I got my pedicure done by Alice, and she was superb! Very attentive and did such a great job with the polish. I am super picky with the polishing. The place is new, clean, and beautiful. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I will be back again for a pedicure.

This time, however, made me view the salon and management differently. I showed the nail technician a photo of red chrome nails with the middle two nails having red French tips, which would be my Valentine's Day nails. She told me she could do it. I even left the photo up on my phone for some time so that she can reference it, if needed. As I saw her painting the red French tips, I informed her that they were a different shade of red from the other nails. She showed me the two products (gel and powder) and that they are the same shade number. I proceeded to let her finish as I thought that the end results may be different. It was not. She then added the "chrome" finish. I told her that it wasn't shiny at all nor looked like chrome and had a pearlescent finish instead. She told me that it was very popular with clients. She absolutely disregarded what I was saying to her. She also cut my skin while running the drill alongside my cuticles. At this point, the manager entered the conversation. I showed him the picture and he told me that the photos found online for inspiration "all have filters on them." He pretty much sided with the technician and saw no wrong. They both then told me to go wash my hands and see how the nails look in the sun. I did so and saw no difference from when I was seated at my chair. I was baffled that the manager could not see what was wrong. He did not offer to rectify the situation. I even asked for another type of coat that would make my nails shiny. They could not offer that to me for whatever reason. I clearly walked out with hideous nails. Even if I find someone who can replicate a photo here, the management alone would be reason not to go here. I paid for my service here out of respect for their time, but will not be returning and I urge others to do the same. Please see the photos I have provided.

It still very much hurts and is raw to the touch. I started bleeding while I was there and she just kept pouring alcohol and all sorts of stuff over the cut. The nails themselves are clumpy and messy. Lots of areas where the nail glue got on my fingers. Will not return.

When I first came in the owner was very unprofessional and kept mocking me and laughing because I didn't know exactly what I wanted on my nails and was wondering about gel. It made me very uncomfortable and it went on for a decent amount of time. Not only that but I got up charged $18 on my bill for extra shellac. I got a regular pedicure and she asked if I liked my color. I said I'd like to go darker and she automatically did shellac and did not tell me. I feel scammed and I am very upset that I put a tip for them when I didn't feel respected, and the quality was not worth the cost. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I wanted to leave once I sat down but stayed because of the person I was with. If you are going to charge someone let them know. And when people have questions, don't continue to laugh and talk with other people around them when it is clearly mocking.
