How do I get checked out before even getting my feet done?! I literally just walked in, not even a greeting I hadn't even sat yet and still haven't. 16mins into my appointment I still haven't been sat, nobody is saying nothing to me, I had to keep asking how much longer when my I had an appointment. They say a lady that came after me when they could have been done that with me while I waited. Honestly I've given these my money for years but not anymore. I have been a faithful customer seeing the same nail tech here.. no sooner than her going on maternity leave, it was down hill, this place is always packed and they will push you through like an assembly line, no regard to customer service, you will have a long wait and the service is poor. We came in for a men's deluxe pedicure , change of paint for my feet and a dip powder on reg nails. The specific neon orange color I wanted was filled and mixed with glitter so I decided to just go with a simple French nail manicure. TINA did my nails had an attitude was talking about me to her staff and just not friendly. I had to tell her to manicure my nails as she was going to charge me $17 vs $25 to just paint vs an actual manicure. Anywho it's the worse manicure I've received. See pics lol. She didn't actual ask or use the pink on the mail as "French manicure" normally does. Nor did i receive oil on the cuticles. I requested I file my own nails as I just couldn't trust it. They close at 7:30 we arrived at 7pm and they also request all payment up front lol! Ugh won't be returning will just stick to my regular nail lady. The staff was delightful and the facility was impeccable. They had ample seating- my sister and I went on a Thursday evening. Customer service was on point- ready with drinks and management circulating and being very attentive. The product of the services were okay, though- two shellac pedis and a shellac mani. They grinded down too far on the finger nails, making them Very fragile, but did her best for a clean finish. The pedicures needed a bit more time for callous removal- even after we both suggested it separately and never received. It took over 3 hours for the nail tech to give me a basic polish. I asked for a ombré chrome tip and she didn't understand what I wanted and started doing whatever she wanted. I told her to just take the whole thing off and give me a basic polish, since that's all she knew how to do. They gave me a nail tech that didn't know how to designs when I had requested designs for my nails. Very unprofessional with service. This was my favorite place for years! I normally love this place, but today was eye-opening. The guy doing my pedicure cut me; when I notified him, he said he'd clean it later and put my bloody foot back in the water. He used the wrong color and left so much dead skin that he had to scrub 3 more times when I was done. I told the receptionist and she said she couldn't see the blood and there was no manager to speak to or anyway to contact anyone. I paid for my services and left in tears. Had an amazing service the first time I came I had just moved in the area. This second time around I went to get dip done on my nails and shellac on my toes. The techs were sweet however I was missing dip on half my nails/ feet and they were shaped crooked.I paid and tipped I didn't notice my nails and feet because I was rushing out til I made it home. So I came the very next day to get them fixed the manager Naomi was kind and was looking at my nails she told me "I can't fix these let's just do a new set. Do you have time?" I told her okay no problem Nikki fixed my toes (she was amazing) while I soaked my nails. Another nail tech came name Julia she did an amazing job but was very rude to me. When she first came up to me her comment was "I thought you were just fixing it why are you soaking your nails off" mind you the manager is the one who suggested that. So I let her know the manger suggested to just redo the whole thing. She proceeds to do my nails and talk about me to other nail techs. Then made the comment "Why you didn't ask for the man who did them the first time?" I told her I did they told me he wasn't here yesterday or today and I asked the receptionist if there was someone as good as him and she assured me the techs would do a great job. She proceeds to tell me "Well next time you need to ask for him because he does them the way you want" and that I was basically being difficult. I didn't know me asking for a service I paid for to be done correctly was a crime. Mind you I spoke with the male manager and he made excuses for Julia behavior. We pay for services and expect to get our nails done correctly. These nail techs want to rush and get to the next client but if you are rushing through the services how are you going to have clients return if the work isn't done properly? She could've had a regular client but instead chose to be rude. I'm a person who will tip the both techs $20 a piece so if I want my nails done correctly then that's what I should get. You don't get to make someone feel bad for speaking up for themselves. That's not right. read more

I only came here because the shop I wanted to go to was closed on Monday. I didn't like coming here because the color selection is lacking and I can never find colors I like. My pedicure was fine but Sam did my nails. He made these narrow needle like nails and tried to blame me for having small nails. I've never in my nail shop life since I was 13 yrs old had no poorly shaped nails like this. He had an attitude because he wanted me to let him finish as if that was going to change the shape of the sharpened pencil nails he gave me. I do medium length almond nails! We confirmed this. Not sure what happened. Then he started drilling deep into my nail bed and I still have rings in my nail bed from months back when I would go here. There's absolutely no reason for filing so deep ESPECIALLY when we both discussed how thin my nails are from the excessive drilling!!! I tell him to just stop and he cuts my nails off and leaves me to soak for a long time in acetone. I didn't think anyone was coming so I started taking the goo acrylic off. Someone saw me doing it and came over and finally said someone was coming to fix my nails. Tina fixed my nails and I wish I would've gone to her from the start. She's the only reason for the stars but I hate that I had to endure even more filing of my nails. I just have skin at this point. Unfortunately I DID NOT KNOW that I would be charged for the shape and length of my nails. So choosing a medium length and almond shape costs $$$. This is just taking advantage of customers. I normally tip very high but I tipped 0. I know I was being bad mouthed in Vietnamese and the fact that I was in there for 3.5hrs is just ridiculous. Let's not mention the gnats flying all in the free drinks they provide. I would not recommend going here. So many better options. read more

If it were only possible to give 0 stars. This place is the very worst. It's ran like a nail sweat shop. I came in, waited an hour and was seated in a dirty chair. I requested a gold to white hombre, after they told me they did hombre nails. I explained that if he could not do it like the photo to just not do it at all. He insisted he did them all the time. He literally had nail polish all over my fingers as you can see in the photo. After he ruined them, then they sent me with another lady who took those off and replace the nails and she was doing the same horrible job. When both individuals realize they were in capable of doing hombre nails, They decided to let me go without charging me. But I still had to pay another company to take that mess off so if anything they should have been paying me to put that on my hand. I was so in disbelief, I thought I was a part of some reality show where I was being Pranked. This place offers 2 complimentary drinks with your service and had food. That right the have a full bar in this nail shop. You can also get a Frappuccino or hot tea. I came here today for a simple pedicure and to get MY SHELLAC refilled , bc I already have acrylic on my toes. I had to pay $40 additional because of their communication error . I have been coming here for 3 years and typically do not get pedicures anymore since they have new management; I wish I also stood my ground today . It's not worth it and neither are the drinks. The quality and customer service has gone downhill under new management. Rooms and areas visibly dirty. Paint peeling on walls. AC not working in some rooms, sone chairs do not work and they fail to honor the Punch Cards under the old owner. When new ownership took over tho, they still punched. I turned in the card to the lady up front last time when I was in. She informed me she would add the "points" to my account and was told I'd have 25 off next time. Came in today and asked about points - didn't have nearly enough points - explained my situation and a lady working with one of the cashiers said she'd take care of it no worries. Go to pay - apparently that lady left and I ended up paying full price. Should have held onto card. I overlooked a few things bout the place because it's so close to home but after today enough is enough. Time to find another place. read more

This service was definitely divine!! They paid full attention to what I said I want and executed it. They made sure I knew what they were doing at every step of the way and asked if there was anything I needed or wanted to change. They did not try and upsell me once I told them exactly what I needed. The host (a gentleman) was walking around with his clipboard and making sure all of the guest were happy and receiving the service they paid for. I loved this concept because it have this place more of a upscale salon but with reasonable prices. The price of my nails and pedicure was 54.00 bucks. It didn't break the bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and asked for almond shape nails and a design. The nail tech was against it from the beginning and almost argued with me to change it to coffin. (They charge more for coffin) I really wanted this to be a relaxing experience and should have walked out then but I decided to give them a shot. I agreed to change the shape to coffin and asked him to soak my nails off and NOT TO CUT MY REAL NAIL UNDER NEATH. I was very very insistent about that. The guy clearly had an issue with that and proceeded to POP MY nails off so rough instead of soaking them. During the filing he not only "accidentally cut my real nails" but he over-filed my nails paper thin. He then took a drill and proceeded to drill on top of my nail beds. I was shocked and immediately asked him to stop. I wanted cow print. My nails came out looking like a Lisa Frank notebook from the 90's. Will NEVER come back here. They segregate clients based on skin tone as well. I hate this set and will have to go elsewhere to get them fixed. Paid $82 to be left in utter disappointment and upset. read more

I went in last week on my day off to get a pedicure and my brows waxed. It was my first time here, and I had an amazing experience! Julie who works the front desk was so friendly and attentive - she checked on me often to refill my drink and make sure I was well taken care of. Dung did a great job with my pedicure and Lee did a great job with my brows - no complaints. Even though the salon had a lot of people coming in and out, they still managed to cultivate a very relaxing atmosphere, so I was able to just zone out and enjoy my self-care day. Lastly, everything was surprisingly very affordable, so I can honestly recommend this place to anyone! read more

The front desk staff is always so pleasant and they don't hesitate to ask you if you'd like refreshments/drinks while you wait. Since I've moved from the area, I haven't quite found a nail technician like Nina! She is amazing and does my pedicures every single time. She's very thorough and efficient with her services. The nail bar is huge, and they have many pedicure chairs in the main lobby and some ducked off in suites.
