Viral!!! They don't honor pricing as quoted, they do not listen to customers request. I contacted Bonjour Salon on 7/25/26 and booked my appointment for that day. The mgr that answered the phone sent me the form to review and requested 50% deposit upfront before scheduling. I paid the 50% and was under the impression it was for my single all over color, and cut, style which is on the quote.  When I got there the stylist said the haircut wasn't added and it would be 330.00 total. I said that's not what your mgr said I walked up to the manager and explained that she herself took my reservation over the phone and sent me the form with the haircut quoting the haircut included. She basically said that the increase would be the price and that I can't get my deposit back, so therefore I had to pay to get my hair done. The stylist did not honor my request that I wanted to keep my length, I told her to cut my dead ends and to give me long layers not to do anything drastic. My hair is now shorter, she cut more than the dead ends and was not cut professionally colored properly with the  colors I selected. I'm very disappointed in my hair it has frizz , flyaways everywhere. The color looks faded, the stylist never showed me the color wheel of what she was mixing, I showed her on my phone several inspiration pictures it was supposed to be darkest brown/black it's more red toned. She never used a curling wand only the blow dryer and brush. This salon should have been transparent about pricing and honored their quote. The salon needs to listen to their clients and not dismiss them when they are trusting them with their hair. Our 29th wedding anniversary was the next day, I was very dissatisfied. read more

After two separate treatments on two separate days, my hair is still far from where it should be. What it should boil down to is, if the customer isn't happy, it should be fixed. For $65 I want to get the cut I want. The tech wanted to cut it her way. I don't want my hair to look like hers or her recommendation. I want to wear my hair the way I get compliments on it with true cut layers. She basically wasn't comfortable cutting layers and the style I wanted. Disappointing but I will find someone closer and more reasonably priced. A different stylist 2 years ago cut my hair for my wedding and did a beautiful job! read more

Highlights and cut. Odd business practices and too expensive for Magnolia. First they required 50% down at time of reservation. Then when i met with stylist i had to sign a waiver before they touched my hair. Ironically, before the waiver, we discussed at length the color and cut it wanted. Nothing red hued and yet my lowlights were red. I was told that $300 was the starting price but it could be higher if i required more color. ( i have above the shoulder length bob). The stylist was nice and the cut was good, although shorter than i explained. Weird way to treat customers and $300 for short highlights and trim is too much. My hair stylist Jacque was super sweet . She was very nice and personable and I would go back but....It was$$$$$ My hair is shorter than shoulder length. I have back hair and I only needed my roots done with and a couple snips on one side and front to even out. That's it. It cost me almost $200. A bit floored. I thought it was a mistake but here is the break down. Still I'm confused. Wanted highlights but scared to to see cost. So I'm gonna pass. BEWARE GOING TO BONJOUR BELLE SALON IN MAGNOLIA, TX! I paid over $200 and walked out with my hair color looking worse than when I walked in. They have you sign a document stating that you understand the risk if something happens, and you do not "like" the result. Their policy is to give them a chance to fix it. I was offered that chance, but I was not comfortable with the risk of further damage to my hair. It is one thing to not like the result, but another when the outcome is not only what I asked for, but my hair looks terrible. The highlights on one side of my head are in a huge bunch and on the other side of my head there are 3 stripes of highlighted color. I am grateful that Liz was there attempting to guide the person who was coloring my hair because I do not think she was adequately trained to color hair. I spoke to the owner and he was adamant about not giving me a refund due to the document I signed, which is just bad customer service and bad business. He said, "If I give you a refund then everyone will ask for a refund". Ok, how many customers are they ruining their hair and having to ask for refunds? DON'T risk it! Booked my 13 year old 2 appointments this past week. She went for a haircut during the week which went well and the stylist was efficient. Booked her a 9am appointment Saturday morning (4 hour slot) for highlights. I checked her in on Saturday and then popped in at 1pm thinking she would be done and then again when she was finally finished at 4pm and not once did staff in the front have a mask on. When I booked her appointment it was with a card online and without asking my permission my 13 year old was talked into letting the stylist chop more of her hair off ( which she is now upset over after seeing how short it is) as the stylist and her co workers all agreed she needed to cut more hair off with her new highlights so her hair looked healthy. She did inform her stylist that she had just had a haircut days earlier there and it was still recommended so as 13 year olds do ...she agreed to it as the professional was recommending it. Her 4 hour time slot turned into 7 hour appointment. She was there from 9am-4pm for highlights . definitely not worth the time or price as we spent nearly 200$ Saturday and she went to Sally's today to buy 20$ in product to add highlights to her face framing piece herself today. read more
