I shop at Walgreens more and more to just avoid the crowds and lines at the grocery store. And a lot of times it's faster to go get things at Walgreens just because the store is smaller than a large grocery. Almost every time I buy nuts I buy them here when they are on sale. Rating would be lower if I could. The phone hung up on me after I was on hold for over 30 minutes. After calling again and being on hold for over 10 minutes the pharmacy was rude to me AGAIN. I swear I do not like WALGREENS AT ALL. She is talking to me rudely. I tell her my mother just died and I have to call about 100 places right now and I cannot listen to her or take someone being rude to me to which she gets ruder and louder and then she hangs up on me. Both myself and my husband if we were this rude CONTINUOUSLY in our line of work we would have ZERO repeat business. This just so happens to be our preferred company for our insurance. I will be investigating who else I can go to even if I have to pay to go elsewhere because WALGREENS does not care about it's customers and gets MEANER AND MEANER. They have so much business. Who yells at their customer after they just said my mother just died, and then continues to yell at them, gets louder and then hangs up on them? I will tell you who, someone who has NO REGARD AT ALL about their customers well being. NONE. The person who I spoke to this time sounded like the person who I spoke to last time who I didn't even review. So yeah there is a missing review and I've had more than one already on Walgreens. RUN! This is a typical Walgreen's with all that Walgreen's has to offer from pharmaceutical needs to candies of the season. We stopped in at this particular location to purchase tickets for a festival. The employee who handled our transaction was friendly and efficient. She made sure we had exactly what we needed. A quick browse of the store proved it to be organized and pretty clean looking. The shelves looked fully stocked with decent variety. They offer a large selection of candies and cutesy/kitschy seasonal decor besides personal and healthcare items. We didn't use the pharmacy services so I can't comment on that area. This Walgreen's did serve our need for tickets and it's a location that is en route and convenient for what we were doing. We would come here for tickets again. read more

12/22/2014 - Better than most other Walgreen's. The pharmacist, Lilly, is top shelf. Homie from NOLA as well. We were in a hurry to catch a plane and she took our prescriptions and ran with it. We were out of there in less than 10 minutes. Seriously, we don't get that type of service from any other Walgreen's. If you're in the Tomball area, have her do it for you! read more

I find it disturbing that Tomball Walgreens has placed a smokers' bench within 50 feet of the propane storage cage. The only thing between them is the Redbox machine that runs on electricity. read more

They did not honor my online photo code. I had emails and everything saying my code was accepted. Then when I went to pick up my pictures they would not honor code even though I had emails. My daughter went to Walgreens on kuykendahl and 2920 where they not only honored the online code but even commented what a good deal it was. I will never set foot in Tomball walgreens again. Neither will my daughter's and anyone else who wants to be treated fairly. read more

Be very careful with this pharmacy, check that you are getting what your insurance company is paying for. They tend to overcharge for prescriptions. When I pointed it out to them with my receipt, to be corrected, just 8 days later (the next time I happened to be in their store) their response was "yes, you were over charged. We are sorry, but we can't do anything about it. To bad you didn't come in yesterday, we could have processed your refund". It would seem an ethical business would want to correct an overcharge regardless of when it occurred. This stores "statute of limitations" for doing the right thing appears to be 7 days. read more

Had my RX called in by my dentist office. They spoke to "Patricia." I heard this. Went to pick it up & the pharmacist & staff said no Patricia works there. I called my DDS who called the RX in, & then called me back to let me know she left the RX instruction on the Pharmacy voice mail. I then relayed this to the tech who checked the messages & claimed there was no message from my DDS. I never left the Pharmacy. I was there for hour. Just needed pain med after tooth extraction. What is wrong with this location? read more
