That lasted about 4 minutes and I know because I timed her. She did THE WORST paint job. Like I let my 4 year niece do it. I asked her to fix it twice. The pictures are the final product. And no I did not tip. I always tip. But this was just too much. 2 weeks ago I had to have my acrylic nails taken off in an emergency because my thumb started HURTING 2 days after they did them. This place was recommended to me by someone that always goes there an her nails look beautiful. I came in for a full set of acrylics unfortunately I my nails were looking horrible as she was doing them I told the manager and she sent someone els to help with the shaping since the lady I originally had was hurting my cuticles since the acrylic was under my cuticles, there was no saving the nails they looked bad I refused to pay $50 for that work after sitting for over 2.5 hrs she insisted on fixing them and I said no thank you! So they decided to cut my nails in front of everyone! It was embarrassing they made me feel like I was in the wrong. They kept repeating that my nails looked beautiful. I went for a mimic photo I found on IG. The color and design was SPOT ON, but the shaping was terrible. All the nails had a slant at the end, when I asked for coffin. She fixed (or at least tried the fix) the nails, but too much correction would've messed up the coffin shape. I also got their cluster eyelash service. It took about 15 minutes and they were beautiful! Only lasted about two weeks. I went back for eyelashes again, but the lady who previously did them took the day off (Her name was Mai) So Vivian did them this time. Of course your eyes are irritated a little after.. but when I got home I saw she glued multiple clusters on the inner corner of my eye and it was basically stabbing my eyeball. I'll Stick with Mai doing my lashes or I won't go back. But overall, this place is okay. read more

Typically I am satisfied with the service and the quality of my nails (hands and feet). Today was a different story. Jessica did my pedicure. She rushed through it and she was rough, rude and disrespectful. She skipped steps in the pedicure and she was so rough. I politely let her know how rough she was and she basically stopped. I asked her why she stopped and she said because I told her I didn't want it because it hurt. I let her know that I wasn't asking her to stop, I was asking her to be gentle. She clearly treated me differently. I watched her do a pedicure for a different customer and she spent so much time with her and she was gentle. She wasn't forceful at all with her. I had a nail refill with Helen at first nails on Hwy 6. My regular nail tech had quit. Helen was the rudest and non professional tech I've ever experienced. Throughout the visit she pulled my hands non stop. Twisted my fingers to the position she wanted me to hold them. It took every ounce of patience not to go totally left field on her. The problem I have is that this is the second time in the past month that I have not been happy with my manicure. I don't get gel or shellac anymore because it damages my nails. Even still, I expect my nails to look nice when I leave. The last time I had to have another technician re-polish two of my nails. This is not my regular nail salon but i tried it because i work in the area. 1st i had them take off nails which they charge $15 which im normally charged $7 i said inwould never go back! Gave them a second chance decided to go with my bf so he could get a pedicure and a manicure and he was charged $20 for a basic manicure and 45 for a pedicure which they didnt give him his entire package and i was charged $40 just for a re-polish and15 for 1 tip replacement! I have been going here for about 3 years. I've always had a good experience with the staff and liked the way my mani and pedi would turn out. I usually get a basic mani/pedi except for when I go out of town then I get shellac. The past few appointments I've had, the experience has gone down. I always requested Tai for my mani and the lately she's always been "busy." One of my last appointments, I requested Tai again and finally they booked her for my mani. Then I get a call the day of or day before my appointment from a lady telling me that Tai is busy at that time. I ask if she has any other availability and I'm told no. The best part is this lady sounded JUST LIKE Tai. I'm pretty sure it was Tai herself that called me to tell me " Tai is busy." Any time in the past where Tai was booked for the time I would request, she would always say hi when I would come in but this time she ignored me. It was really really odd and obvious that she did not want to do my manicure anymore. Now the reason why I'm leaving this review...I made an appointment for a basic mani pedi on New Year's Eve. I needed to push back the time so I called to see if it was possible. Mind you, I've ALWAYS called to make my appointments all these years I've been coming here for a basic mani/pedi (or shellac if I needed). This time I was told "oh sorry, my boss doesn't let us book appointments for basic mani/pedi." I told her I've always made an appointment when did this rule become implemented and of course she couldn't give me an answer and said I can come as a walk in. In addition, I always request specific technicians so not only do I not have the time to sit and wait as a walk in I'm not going to get who I like. After covid they increased their prices and apparently now they prioritize appointments based on cost....I guess you can say they financially discriminate. I told them to cancel my appointment, I'm not coming and obviously I'm never going back. I found another salon that did a terrific job. I'm very disappointed that this happened after these years of coming here. I've referred friends and neighbors and would take my mom. read more

I did my lashes there on three occasions. The first was excellent and the tech, Chin, was very good and came recommended. The second time I had a reaction and attributed it to the lack of hygiene by the technician and my third time requested Chin again. She was meticulous and they looked great however within one day my eyes swelled and were itchy and irritated. After $200 in medical bills and medications. I returned and they promptly removed the lashes and indicated I had an allergic reaction. The removal process took 4 hours due to the tenderness of my eyes. They said the manager would call the next day. The manager never called or refunded me for the service. The doctor believes they used a cheaper glue w/formaldehyde to save money. The glue is very expensive and they were running a promo to get folks in. It's not worth the savings! Take my word. Ensure quality products. They blamed the tech but the blame falls on the supplies THEY provide their techs. Nail salons are notorious for cutting corners and diluting products. read more

My nails look absolutely horrible. I decided to try someplace closer to home for convenience and I will never make the mistake again. The cut of my nails aren't even, the paint isn't even, has lots of missing spots. She got glue all over, scraped my skin to get it off with a nail file and the nail tool which took my skin off. I made appointment couple days prior yet the lady completely rushed me. Was not relaxing at aIl. Screaming kids, people being extremely loud, it was an all around bad experience. I went to have a powder manicure done, but after finding out my nails needed to be "drilled" down, I opted for a shellac. My cuticles were cut in several places, causing bleeding. Then, after the 1st color coat was applied on a few fingers, I pointed out it wasn't the color I picked out. The tech told me she'd cover it with the correct color. I asked that it be done correctly and be removed and the correct color applied. She got huffy at that point. She roughly filed the wrong color off and placed them in acetone. Immediately I could tell where every incident of cuticle nicking occurred because it burned. This place is usually spot on, but served up a pile of disappointment today. Do not go here - they are very unprofessional. Yesterday I went in to pamper myself by getting a mani & pedi, and also decided to get my lashes done. Since I was already getting my mani & pedi done at the time, the lash lady asked if she could just do my lashes at that moment since she had 15 minutes to spare. I told her that if she thought that was okay, then it was no problem for me. As she is putting lashes on my right eye, I realized she put too much glue & my top lashes got stuck to my bottom lashes - i was not able to open up my eye since they were glued together. The whole process of them getting them to separate my lashes was a mess! I had no idea what was going on, they would not speak English, & i was asking multiple times for them to explain what they are doing to get them separated & if there was anything on my end that i could do. They would not speak to me, only to themselves in their language and even seem to be making jokes about the situations at times because they would burst out laughing. Out of nowhere, an employee there decides to try and open my eye, by trying to force the lashes to separate. Let me tell you , that hurt very much! It was like they were trying to pluck my lashes out. I had to tell her that it hurt - SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE! She just walked away and sat down & started to talk to another employee like nothing happened. All of this lasted 10-15 minutes. Finally they were able to separate my lashes. At the end - they still made me pay after such a horrible experience! NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED - THE LADY DOING MY LASHES ONLY APOLOGIZED AFTER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER SAYING I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE WAY THINGS WERE HANDLED & HAD YET TO RECEIVE AN APOLOGY. When i requested to speak to the customer, coincidentally he had just left. I have been here twice before. Before they gave me good customer service - but yesterday just came to show who they really are. They just care about getting their money. I am really disappointed. I started coming here because my place up the street never had any colors in stock and always rushed me out the door, resulting in a half-assed job and chipped nails within several days. The ladies here always fit me in, they always take their time and they always do an amazing job. I had my nails done for my wedding and a gem fell off several days later. They fixed it free of charge.I am sometimes overwhelmed with the amount of color choices they have in shellac, but that's not really a complaint!
