A clerk confirmed over the phone that I could pick it up with the tracking number. The tracking clearly showed that it had been delivered. When I arrived to pick up the package, the cashier was there as well as 4-5 guys from corporate in suits. Everyone was absolutely useless. The cashier was incredibly rude to me when I said I was told that I could pick it up with the number and I had the number ready and showed it to him. He said he needed names. So I pulled up names. He said he didn't have the package. HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK. I could see all of the packages on the shelf. I kept asking him to check the names and/or the tracking number. He just kept telling me they didn't have it. It was insane.

The kind officer at the front door all hours of the night is ready to greet me after a lonnng bartending shift, with a warm welcome and a smile on her face. Charlie, the manager, works the late shift, as I do, and is extremely knowledgeable, warm, friendly and funny! He is great at multi tasking, and always full of energy and willing and ready to help you find a hard-to-find item. Immediately upon leaving the eye doctor, I received a message from Walgreens that my prescription was ready. I called them to ask if it would be covered by insurance because that didn't align with what my doctor had just told me. The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." He was so rude and disgusting and had no idea what was going on.

Their whole team is wonderful and they care about their patients. This is truly how a pharmacy should be! You go in and everyone says hello, the pharmacists are smart and ensure their patients are getting what they need and that they understand everything about the drug they are receiving. They are now in a new building about a year and it is even better. I cannot imagine anyone within 10 miles of here going anywhere other than to them.
