I have to have nails as mine are too weak on their own. Let me preface that I'm a picky lady and once I find someone I'm going to be a loyal client for years to come. But I am not afraid to pop around to find someone- hence me still not settling in with a hairstylist. Haha! Before moving I had just been introduced to dip powder. Valerie's is nearby my new neighborhood so I figured I'd give them a try. 3 years later, I still come religiously to have multiple services done. Valerie and Donny are the awesome owners and although I rely on Valerie to do my nails, Donny has done them for me a couple of times and they are always great. I have needed maybe 2 repairs this whole time and they have always fixed them quickly and without charging. I have rarely had an issue getting an appointment and I typically have to call last minute due to my crazy work schedule. Valerie makes me feel like a treasured client whenever I arrive, greeting me with a smile. She has a great staff; numerous technicians have given me pedicures over the years. Jenny is great! Cindy is awesome! Anne is fantastic and Jennifer is also excellent!!! I have also gotten waxing services from Valerie and she takes her time to make sure she does it right. Angel does lashes there too and although I have yet to try lashes myself, I've seen so many ladies walk out looking gorgeous! I appreciate their punch card system... it's fun to get rewarded for being a repeat customer. I like that I can sip wine and catch up with Valerie or read and relax while I'm there. If you're looking for a place to try, you won't be disappointed with Valerie's.

They literally have 10 rings w/about 30 samples each for in dip colors....immediately I was SOLD!!! After choosing my color, my services immediately began (and I was a walk-in on a Friday). Jenny was my nail tech and did a great job!! She was very pleasant & thorough. I was pleased with both my nails, and polish change on my toes. The salon was clean. Restrooms were immaculate & very well designed. They also have a frequent visit punch card that earns you a discount after so many services $25 and up. I've found my new nail salon!!!

Unfortunately, my experience didn't match the level of service I was expecting. During my manicure, the nail polish had become thick, and the technician added liquid to the bottle before applying it. By the very next day, both my manicure and pedicure were already chipping and peeling. I was also concerned about the cleanliness. My hand was rested on an old plastic container, and the soaking/dipping bowl appeared to be a mortar-style bowl rather than standard salon equipment. Combined with visibly dirty towels, I had concerns about sanitation. The staff was kind and welcoming, which is why this is difficult to write. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I think the people are wonderful, but the cleanliness and quality of the service need improvement.
