I wanted a deep brunette/mocha brown blend with dark black roots.Instead, they completely messed up the foils and left me with bright blonde and caramel hair. Before blow-drying, the stylist forced a "conditioner" on me, aggressively insisting it was necessary, without ever mentioning a fee. As she dried my hair, she burned me with the hair dryer.When I expressed my immediate dislike for the blonde, they brought over a self-proclaimed "expert." They kept telling me, "Sister, we will do it, trust us." At that point, I just wanted an all-over dark color so I could leave and pick up my dog. They refused and insisted they could fix the highlights. Instead, without my permission or asking which color I wanted, they just painted my entire head in a root color.
