To get services it was fast but I'm not satisfied with the work at all. So I asked for 3 acrylics on my left hand pinky, ring finger and middle one. and the rest gel overlay. The ring finger and pinky powder is chunky and uneven. She left glue under and I told her about it and it still bad. And then on my regular nails she filed them for a coffin shape and kept cutting my skin next to the nail bed. The nails shapes are slanted. As much as tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for the SECOND time ): {which is my fault for going back I guess after the first time it happened to my right eyebrow now this time my LEFT eyebrow } to start off with I told her NOT TO TOUCH the ends of my eyebrows !! I jus wanted her to clean the arch and simple clean up which she responded yes that I should keep the ends anyways after she proceeded to prepare the wax and start the service once she finished she showed me the mirror {THE END OF MY EYEBROWS WERE BOTH STILL THERE } I told her if she could even the arch a bit more since they were uneven she fixed the right side moved on the left and before I knew it she plucked out the ends and when I told her not there she stopped and denied plucking after I still had the mirror in my hand to see what she was doing to make sure it was what I was asking of her , she tried to convince me that the person before did that which I then answered her no I saw you do it {as well as reassured it was fine I mean there's no gluing the hairs back ‍} but still not okay to try and say she didn't and lie to me bc I guess she thought I might have lost it or something but I'm definitely disappointed and embarrassed with my eyebrows especially because she was rushing when she really didn't have to considering it's kinda slow at this hour 2:30 pm on a Thursday she was a sweet lady wasn't rude just very upset I had to walk out with my eyebrows looking like this read more

I will never go back here again. I felt so and unwelcomed and I called before I came to ask for a certain service. I wanted a manicure, with shellac full set. Cuticles and everything cut around my nail bed. The lady told me a price and I told her I was on my way up there.. I ended up getting to the nail shop and they had me choose my color. I noticed she was starting to paint my regular nails but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a FULL SET. After I told her that she started laughing and making a big scene in front of all of the other customers. She proceeded to say.. "that's not what u asked for" She later had an attitude and shrugged her shoulders at me. They need to call this place one star nails, because this is definitely not five star quality work. I've been coming here for almost 8 years now, throughout those years the place has gone through new ownership and management. I used to love coming here, Lisa was the person that helped me every single time. She did an awesome job, was always kind, and was happy to help me out. She no longer works here, she went on vacation supposedly. I was told she would be back in about a month. That month passes by and I call to make an appointment with her and I was told she no longer works here. Ok, I guess I'll have to settle for someone else. The person that helped did a pretty good job, I forgot to get her name, but I visited the location again a month after that visit and the same lady was there. I was hoping she would help me out since she gained my trust after the last time she did my pedicure. As soon as she saw me, she quickly turned around like if she was trying to avoid me. Maybe she was feeling lazy that day? I don't know but it left a horrible taste in my mouth. Someone else did my pedicure that day, it was okay. It felt like they were rushing to get through it. I know they aren't running away from my feet because I've got some pretty freakin' CUTE feet. Probably some of the best male feet, IMO. LOL. Either way, the service has obviously gone downhill. Also, the place is getting filthier as the days go by, specifically the chairs you sit in. Do they ever think to clean those chairs? Like seriously. The cup holders are disgusting. Every chair has gunk in the cup holders, the actual seats all appear to be stained. It really seems like I'm going to have to look for a new nail salon. I'm so disappointed. Le sigh* read more

Could not have had a better experience with their gel manicure & regular polish pedicure! Best French tip mani I've ever had, wish I had taken pictures. It was so well done that it lasted over a month without any peeling which is rare in my experience. The staff was so sweet & friendly. It was nice how warmly the regulars were greeted & quietly chatted with. Pedi bowl was plastic lined & I watched staff keep patrons well spaced. They had additional staff cleaning & disinfecting after each treatment & they allowed time before placing another patron in the same treatment seat. I'll definitely return for further services. I absolutely adore this nail salon. All of the employees are great and welcoming. It's very easy to make an appointment with whichever nail tech you like (or just walk-in), and they are very reasonably priced. Every tech that touched my nails did a great job, especially Kim and Holly. I've moved out of the area though and am very sad that I can't go to this nail salon anymore! I just went and got my nails did here, and it def warrants a 5 star update! Dior was my nail tech. She was as careful and gentle with my little fingers as any good technician is. We chatted a lot, and I was never uncomfortable or felt awkward (you ALL know what I'm talking about.) She did upsell me hard. She helped me pick out a color, and then I told her I wanted spider webs on all of my fingers. I thought she would just do it in the corner. She busted out the most perfectly adorable spider web on the whole nail, then drew a little spider! They're so awesome!! She was just such a friendly lady, professional, and talented!! Also, I get my eyebrows waxed here, and they always do a perfect job. Their rooms are clean, and they really take care. They put aloe and some other powder on to help soothe the skin. This was the worst pedicure I have gotten. For a town full of nail salons not sure how this one is still open. The atmosphere is the only thing going for it. She did not clip or file my toes. I've come to this salon for years. When they're amazing my nails last almost 3 weeks, but when they're having an off day they aren't so great. I've noticed the nail tech has started to do my nails how she wants to because she knows no matter what I'll be back in 2 to 3 weeks. This was my second time at this location. The first time I went, a tech at station 8 was horrible. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails, but I didn't get what I was asked. Then today 3-11-16, I went in to get a refill on my nails. I walked in was told by Kim to wait so she could could clean her station. Cindy is very good and listens to what you want. She does such a good job on gel polish (American) on my natural nails that it sometimes stays almost three weeks. She also cuts my toenails down short like I like. Many salons will barely clipped them and barely file them, leaving them still super long. I like my toenails nice and short. Cindy also does a nice long back and arm and should massage with manicures. This review is only for Cindy though, because I find some of the other techs hit or miss. read more

The only thing I've found OK about this place is their prices. I love the $15 pedicures but you definitely get what you pay for. I read the reviews/looked at the pictures of the solar nails. I decided since almost everyone had a good experience I would try them out. The lady who did my nails was in a total rush, she made 3 of my fingers bleed. She laid the solar powder so thick on my pinky that it dug into the skin under the tip of my nail. It was sore for days and I had to cut the nail down because I had a nice little cut under my nail that I didn't want to risk being infected. I will not be back. read more

Tony pissed me off. shapped my nails good and then paints them terrible, happens every time I go. literally put 3 coats of paint so they look extremely bulky and every freakin time I get air bubbles with the clear coat and it by the 4th day they are turning brown. anyway I mentioned this to him and he says I cant be perfect and continues. I actually like going here, it's cheap, SOME of the ladies are talented. I advise you to stay away from chair 2, she does sloppy work. She basically cheated me out my pedicure and didn't do anything worth my money. She applied diamond on my nails and they came out horrible, she had to redo them so many times that I just had to leave because she couldn't get them on right. When she was cutting my cuticles I told her she was getting too close and she apologized and still got to close! Leading me to start bleeding uncontrollably. She does nails uneven and I just dislike how she would rather talk on the phone than talk to me or sit in silence.
