I love coming to Image they greet you warmly even if you haven't been in their in months. I had to do my visit in two days sessions. The first day I got my Healthy Nails and Deluxe pedicure they are super professional and great conversations always happen. This is a local place here in Magnolia so it's common to run into people you know and catch up with. I really love my nails! I think I found my new spot! Since we moved, I haven't found anywhere by us that I've fallen in love with yet. Came with my 4 year old daughter for a girls day. Everyone was so sweet & accommodating! Best. Salon. Ever!!! I've been going to Image Salon & Spa for about a year now, mostly to get my nails done, but I've also experienced their Swedish Massage and Eyelash Extension services. Tai did an amazing job on my lashes! He even brought a blanket for me to be comfortable since that room tends to get cold. It takes about 2 hours for a full set, and I slept (and probably snored) pretty much the whole time. It was a relaxing experience with gorgeous results! Mai ALWAYS does a fabulous job on my nails, and she's super quick and fun to chat with, too! I typically get a shellac manicure and any of the relaxing spa pedicures. She's not stingy with applying however many coats are necessary for the color to turn out right with the shellac, and she does a lovely job with nail designs. Cindy, the owner, is the center of this fantastic salon. She is so welcoming and remembered my friends and me since the first time we came to the salon. She has also helped me plan a quick ladies' night with my girlfriends with mani & pedi, massages, and wine. She also offers to pick up catering for these events if you want. There is a cozy deck area in the back where I will definitely be booking an event in the future. Walk-In. Hilary cut my little boy's hair and she did an excellent job. Although this is not a place specifically catered to children, they were more than happy to do it. It was $10 for the cut and it was well worth it. She asked me what I wanted it to look like, I showed her some pictures and she made it look exactly how I wanted it. She also asked me if I liked it and if there was anything I wanted changed. Great experience. Clean bathroom, friendly staff, great ambiance. I would recommend this place. TIP: Since I knew they probably wouldn't have all the bells and whistles that a children's hair place has, I brought our tablet with his favorite show and a sucker. Nails chipped the next day, appeared to be due to poor filing job as my nails were rough and they continued to peel. Cindy, the owner, does not return calls (3), including responding to the business card I left behind with her staff. Staff confirmed passing messages on and taped the card to the counter. Was contemplating on writing a review about this place but here it goes!!! I went in for a balayage and Tabitha did an amazing job I really like my hair! However the salon was not very clean. The floor was dirty and the cape that they put on me smelled pretty bad. While I was waiting for my hair to lighten I saw a cockroach crawl out from under a chair! I was a little disappointed because I thought I had found my new salon so close to home! So I probably won't be back which makes me a little sad but cleanliness is a big deal for me :( read more

Beautiful spa. Clean. Smells good. Soothing music. Friendly staff... Tons of different services offered from massage to hair to nails to tailoring. Great spot to bring a group of ladies for an event and shared experience. I get the "healthy nails" which is better for the nails than acrylic. My wife came home livid a couple days ago from this place. She took our daughter to get her hair cut and they butchered her hair. One side was shorter than the other and the back was longer than the front. She had chunks of hair sticking out the bottom that were longer than any of her hair. It looked like they took shears to it and just started cutting. My wife had to take her to get it fixed at another salon because our daughter was in tears after they left. They still made her pay for the haircut. My wife said she's never had problems with the nail salon so went to get her nails done with a friend at lunch today. She's been a long time customer at this nail salon. Today they screwed up her nails. She got them painted and the nail polish started peeling within an hour. She returned to have it fixed but she waited for over 45 minutes for them to remove the polish only. The girl helping her kept getting moved around to other people. She walked out without them getting fixed completely. She won't be back. My wife paid for a butchered hair cut and a terrible job on her nails that never got corrected. No wonder the guy in front of her walked out. Terrible customer service!! read more

I went in for a simple haircut and met Tabitha. She did a great job and had a great personality. Thankfully she mentioned wanting to try some new coloring technique (Foliage Bayalage) because I have been wanting to try some color. I'm so happy with the results and hope Tabitha never leaves! I just moved here in magnolia so I've been looking for a nice salon since I'm so picky on my nails done cause I'm a cosmetologist and that was probably the worst salon I've gone to so far it took 3 hours just to get acrylic ombré and so many were just standing laughing being on there phones. Funny part they didn't even last my nail broke in the third day been trying to call pretty much every day cause I have a busy schedule just to get it fixed and nope sent to voicemail every. I originally found Image Salon and Spa upon the recommendation of my hair stylist (I wanted a massage, which was truly awesome). Later, my stylist left the salon she had been at and now works at Image, and I now go there to get my haircuts. Today, I treated myself to a Luxury Mani and Pedi. Oh.My.Word! I feel wonderful! My nails are all pretty and I am all relaxed. They have Sr's day on Mondays (age 55+) and offer a small discount for cash payments. The ladies (and guys) there are so nice, polite, solicitous and attentive to their tasks. They really make you feel pampered!!! I've found my salon! I will definitely be back! read more

Not my first time here, actually my third... first time i got a full set of nails that the "lady in charge" did and they all lifted within 3 days. Fast forward to a year later, i got a gift certificate for manicure pedicure and massage... made an appointment for manicure and pedicure, with 2 hours to spare because i heard they were very slow.... i ended up sitting for 30 minutes waiting past my appointment for them to tell me they didnt have time to do what i wanted if i needed to leave at a certain time. I went with a quick manicure and pedicure, left me with a gift certificate to keep. I made an appointment for hydrating manicure and deluxe pedicure (what the gift certificate is for). The pedicure was done by an older man and it was probably the best pedicure i have ever had!!!! The manicure... not sure what was so special about the hydrating manicure... nothing different from a basic. The lady that did it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and my nails looked the same leaving as they did coming just clear polish. My nails were tore up an tad from a previous set i removed weeks ago, but that aside... they look no different than they did when i went in. read more

Just moved to Magnolia from Maryland and came in for a full color and trim ($120). The salon is filthy and in disrepair. The chair I sat in was missing an armrest and the back rest was dirty. I got up and left when I realized the cape that was placed on me had some kind of white oily gunk on it. Given the prices they charge, the salon should not be in any kind of disrepair. Regardless, there is no excuse for using a dirty cape on a client. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been a regular customer up until now. Went in for a mani/pedi. I paid and went about my day. About 20 minutes later, I get a call on my cell phone stating they accidentally did not charge me enough for my pedicure and I owed 16.00 more dollars and to come back and pay the difference!!!! I'm so torn about this salon, been here 4 or 5 times in the past 6 months for healthy nails or shellac, and I get mixed quality service! The first couple times, the girls did an amazing job and my nails looked finished and polished; even lasted me for over 3 weeks! However, the past 2 times I have not received the quality I have been recommending to my family and friends that now come from Waller for their nail needs. First of all, the set of healthy nails were not "finished" so to speak, meaning, all my nail edges were crooked or went on to my skin. Even after washing and scrubbing my hands, there was still residue all over the skin of my fingers! Also, the thickness was much thicker than I had requested, but as I learned after the fact "sometimes healthy nail colors need to be dipped more times for consistency in the color." I last 2 weeks with those with a beautiful color, yet way too thick for my liking and crooked edges! Then yesterday I specifically made sure to get there for my scheduled appointment and was told another tech would be helping me. She was a very nice lady and very accommodating to my indecisive needs. I ended up choosing a healthy nail glitter however the tech advised that it would come out too thick so I should go for a shellac glitter that way I could achieve the thin look I was interested in. The colors I really liked were not available although they were on the option wheel thus I settled for her recommendation. The whole experience was really nice, the tech carried great conversation and made me feel comfortable; yet, once 4 layers of color (due to inconsistency) and 2 layers of top coat had been applied, my nails were even thicker than the previous healthy nails I had! I was satisfied with the color, but definitely not with the thickness or how far down my nailbed the color began. To end this, I will be back since I have credit remaining from a Birthday gift certificate I received, but honestly it will probably be my last unless my nails look finished, thin, and polished! I really wanted to make this my go to salon because it is very beautiful, friendly, and I like supporting local small businesses, but I guess I'll have to just make the drive out to the Vintage for better quality. read more

My mother went in the get a hair cut, hair colored, and nails done. I wanted to treat her and make her feel good about going to my sister's baby shower. Well the nails looked horrible. I get mine done all the time where I live. The worst job I have ever seen. And then her hair ... had very large gray spots left in it. I had to buy boxed dye to fix it myself because they would not fix it. The hair dresser was off work and no one else would fix it before the baby shower. And to top it off the are declining to return our money. My mother is elderly and didn't see that her hair was messed up until she got home and my brother saw it. This is just wrong!!!!!! read more

This place was terrible. I booked my elderly mom here for spa services and she got home in tears. They completely butchered her hair and the dye job was ugly. They rushed her through her services and she could not get the massage I booked her because they said the massage was never booked, but when I called back to complain they said it was booked but the massage therapist did not show up to work. As for her facial, she said the facialist kept selling her product the entire time! At the end when she said no thanks, the facialist said ok then Your done! When I called the salon back to complain about my mothers service and the horrible hair job, Krista, the manager refused to refund the hair color/cut money! This was supposed to be a gift for my mom for Mother's Day and she hated it because of the poor service. Run from this place! read more

I was really excited about a salon in Magnolia, but this place has been a big disappointment. On my first visit, I got a haircut by Aimee. She was very nice, but unfortunately, my hair ended up being so uneven that the right side was chin length and the left was at my shoulders. I had to return to get it fixed, which they were nice enough to do. I went back today thinking I'd try again because it's so convenient. This time Hunter did my hair. This time I had a chunk of hair that had been missed and was longer than the rest of my hair. Again, they were nice enough to fix it, but at this point, I decided this would be my last visit. I've never had to go back to hair salon to fix my hair, and here it's happened twice. To top it off, Hunter had dye (or some other red coloring) on his hands that transferred to me and ruined my sweater. This place is just very unprofessional, and the quality of service isn't great. read more
