Where to begin. I came as a walk-in & was greeted immediately. I asked for a moment, since their prices are on the wall, I figured I'd get an idea of what I'm getting myself into (I did the math & felt comfortable spending $80 + tip). Once I sat in the chair to get my toes done, I was under the impression I'd be getting my hands done too, since they'd set the cart up next to me & everything. I was wrong. My feet took about an hour, and the woman who attended me was speeding through the good stuff (the massage, the toe nail cut down/trim) I said something about it, but they just laughed. Once they were ready to do my nails, the lady that runs around asked me what I wanted. I told her, based on the price I'd already seen. She spoke in their native tongue & then Minh came over reiterating that the price for the service was set, I said ok & was getting ready to pay, when I asked up front about the pricing on the wall. Again, the lady at the desks ends up apologizing & again, here comes Minh stating he would be the one providing the service. *** I had to set the stage for the part that rubbed me the wrong way in the end*** so once Minh begins doing my nails, I asked him, does your work last? He said yes, I'm a professional. I then proceeded to ask him how much the designs he was doing would cost. & he ignored my question. Ultimately the services I wanted were a pedicure (turned out to be $40) & then the acrylic French tip for my hands, with rhinestones on my hands, (for which he charged me $70). We agreed on $45 for my nails, based on the wall prices, but he decided he wanted to charge $50, plus $5 for each mail he'd put rhinestones on. Crazy right? I know. (I ended up spending $110 + $10 tip= $120) They looked nice at first, but 2 days after leaving their shop, the rhinestones started coming off. Then another 2 days pass and my nails start breaking off. I don't know.. this experience has definitely been one for the books. Enter at your own judgement, I should've listened to mine. read more

Bad service... The first impression when I was entering to this place, was someone who works there yelling at me: what do you want? No privacy, everyone found out what I was going to do. Then they sat me in a chair that I had to wait for 15 minutes and they didn't decide Who was the person that going to do the pedicure. I saw 3 different people who touched my feet. Always talking in another language between them and the first person that was trying to do my Pedicure was cutting my nails and talking on the phone at the same time! The salon is not nice, the service is very poor for the prices they offer. The products have poor quality and the paraffin they gave me was minimal, hot stones ? Just two warm stones and hot towels? Just two That didn't cover all my feet.... I never going return to this salon. read more

Minh is an amazing nail tech! He's very gentle. This is the first time i've ever gotten my nails done where i didn't get cut or scraped by the file or drill. His technique is very efficient and fast but very thorough. Super nice and keeps up a good conversation. He can do trendy designs and simple chic looks. My nails look and feel amazing! I took my little cousin here for manicures over the weekend. The woman who did her nails was quite rude to me and the little one. Also, her nail polish came off immediately in the pool, so it was obviously very low quality polish and/or had been diluted with something. The woman who did my nails was more pleasant, but my gel manicure-- which should last a week MINIMUM-- started peeling off in 2.5 days. read more

My daughter has been here a couple times to get her nails done for fun, and every time they have been terrible. I have refrained from reviewing because I have never been there myself and I don't know a lot about fake nails. My daughter spends her own money to get her nails done, and they have been crappy every time. They can't even do a simple paint job nicely. Don't even think about any sort of design, even a simple one. Again, I don't know a ton about nails, but the day she had it done it already looked like she needed them filled. The nail polish is bumpy and uneven and some of the nail didn't even get painted. Some of the nails are different lengths. I understand that doing small girls' nails is probably not easy, but just say you can't do it instead of taking their money for a crap job. You get what you pay for. Lisa is great with pedicures! My polish is perfect just the way I asked it to be, and her massage skills are great! I decided to give this salon a try since it got good reviews on Nextdoor and is close to my home. Place was clean and COVID ready. Mask and plexiglass between you and nail tech. I started with regular classic pedicure. After noticing they were not busy I changed to one that included a mask. Cost more but figured I was helping a small community business. Everything was going well until I got home and noticed she had cut my toe when doing my cuticles. Now it burns and I have to use Neosporin in hopes it doesn't get infected. Time and time again I give them a try but I can never seem to get exactly what I ask for. The shape I ask for is always off on my nails even if I show them a picture. I've been going to Cherries for about 6 years now. Tracy does my nails and I've had all the girls do my pedicures. They are very thorough and take their time on massages. Compared to some of the other nail salons in the area they are reasonably priced. They don't do the fancy nail art but they are great with shellac, they have a lot of great colors to choose from if you are doing acrylic powder and gel top. Don't miss out on Kim's massages. Not a fancy spa experience but she is the BEST massage ever - and I've had massages in many places. Cherries is the best if you want a great thorough job and wonderful customer service. It's not an assembly line nail salon. They know a ton of their customers by name and it's a great local establishment. read more

I used to be a regular at this Nail Salon bc I lived right up the street from the place. The owner is pleasant but she have some rude employees. I stopped going to the shop after a while because when the owner went on vacation, the employees took their rudeness to an entirely new level. I was in a hurry yesterday and needed my nails done so I stopped at this location and learned not much has changed. The lady who's name is pronounced "My" is horrible. She was jerking my hand & very withdrawn. I requested to have my cuticles clipped on my hands & she didn't respond so I was under the impression that she didn't hear me so I repeated my request. She rudely replied with just one word, "later". Her demeanor was so offensive, I took a deep breathe and asked her, are you ok, you seem agitated; she acted as though she could not understand me then replied "next time you can get someone else to do for you". I politely informed her that if she did not want to service me then she did not have to and that there will never be a next time. I don't care how bad I need my nails done, I will never return to this place. Her work was horrible as well, I went somewhere else and got my nails fixed. read more

Avoid this salon!! Dangerous and poor quality. I am taking the time to write this 3 weeks later because I am still in shock over what happened. I usually have my nails done at Tony Nails in The Woodlands but I was in a time crunch and Cheerie's was much closer to my home so I took a chance. I was so dissapointed! First of all Lee cut me very badly and then didn't even seem sorry. I didn't realize how bad it was till I was leaving. When I stated "you cut me very badly, my finger is really hurting" and showed her, she gave me her card and told me to ask for Lee and that she was off Tuesday. SERIOUSLY?? And I'm not talking she nipped my cuticle, I'm talking she cut my finger tip with the drill. As if that weren't bad enough the nails were uneven looking. Clearly asking her to fix them wouldn't have helped. I didnt' want to risk further injury. Within a week they were lifting and discoloring. I returned to my normal salon and asked him why this happened, He said it was due to them using cheap product, not solar nails as he does. Complete waste of money, not to mention injury. read more
