Great experience! I've been looking for a great nail salon in the Katy area. This place checks all the boxes. Quality service, friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great environment. My favorite thing about the service here was that it wasn't rushed. I appreciate that they allowed me to relax and took the time to provide quality work. This is my new go to spot read more

I went in to get a simple dip nail set done today and the experience was better than I thought was possible! It was quick, everyone was very friendly, and my nails came out just how I wanted! Misty did my nails and she was very sweet and clearly skilled at what she does. The nails were relatively cheap compared to other salons without compromising quality. I will definitely be back! read more

My teen daughter went there on Sunday. She wanted to get acrylics with tips - and used the money she made pet sitting for it. She was not happy with the outcome - and neither am I. She told the nail tech that they looked bad and she asked her to fix them as she was working on them. Tech argued with her and finally my daughter just gave up. They look awful. We were in a hurry to leave town that day so we didn't have time to go back in (when I picked her up) to get them to fix it. I left a message for them on Sunday evening but didn't hear back. They are all very crooked and all are lumpy (one looks particularly bad - see picture). I'm angry that my 15 year old spent the little money she had (cost was $65+ tip ouch) for such an awful job. She doesn't understand yet that if you're not happy, don't tip and don't leave until you're satisfied. We would be willing to give them another try if they remedy this for free . Her friend goes there and recommended them so I'm sure not everyone does work like this. read more

NEW MANAGEMENT!! Thank goodness!!! I used to come here for years when the salon was Emma and Lucky. After they left it wasn't the same and I stopped coming. I saw the new management signs and decided to give the new new owners a try because I used to be such a regular. SO GOOD! They even know Emma and listened to how she used to do things. If you didn't like it the last few years you should give the new people a try. They are super sweet and give a great experience! I've been twice this summer and even got a little welcome back gift read more

One nail lady was great had great nails after Helen but the other lady doing my friends nails was bad she didn't listen when my friend asked for them to be shaped better and then when leaving my friend didn't tip because she didn't get what she wanted after even asking for it to be fixed she was just argued with. And then they followed us out. The new area was nice just not worth the service. read more

After moving from Cypress to Richmond , it has taken me a while to find a nail salon that I was comfortable with . I finally found Cavalli Nails and was happy with their nail technicians. All of a sudden , I went to get my nails done, only to find out that management changed and ALL the the technicians were either fired or left on their own . For a Saturday at 1:00 pm the place was empty and there were just around 3 techs . I guess I'm now on a journey to find a new nail place again . read more

UPDATE: they charged me another $100 to fix my nails and didn't tell me until it was done. I love how the manager responded to my review "we are always nice to people but you are not one of them." They asked me to take my review down about then as experience. No way! Emma was so disrespectful and rude and never took responsibility. I was very kind and respectful until you, Emma the "manager" told me my feelings about my the job on my nails was fine. You didn't try to make it right. When I came back a few days later to fix them, you charged me another $100. You didn't say "hey! I'm so sorry about this. Let's correct it no charge, you've been a loyal customer so long, etc" You just said I should've been charged $200 for three hours. All I had was a simple dip nail, with color French tips. That should take 1-1 1/2 hours max. STOP BEING A BAD MANAGER! All you had to do was apologize, make it right, and we could've moved on. Even now, you're being terrible. Be professional please. read more

Started out strong, sold the company and changed the pay structure for nail techs which caused the really good ones to leave. Won't be back.

I'm usually not very picky about my nails, but I was so upset after this experience. The nail tech did not follow the design or shape I requested and was super rude. He would just brush me off and act like MY opinion on MY nails didn't matter. He also did not wipe off the excess nail polish around my nails and they looked a mess. I asked for a refund, but the manager just told me I had 5 days to go in and get them redone. Why would I want to go into a place that has rude staff? Moral of the story go somewhere else. read more

Why didn't I come here before?! I've been to a fair share of nail salons.. alright, I've been to A LOT of them. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to chronicle every nail salon experience... but Cavalli takes the cake. I've had some 5 star experiences at other local nail salons, but I'd have to say that Cavalli is worthy of 10 stars. Located in a plaza, conveniently across McDonalds, is Cavalli Nails and Spa - beautiful hand painted walls that greet you as you walk in, with an incredibly large variety of colors and nail glitter. The vibe is definitely something like walking into a Greek goddess' atmosphere - classical music in a somewhat quiet salon, painted wall murals, and lovely decor. The staff is superb - my daughters and I were immediately greeted by the owner at the front, and were taken to their wall that included pictures of their previous work, and vast selection of nail colors and glitter. After we made our selection, we were immediately seated and pampered. I chose coffin shaped acrylic nails, while my girls got manicures. My nail technician was wonderful - he was so friendly, funny, and actually engaged with me and made me laugh too many times. His hand massages are so amazing... I mean, it had my eyes rolling back - don't tell my husband! LOL Work was very detailed, and exactly what I wanted. The owner (I believe her name is Summer) also worked on my nails, and she is the QUEEN of shaping! She was so sweet, and I love the relationship she has with her staff. There was no gossiping, which made me and my children feel very comfortable. My daughters' manicures were complimented with hand painted flowers - they loved it so much, and it was a beautiful touch to their perfectly painted nails. Prices were very reasonably priced, and we left feeling like royalty. I loved how the nail technician and owner were so engaged with me and my children - they were so welcoming and kind - to the point where it felt like we're family. I will definitely be coming back - and this time, for a pedicure! I'm so ashamed of my feet (and I just don't like feet, not even my own LOL) - but Cavalli's got me feeling so comfortable, I'm going to take that plunge! Best nail salon in the Katy area, hands down! read more

I'm really happy I found a new go-to nail salon after my old stylist stylist moved away at my old nail salon I used to go too. I tried Cavalli Nails a couple weeks back with Vy and she was super sweet and friendly! Did my nails well and kept a good conversation going. Today was my second time going to Cavalli Nails and unfortunately Vy wasn't working today so I requested Emma to do my nails today and Emma was just as amazing! I read a lot of good reviews about Emma and was open to trying her out and I was just as happy working with her. She did my nails exactly as I requested even when I asked her for a customizable butterfly design I wanted on my ring finger. Both Vy and Emma are really detailed and careful doing my nails and make sure I am happy and satisfied with my nails before I leave. If you're looking to to try out this nail salon request for one of these two and you'll be sure to leave happy! I will definitely be coming back to Cavalli Nail for my nail needs from now on :) read more

Cavali is the perfect place if you are looking for quality work and a great price! The atmosphere is incredible with the sweetest staff and professional service! I have been going here for years and always receive top of the line service! Today I witnessed a very rude customer who tried to disturb the zen for the other customers who were receiving services. After the individual left after causing quite a scene, Emma quickly came and apologized to the customers about the noise as she always expects for her salon to be a calm and relaxing environment. Cavalli and Emma are always professional even when put into stressful situations. Thank you Cavalli for always taking care of your staff, providing quality beautiful nail designs and amazing services! read more

Okay look, I usually never right reviews but I feel kinda ripped off. I sat in the nail tech chair for over 3 hours (checked in about 11:30 left about 3:20). I came here with my mom hoping for a nice gel mani bonding time. We saw they had a 20% off for first time visitors, but realized you have to sign up INDIVIDUALLY for each service. Kind of a hassle but no biggie. The part that really sucked was how quickly my mom and I were rushed through the process. We were sat in the front and two ladies or started on us immediately. My nails were already damaged so I was there for some repair. My mom wanted some pampering though. Instead, they cut her left hand nails way shorter than her right and her technician was very rough and quick (finishing a full 10 mins ahead of mine). She ended up having her cuticles rubbed raw and having one hand with nicely trimmed long nails and another with short ones. I was happy with the pace of my manicure and was busy chatting with my mom. I did NOT notice until after the appointment that my cuticles were completely painted over and that some of the sides of my nails (like on my pinky) had been completely missed. Okay fine I thought - my fault because I wasn't watching diligently. The cherry on top for this review though was that the VERY NEXT DAY I look down and see that my nail polish is CRACKING. And that the front part of my thumb's polish had already fallen off. That's just not okay. We definitely will not be returning here again because the discounted pricing is not worth the final results or experience we got. read more

One star or less place - On a Wednesday I walked in at 4:34pm as a refill for color powder and I left at 6:50 pm. and I paid 55 dollars for trash nails by W The tech had no clue what she was doing and at 5:40 I asked if I would be done at 6pm and she assured me yes-- at 6:12 I had to rearrange my kids pick up bc she still was not done and missed a 6 o'clock school meeting- bc of this salon's poor and frankly slow work-- At 6:20 the tech blamed the powder and she had another tech come look and they both agreed the powder was to blame. At this point I decided to walk out with unfinished nails and they wanted to charge me full refill price- I declined saying I was going to have to spend twice that fixing their mistake. The lead E said if i paid she could fix in 15 minutes which she did but nearly 2.5 hours in I saw 3 clients come in for new nails and leave before me. I will never go back or recommend this place- I did see other get beautiful nails but it was the 100 dollar jobs. read more

I changed to Cavalli from my long time nail salon across the street from them. At first it was great. They always did a great job. Unfortunately, their quality and service have seriously declined. I have had dip/ shells polish chip within a day, my daughter has also. I have been cut 2 times now by the technician. Today's pedicure finalized my decision not to return. John ( a new guy) did my pedicure and he didn't even know the order in which to do it, I had to tell him. He had no clue or didn't want to be there. He was rushed and rough. Then he was more concerned with what he was watching on his phone then a happy customer. I have had a pedicure here where they did not even trim the cuticles, clean up the polish on the skin, painted cuticles, or half ass paint job and big chunky nails that resemble clubs. I will be returning to CR nails. read more

Under new management thought I just give them a try my pedicure is ok but my nails the lady did a terrible job. I was siting in the car refilling my nails cause there was products stuck under it. One star is too many! My daughter has been a client for years. When home from college she had a full set placed, she got an infection, had her finger drained was put on antibiotics and lost her nail. Being a longtime client we thought is was a fluke. So as she graduated from college last month we are having her party this weekend so she returned for nails and to have her eyebrows waxed. They did a horrible job on her nails but the real issue is the they burnt and ripped her skin leaving an open wound. My daughter called to let the owner know and she avoided her call and didn't call her back. So, she went up to the salon to talk to her, the owner became extremely defensive and agitated. Her husband tried to reason with her but she remained rude instead of just saying I'm sorry this happened. Looks like there are several issues based on the reviews. read more

Got my nails done and one is crooked. They are blaming my finger itself, it's not the case. You can tell in person that it is not straight. I've been trying to contact someone about maybe fixing it and or the whole set which I do not like, or even a refund for that matter. All they've been telling me is that since I've picked the color they will not give a refund, as well as blaming my finger for being crooked for the crooked nail. I also got my eyebrows waxed there the same day, and I always have red skin afterwards. I wake up the next morning and now I'm left with ripped skin! They have also been giving me the run around, barely talked to a manager, who was quite rude about the situation including staff. I simply would love a refund for the wound by my eye, as well as talk to an actual manager without an attitude about their wrongdoings. I eventually went to the store in person and the owner was simply disrespectful towards me when I literally have an open wound on my face! The owner purposefully would ignore me for another customer, whom her husband was handling, said my wound is not from a burn, and continued to fight with me about it. She had also said my nail is not crooked, but when she called the tech over who did my nails the day before, told the owner that it was crooked. That's when the option to fix it was finally offered. Just upset about how I was treated during this and even have a video recording of the situation. I will spend my money elsewhere if this is how situations are going to be treated. read more
