Analisa told me that I was looking for full glam but by the time everything was said and done I didn't want to argue more. I want to add that makeup itself wasn't bad, but it was lacking. The photo might be slightly exaggerated due to lighting and contrasts but my scale to measure makeup is to see how well were those blemishes covered.

Kate is beyond awesome, with an awesome price! I sat in the chair and explained to her that I wanted low maintenance since I'm about to have my baby any day now. Because of that, I told her I wanted to go for a rooty blonde. I wanted keep the darkness in my roots, but have the roots that stayed, to be blended so that there were no harsh lines anywhere. She reiterated what I said, and said it even better than I did. She also pointed out that the back of my hair wasn't as blonde and vibrant as the front (due to lazy work previously), and asked if I wanted her to fix that. Of course I did, but I wasn't going to even mention it because I didn't want to take attention away from the most important part, my roots. When she turned the chair around to show me the finish product I was shocked. Shocked that she did EXACTLY what I asked. Maybe it's been so long since I've had anyone worth a damn touch my hair, but I'm going to go with that she just rocks. :) Not to mention, her cost was lower than everyone I've seen yet.
