very rushy....she was jabbing my cuticles enough for me to flinch - when polishing, after the 2nd coat, I had to tell her that she was missing a good amount of space along my cuticle on about 3 of my nails on one hand. thought to stop into this place for a relaxing mani/pedi---NOT. I had to stay on heightened alert to coach them through the process, which I wasn't pleased at all. Of course there will be those who will continue to go there and that's fine, as I wish Beyond Nails much success earning revenue and providing wages for others, but I would hope that they take this as a means of improvement to coach each of their staff members into providing consistent wonderful experiences for the patrons. Note: So not to cause any embarrassment to the individuals I chose not to disclose the names of the techs here on a public forum, but I will share the names to the owners, with hopes they would use it has a coaching tool. read more

Best shellac manicure I have ever had! Best prices and the ladies are so so sweet. Not a ton of shellac colors as my old place but they last longer than any I've ever had. It was a bit of a drive from where I live but it was definitely worth the trip. Nicki is the owner of Beyond Nails and she also happened to be the person that fixed my nails. After looking at them and confirming what a bad job it was, she ended up giving me a whole new set but only charged me $20, which is $5 less than the normal price. She was quick and got me done in time for next appointment. I walked in and was promptly greeted, chose my color, and got started right away. My manicurist was professional, polite, and quiet ehich was fine since I was feeling quiet today. I love this nail salon! I am moving this week and I wish I could take this salon with me, as it will be hard to find a new salon that matches the friendliness, cleanliness, and excellence I have received here...and all for such a great price. I have been going to Beyond Nails for about four years and have always had great and quick service. I can get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure for $45, which is a steal. No extra charge for callus removal or hot towels, like is typically done at other places. They always do a great job and take their time. I actually love all of the nail techs, so I don't typically make regular appointments. They are great about doing both my mani and pedi at the same time, if they have enough available staff. This place is good, not great. I did get a pedicure with paraffin wax for $25. The first few times I went they kept trying to push shellac even though I said no several times. Other than that, the ladies that work at this shop are very kind and welcoming. The treatments are done well. I had to ask my nail tech that the water was too hot and she also burned me a bit with the paraffin wax but she was very nice. The paint jobs are not the best. This used to be my go-to place for waxing, pedicures, and manicures. The last time I went, I brought my daughter with me. We were going on a little vacation, and we wanted a mani/pedi and waxing. I called ahead of time to set up appointments and was told to come at the time I requested- late morning. We arrived, and it felt like we were an annoyance. They rushed through the pedicures in a very lackadaisical manner. Somebody brought food in, so it definitely felt like they wanted to get us out of there quickly so they could eat. They took me to a private room for waxing, and while I was in there, they waxed my daughter's eyebrows with her head leaning back in a regular chair in the main area. The lady doing this waxed the area a couple of times. My daughter ended up with burns and scabs that ran across both eyes. It was incredibly painful for her. She had been waxed numerous times before, never with issue or even sensitivity. Needless to say, it ruined the vacation because she couldn't spend any time in the sun due to pain and was very self-conscious. It took weeks for it to completely heal. We haven't returned to this establishment and won't in the future. Sad, because at one time, they did seem to care about service. Now, it is worse than sloppy. read more

Just came back from salon. I went for the first time. I've decided to go, because it's right next to my house and had decent reviews. Big mistake. I needed to have powder set removed. The lady basically pealed it off my nails. It was the first time I've seen anybody doing it this way. Usually, in my regular salon, ladies take of the top layer with file, soak the nails, etc. Honestly regret going there. Ended up with sore, uneven nails that now I need to clip and file myself.
