I've been coming here for awhile now. I've gotten my mani and pedi done for an event/party, it was fabulous! Sanitary, relaxing and worth every penny! I also get my lashes done here and let me say I look forward to going here for my refills. I know that every time I leave I will feel fresh and after receiving a full set again, I feel great! I originally bought a groupon after my bestie suggested this spot for lash extensions. I had to go to a different tech than she recommended the first two times who was very nice but not an expert technician. The 3rd and future visits was with Chau who is great. She made my lashes look great. The only problem for me is that my natural lashes are fine so the lash extensions over time got too heavy to hold them upright so after a week or so they would flip and poke my eyeballs. After a few months, I decided to take a break and try to get my lashes strong before I tried extensions again. The front desk staff are amazing. Very friendly and personable. I had a facial about two weeks ago and WOW! Yes, the place itself is not "fancy" however it was clean and utilitarian. I am not interested in fancy looking rooms and buildings. They had a nice coffee/snack bar, they had the rooms with clean sheets and all the same products as the "fancy" places. What I care about is getting a facial and making my skin and face feel and look clean and healthy. Also, the price, at $75 (it CAN get more expensive but that is a basic price), is at least half of that from the places I usually go to around town. This place is easy to park, clean, simple and gets the "job" done. I suggest you call ahead because they have moved and it isn't easy to find at first, but once you know where it is, you will find it easily the next time. Service: FOR NEEDLING -- DON'T go here, go to your dermatologist or plastic surgeon for this treatment. I learned my lesson the hard way -- I had needling done 10 days ago with Rachel Harper, and I still have blisters and red patches on my skin. This is NOT normal: I've had this procedure done before at a doctor's office, and though it was aggressive, my skin recuperated within 3 days. 10 days is way too long -- I suggest you go see an MD for this procedure. It's been over 2 months and I still have skin damage. I am so disappointed -- do yourself a favor and have NEEDLING done at a doctor's office. These people may be good at eyelash services, but NOT at skin procedures. By the way, ONLY medical doctors are ethically and legally able to give medical advice. read more

This is a great serene spa. When you walk in you are welcomed oh so sweetly by the staff. Cookies and chocolates wait for you to nibble at along with an assortment of wonderful teas. So... last year I noticed this growth on my shoulder. At first it started out small so I just kept putting it off, it eventually it got to the size of a cherry. At this time I was a bit concerned so I sought out Dr's on my insurance plan but had to keep rescheduling due to my busy work schedule. Eventually I was able to see a Dr but during my visit the Dr said that they would suggest for me to go see a dermatologist. Which would take about day and appointment. Long story short, I went to organique spa for a massage and had a discussion with the masseuse and she said that they had a specialist on site, who looked at it and instantly identified as a in grown hair that got caught under my skin and was infected. At this time I was a bit relieved that it wasn't a tumor but embarrassed that it was just a pimple on steroids! None the less they numbed the skin with topical creme, lanced it and was able to remove the bump over a couple of days! Definitely a life saver! This place is quiet, clean and nicely decorated, you can tell the owner cares great deal about her business! Will be back again! read more

I came to Organique Spa for my first set of eyelash extensions. After hearing from friends about eyelash extensions I decided to get them done at Organique Spa because of all the good comments I have been told about Organique Spa. I am super glad I came here because the staff here are very attentive, accomodating helpful and very sweet! When you first arrive they offer you drinks and start your visit for eyelash extensions with a very thorough consultation. My niece came with me, she also said the spa was super clean, pretty and relaxing ( she enjoyed the candy and cookies they had). Like I said this was the first time I got eyelash extensions and they were very thorough and helpful in explaining the process. Right away I felt super comfortable and relaxed. The process does take a while and that made me feel super confident about the process because it meant that they would take their time to make sure the eyelashes came out great. And they did! They looked super full, natural and full of volume! During the process I felt very relaxed and even feel asleep on the bed. The environment is quiet, serene, comfortable and it is cold, but its perfect because they give you a blanket. I have purchased a refill already and am looking forward to it. I would recommend for anyone to come here, because the owner is attentive to detail and works in the spa on a regular basis, giving a hint of personalization to the services. read more

I have been going to Organique Spa for over a year. I have had various services and have always been pleased. Here are the services I have experienced: Lashes by Chau: Chau is awesome with lashes and I have been going to her for over a year. Before Chau, I had short, straight, little, sad lashes. Because I wore hard contact lenses, mascara was always hard to wear and I always had to wear eyeliner to make my eyes stand out a bit. I decided to try lash extensions and boy what a huge difference it makes. I no longer need to wear eyeliner and have cut out eye make-up all together in my daily morning routine. I love the idea of having "make-up" on without having it on. Last year I went on vacation to the Grand Canyon and decided not to wear make-up all week. Because my lashes looked great, I didn't look washed out in my vacation pictures. Lashes aren't a one size fits all kind of thing and Chau always makes sure my lashes fit my needs. If I have an event coming up and want to go extra glam, Chau can change up my lashes depending on what type of even it is (longer length, thicker lashes, or a bit of flair...). I decided to get LASIK done this year and had to wear glasses for a few months. Chau always made sure that my lashes were the right length so that they did not interfere with my glasses. I was concerned that I had to remove my lashes prior to my procedure, but the doctor assured me that they would be fine. The day of my procedure, they taped my lashes down. I thought I wouldn't have any left once they took the tape off, but to my surprise I only lost a couple lashes and they still looked great. I didn't even need to retouch the lashes for another 2 1/2 weeks. Again, Chau is amazing and I highly recommend getting lashes here! Organic Spray Tan with Jordan: Jordan was very nice and very knowledgeable. I had an event that evening and booked an appointment that same morning, not realizing I should have made it the day before. Jordan was able to get me in earlier so that I had enough time before my event for my tan to set. I followed her instructions and my tan came out beautifully for my event. With care, my tan lasted a little over 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend and have it done again. Chemical Peel with Tiffany: I decided to have a chemical peel to help diminish some sun spots and hyperpigmentation. This was my very first chemical peel, so Tiffany went over the three different types they offered. I decided on the strongest peel to jump start everything (Go big or go home, right?). Tiffany made sure my expectations remained realistic. She was very thorough and also gave me a care kit to take home. It took 2 full weeks for my face to peel, but I was happy with my initial results. I still have sun spots and hyperpigmentation, but they do look lighter. Overall my skin looks and feels good. I will be doing round 2 very soon to concentrate more on the my areas of need. I'll update this review from time to time. Products: I have purchased the PCA Skin Hydrator Plus Broad Spectrum SPF 30. I bought this because I was looking for a better facial sunscreen than the Neutrogena Clear Face Sunblock, which made my oily skin more oily. I love the PCA cream. It goes on very silky and you don't feel that heavy residue you usually feel with other moisturizer/sunscreen creams. My husband hates wearing sunscreen, but I even have him wearing it because it's so light and dries quickly. Now my whole family uses it. After my chemical peel, I received a care kit of PCA products and have really become a fan of the daily cleanser and their silkcoat balm (as a night cream). read more

My first visit at Organique, a gift from my husband. Thought we would try it as it's so close to home. Let me first say that both Rachel and Tammi were very nice and personable. I had asked for the 90$ anti-aging facial and the 120$ Swedish massage with hot stones when I called to make my appointment but ended up with 110$ facial and 90$ massage with no stones so not sure where the mixup was. Rachel texted me the next day to give me info on an eye cream and asked how my skin was doing and I told her I was disappointed, that my skin felt very tight and dry and it felt like all the moisture had been sucked out. She never answered me back. It's been over 10 days and my face still doesn't feel great. Lots of fine little lines that weren't that noticeable before and I'm keeping it heavily moisturized and by touch it feels moist but doesn't look or feel moist..it's prickly feeling and tight. Probably the most disappointing results from a facial I've ever had. She also shaved the cheek fuzz off my face. First time I've ever had that done and will not repeat. I don't like the feel of my skin as it's growing back in. As I said, she was very nice and seemed knowledgeable although she didn't say what she was putting on my face so not sure what dried it out so much. read more
