Look no further, she is the one. Lubna is so skilled and awesome that I wonder sometimes why she has a small place inside a Hispanic supermarket. Imo she should have her own store and training staff to pass down her skills and legacy. Here's a breakdown: Detail oriented 10/10 Skills: 10/10 Able to make my brows look good: 20/10 I dont even live nearby anymore and I still drive that 20-30min to see her because there just isn't anyone that has skills compared to her! I've tried Rice Village, Bellaire, inside the loop brow places where they're more expensive but they don't do a good job at all! My right brow has a weird triangle at the arch that is hard to conceal but Lubna says it's a piece of cake when other brow technicians struggle with it. I'm a loyal customer and I wish more people know of her because Lubna deserves it and more women deserve nice eyebrows

STAY AWAY!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent over a month growing out my eyebrows after bad experiences at other places, hoping for better this time -- but this was by far the worst!!! I explained my concerns beforehand, hoping she would be careful. Instead, she did the exact opposite. After finishing one eyebrow, she asked me to take a look. When I pointed out that she had taken off way too much, she got upset and refused to take any responsibility, blaming it on the way my hair grows. From that point on, she was rushed, rude, and clearly just wanted to get me out of the chair. read more

Honestly, low key the worst eyebrow threading I've ever got done but maybe that's because I have my go to people. I went to check this place out because it had good reviews and was near where I'm staying. She overthreaded and you can see it doesn't match my other brow! She missed so many hairs I had to repeatedly ask her to go over the spot. Three stars because she seemed sweet and hardworking but I was super disappointed. Avoid evelyn :( read more

This place don't even deserve a star. I got recommended by a friend who lives here which she go to Evelyn. I am so picky when it come to my eyebrows I went in with thick eyebrows and came out with thin. She did a horrible job she took off my eyebrows when she seen I had nice thick brows. I AM SO LIVID I COULD CRY!! Worst place ever I will NEVER COME BACK HERE! She needs to be more careful with people who have thick eyebrows! Better yet, she should double check and ask customers if they want to keep the thickness or shave it off!!!! read more

Not only does she do amazing eyebrows. This is an older lady with her own small business. It's located inside the supermarket to the left. My eyebrows have been $10 and it's always perfect. I moved away from the spring Branch area but I drive here just to get my eyebrows done. 10 out of 10. read more

It's an eyebrow salon located inside of the grocery store (make the first left). This place, has the best eyebrow threading game esthetician, Ms. Evelyn. She works on Sundays, 11-5 pm. She will go with you through every step of the process to make sure you are happy. She takes cash, or the mobile CC Reader (leave tip included with the total) and you are good. OMG she is incredible. Did my eyebrows, lip and chin. Perfection! She is very busy, weekdays in the morning are the best times to catch her with less traffic. But even if you come on a busy time like I did today, she's really fast so it won't really be a crazy wait. In the 30 minutes that I was there she probably did six people. Prices are so good, I dont think you will get this price anywhere and most definitely wont get this good of a service on most places, even those that charge a lot. She is inside the El Ahorro Supermarket. Come in and then turn left, you will see her right away. read more

This was the best eyebrow that that end service I've ever received in Houston. It is a small business located in the supermarket and this lady is the truth. For only eight dollars I was in and out there in 15 minutes with a perfect arch. Highly recommended. I already sent my sister and cousin to get their eyebrows done and they love it. read more

This was my first thing there and I will be going there as long as I can. When you enter El Ahorro, just make a left and the shop is there. There were two ladies who were threading eyebrows, and a line of people waiting. I came at a busy time on a Saturday so I waited 30 minutes, and it was worth it! I had Sarah, she was very friendly, gentle, and walked me through the process for upper lip threading (it was my first time for my upper lip). I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years and have never had someone be so gentle and thoughtful. It was $8 for my eyebrows and $4 for my upper lip. I recommend this to anyone looking for great service and great work. read more

Lubna did an excellent job on my eyebrows! This was my first time getting threading done and I was a little apprehensive about the pain and how it would turn out, but now I can't wait to go back. I stood waiting for both ladies to finish the customers they were working on. One finished and while she was collecting payment another customer walked in and took the next seat, cutting in front of me. The employee then started working on her eyebrows without saying if I was next or even acknowledging me. I left. That is horrible service. read more

Told her I wanted to stay under $100 and what did she recommend for me with that budget? I was super impressed when she confirmed I had enough time for what she recommended. She valued my time & my budget! We did: brow threading, brow tinting, lamination, and a flash facial that included a face massage! I have horrible sinus issues, especially this year so don't be surprised if I post about sinus surgery very soon! I could literally feel my sinuses clearing during the massage. I let her know & then she started showing me the pressure points for migraines, sinus, and others! I'm hoping the massages on a regular basis help put off the need for sinus surgery! The craziest thing is she suggested we also WAX my nose when I told her I had some big pores on my nose. When she pulled off the wax she showed me all the black heads that came out! Biori strips don't have anything on her wax!! We even laughed together after she had the dye on my brows! She encouraged me to take selfies & send to friends! It was hysterical!! So I am a fan! I booked appointments for my teens, husband, & my next appointment before I left! I still want some lashes & am counting on her expertise to point me in the right direction!! I should've trusted my gut since the moment i saw the red flags. I arrived she didn't even greet me back she just told me to sit on her broken chair. She then went into the back of the store and was breaking her neck trying to listen to my conversation with my friend. She then started on my eyebrows and i let her know i wanted them more cleaned up because it seemed like she took no hair off. She then proceeded to work on both and she left one way too thin, i then let her know they looked way different and the left one was way thinner. She then started screaming " I TOLD YOU I LET YOU KNOW THATS WHAT YOU WANTED " when i never told her that's how i wanted them. I have been coming here for 10+ years with Lubna. She is fabulous and would not go with anyone else. I will add however, there is a new lady and her name is Evelyn, and she does fabulous work. Eevelyn is the best! She truly listens to your concerns and is very thorough. She checks in with you as she's threading to make sure that she's giving you what you ask for. I have been doing to Evelyn for a couple years now. She always makes sure I'm comfy and relaxed when threading. Always asks me if I'm satisfied with the shape or if there's any stray hairs left to thread to make sure I'm completely happy with my eyebrows. I recommend it. She only works Sunday and Thursday tho. read more
