If you don't want the employees to be rude don't be rude back. Buy a wig cap (99 cents) and put it on if you're trying on wigs. There's are signs everywhere telling you to not put them on if you don't wear a wig cap. There are also signs saying they don't do returns or exchanges so don't think you're above it and getting angry because they specifically already told you. Pick a good color before you buy anything. With all said and done, no bad reviews on this one. Great experience. I might even go back to get more extension because I bought too little!

I walked in with an inspo pic and came out with nothing like it. I was completely taken back when I walked out and once I got home my husband saw it he immediately said what happened? That's nothing like what you showed me and I burst into tears. He knew how much I missed getting my hair colored and immediately felt so bad. He suggested I look into another place that could fix it and give me what I want. I'm just absolutely devastated how do I show you a picture and you say yes we can do that! And you do nothing close to it. My biggest regret is not having read the reviews before booking with this place. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
