Do not go here. If you're desperate, use box dye. You'll be better off. Feeling like I can't review more than this because i am sure they will gaslight me in the response. After two separate treatments on two separate days, my hair is still far from where it should be. What it should boil down to is, if the customer isn't happy, it should be fixed. For $65 I want to get the cut I want. The tech wanted to cut it her way. I don't want my hair to look like hers or her recommendation. I want to wear my hair the way I get compliments on it with true cut layers. She basically wasn't comfortable cutting layers and the style I wanted. Disappointing but I will find someone closer and more reasonably priced. A different stylist 2 years ago cut my hair for my wedding and did a beautiful job! read more

Highlights and cut. Odd business practices and too expensive for Magnolia. First they required 50% down at time of reservation. Then when i met with stylist i had to sign a waiver before they touched my hair. Ironically, before the waiver, we discussed at length the color and cut it wanted. Nothing red hued and yet my lowlights were red. I was told that $300 was the starting price but it could be higher if i required more color. ( i have above the shoulder length bob). The stylist was nice and the cut was good, although shorter than i explained. Weird way to treat customers and $300 for short highlights and trim is too much. Signing a waiver is a deal breaker for sure read more

My hair stylist Jacque was super sweet . She was very nice and personable and I would go back but....It was$$$$$ My hair is shorter than shoulder length. I have back hair and I only needed my roots done with and a couple snips on one side and front to even out. That's it. It cost me almost $200. A bit floored. I thought it was a mistake but here is the break down. Still I'm confused. Wanted highlights but scared to to see cost. So I'm gonna pass. We had an amazing two visits so far. The first one was for my 13 year old daughter and the second one was for me. Both instances we had really good experiences with Chloe and Brie. We were very happy with the end product. I am very happy we've found a place in the area. While my hair dresser is great, their cancellation policies are not. I understand a charge for same day cancellations. But I tried cancelling a day and a half due to work meeting that came up and tried to move my appointment (so not technically a cancellation), and then they pop some 48 hour cancellation rule on me where they will still charge me. BEWARE GOING TO BONJOUR BELLE SALON IN MAGNOLIA, TX! I paid over $200 and walked out with my hair color looking worse than when I walked in. They have you sign a document stating that you understand the risk if something happens, and you do not "like" the result. Their policy is to give them a chance to fix it. I was offered that chance, but I was not comfortable with the risk of further damage to my hair. It is one thing to not like the result, but another when the outcome is not only what I asked for, but my hair looks terrible. The highlights on one side of my head are in a huge bunch and on the other side of my head there are 3 stripes of highlighted color. I am grateful that Liz was there attempting to guide the person who was coloring my hair because I do not think she was adequately trained to color hair. I spoke to the owner and he was adamant about not giving me a refund due to the document I signed, which is just bad customer service and bad business. He said, "If I give you a refund then everyone will ask for a refund". Ok, how many customers are they ruining their hair and having to ask for refunds? DON'T risk it! Go somewhere that will stand by their service! read more

I love the owners they are the best. I had my hair done there by Megan and she did an amazing job. I also got a facial there by a lady named leah and I LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! She gives you arm/shoulder/ feet massages as well with the facial and it was amazing. The cutest little place I've ever seen omg. I love the decor and the feeling in the place. Booked my 13 year old 2 appointments this past week. She went for a haircut during the week which went well and the stylist was efficient. Booked her a 9am appointment Saturday morning (4 hour slot) for highlights. I checked her in on Saturday and then popped in at 1pm thinking she would be done and then again when she was finally finished at 4pm and not once did staff in the front have a mask on. When I booked her appointment it was with a card online and without asking my permission my 13 year old was talked into letting the stylist chop more of her hair off ( which she is now upset over after seeing how short it is) as the stylist and her co workers all agreed she needed to cut more hair off with her new highlights so her hair looked healthy. She did inform her stylist that she had just had a haircut days earlier there and it was still recommended so as 13 year olds do ...she agreed to it as the professional was recommending it. Her 4 hour time slot turned into 7 hour appointment. She was there from 9am-4pm for highlights . definitely not worth the time or price as we spent nearly 200$ Saturday and she went to Sally's today to buy 20$ in product to add highlights to her face framing piece herself today. read more
