I went there looking for baking soda but was having trouble finding it, so I asked a worker where it would be. The first time I asked, she ignored me, so I asked again. This time she looked up at me and said "the other aisle". I said "um the other aisle"? She said "yeah the other aisle". i shrugged it off and went on looking for the baking soda in the "other aisle" which I finally did find. after that I went to the register to check out and stood there for at little over a minute while the cashier was off to the side texting on her phone. I didn't say anything. I just waited until she looked up and saw me. She didn't say a word to me as she rung up my purchases and after I paid and the receipt printed, she tore it off and literally threw it at me sideways while coldly saying "have a blessed day". Then immediately walked away. I don't know if dg changed their training program recently, but that Is definitely not good customer service. I will definitely think twice before going there again.

10.15.23 I have never been to a family Dollar before…read more First I will say the parking lot had tons of parking spaces and I was the only person here. I walked in and it was wall to wall stuff! They had a large selection of groceries, cleaning products, candy, beauty products and housewares. They even a little bit of home decorations and clothes for children & adults. I was looking for some different Halloween decorations than the normal ones everyone had. I found 2 black pumpkins that light up and a cute sign. All were $5 each. Great price, I think. It was super quiet inside; not even music was playing. The lady working welcomed me when I arrived and asked me if I found everything I was looking for. She was very polite. I would stop here again.

At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out…read morebathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.

Pharmacy is slow to service, they are randomly closed, open late, and pharmacy lunch times keep…read morechanging. This is not a one time thing, it's an ongoing problem. It's so bad that I've been driving to CVS on 1488 which is 15 minutes away, rather than ho here which is 5 minutes away. Truly a terrible pharmacy. The only reason I go here is when my doctors office screws up and sends a script here. I will transfer it every chance I get. Wish there was a way to give this negative stars. This place truly sucks and hasn't gotten any better in the last two years.
