Where do I start?! I found Perfect Pout through a Google search and once I read the reviews, I was sold! And let me tell you, the reviews do no justice! From start to finish, I received nothing less than amazing customer service and professionalism. I booked two appointments with Kristin, as I had two weddings to attend. From the moment I booked my appointments, I received communication from Kristin to confirm my appointments and was looking forward to getting my makeup done. Kristin is amazing!! I am so glad that my hair stylist referred me to her. From the moment that I booked her, I knew that I would have an amazing experience. She quickly contacted me (like within 5-10 minutes) after I used her online booking portal to gather more details and to confirm my appointment time and location. She was transparent from the beginning and let me know that she had an appointment right before mine and that depending on where I was located, she may not be able to meet my time request. She quickly determined that I was within 5 minutes from her other appointment so she would be able to get to me in time.
