I used to come here a lot when the guys worked here. But i was told they are no longer here. So i had my nails done by this lady, Tina. Got white and pink powder and I'm very disappointed. Nail are uneven and she nicked me A LOT. I do not recommend this place at all. Waste of my Money. My nails are an embarrassment

I paid $65 I came in at 6:10pm and left at 8:00pm I was ready to go too be honest I did mention the sides I wanted them to be more filled and the line to go lower she told me ok but I don't know I honestly don't like how my nails came out for the price I don't like the back of my nails how they look I came in Saturday 09/23 The lines of the French tip are uneven My toes I did French tip too The cleaning and everything was good It's just the nail art that I didn't like My toes on the black French tip line Parts of the shellac is coming off They people they friendly nice good people The vibe is calm and quiet The place not the cleanest They took their time doing my nails and pedicure but at the end I was not satisfied.

Update: came back again today (my 4th or 5th time) and they are as amazing as usual. My coworker and I came together and they tried to get things going fast for us. The quality of their manicures are always consistent and beautiful! They're very attentive to detail and will tell you if they don't think the color will work for you. Mine turns out great every time. This is my go-to nail salon and I recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nail shop. They close at 7, so be considerate and don't try to walk in last minute since one person takes a long time.

Pedicure was good, however my full set was so sloppy. Tony and brother are good nail tech, don't really trust the ladies.

Love it! Gonna be my new nail spot. Nice and clean salon with a lot of color choices. I got my nails done coffin shape and design and two different colors all for $43 which I find to be a really good price. The nails were perfect and not thick like other places. I use to go to evons on Eldridge but since they moved I've been trying to find a new place that is good at designs/coffin/stiletto nails and this place has definitely met my standards. They also give you water and free wifi.

Rubi S.

I was recommended here by my friend and I always loved her nails and asked her where she gets them done. She told me of this salon and i already had a place I would go but they took forever to do my nails. Not here fast and beautiful work. I think I've found my new shop :) I had mine done by Tony and he is great :) also the staff is very nice :) I would definitely recommend them

Great!!! It's been a while since I've gotten long coffin nails and I'm so glad I got them done here. Not bulky and the shape is great!

I highly do not recommend this place, i got a gel manicure & they didn't even last me a week. I am soo dissatisfied with their work & to add on they took an hour to attend me. 0 stars if i could!

I was worried that the job wasn't going to meet my expectations, but it did. BUT I did feel like I was scammed... just a tad bit. This being my second time doing my nails, My nails ended up being $43. Not sure if thats a reasonable price. I was looking at reviews and saw someone get designs for the same price!!! I dunno, I think I could've gotten the same simple nails done somewhere else for a better price.

Ria M.

Love the quick thorough service, had Shellac nails, deluxe pedicure, eyebrows waxed done. Very clean shop. Nice family owned shop

Tiffany N.

I was very satisfied w the service I was given. But then again not sure if these are worth 45 when I got more detailed and intricate nails for the same price here. Definitely come here if you want a special design though they do a very good job

I asked for "off white" and I really liked it. Ask for Jane! She's a perfectionist.

Ask for Jane! She's a freaking perfectionist. She was fast but took her time at the same time to make sure it was perfect. I've never had anyone who put such great detail into my nails. Loved it!

I'm not gonna lie I was a little scared to go here. This is my first time getting my nails done. I walked in at about 4pm and there was an open spot and I had no wait. There is a table that has so many choices of nail designs but I wanted to keep it simple. There were designs of every kind! You can even walk in with a picture! I chose my color and they had me sit down on the comfortable chair and he got straight to it. The only concern is when they us the electronic file, the dust gets everywhere. The tech I got was named tim. He was actually amazing. He made sure through everything that I was satisfied. I got shellac on my nails and the moment he put the stuff on my nails it was perfect. He made sure that it didnt take long at all and he did an amazing job. I'm definitely going to come back. My set costs 43 but we paid 50. Then we decided to get my 5 yr old sisters nails done, she just got polish and there were two workers assisting her and they made sure she had an amazing time! Hers costed $6

Crystal is the only one that always have my designs on point

Well, I loved this place but I have been really disappointed for few of my recent visits. One lady did whatever power for me and I feel the way she brushed my hand like my hand is a piece of dirty cutting board. I really don't want to leave negative comments cuz one lady always do my feet was very nice. However, I m not sure if I will come back again. read more

I'm picky and particular. I don't like nail salons nor do I do my nails often because of that. I went to Rockie nails very random to get my nails done for my bday. I told them I wanted Long almond nails with no color just sheer and that's exactly what I got. Very easy and simple process no complaints. The girl that did them was fast and understood what I wanted. NOW I am going to keep getting my nails done there because I was very happy and the overall service was actually good! read more

2nd time iv got my nails done here and I came back because they did a decent job for reasonable pricing. Have been here several times with Lee and manager both great! I recently have been attended with a lady named Jenny- She was rude telling me that I was moving to much while she was on the phone the entire time I was there. I don't know if it because I practice and I'm learning how to do nails but I can't find someone who does them correct. This was my last shot before I do away with nail salons . She took her time but it just wasn't it sadly. She sized my nails different on each hand. They had one woman walk out after waiting a hour. She hurt my finger with the machine. You can my nail isn't filled or sized correctly. With a quick glance they are nice and the customer service was nice. It's just not worth what I spent but I paid for her time and appreciate it but I'm not happy. read more

New nail shop alert! I did have a home nail salon but they kept getting robbed or ghetto people will run out on their bill so I decided to find another nail salon that will be safer to go to. I found this hidden gem driving on hwy 6 trying to find a nail salon that will be quick so I wouldn't miss my flight. I went in and got a full set and deluxe pedicure. They did an amazing job on my nails and toes I was pretty shocked because I just expected mediocre but they did better than the nail shop that I usually go to all the time! So I was pretty happy about that. They weren't that busy so o was literally in and out which is always a plus in my book. All the employees came by and asked if I wanted something to drink which was nice and great customer service. I've been here twice now and I think I've found my new home salon!!! read more

I have been coming here for years... I have always enjoyed coming here. However, these past couple times I've gone it's been different. About two months ago, I went to get my upper lip waxed and one of the ladies waxed off part of my lip. I just decided to not get waxed by her again. The next time I went was about maybe a month ago. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. Another lady waxed my eyebrows and she made one eyebrow shorter than the other. I went in a week ago to get a simple pedicure and it was fine up until the lady that was giving me a pedicure kept digging into my nails and taking off so much skin. I now have a severe toe infection. Never coming here again. Be careful. read more

I've noticed people only leave reviews when it's negative but I'd like to give this place the 5 stars it deserves. I'm extremely picky with who does my nails and where I get them done. I'd like to give this salon the rating it deserves. They treat you like royalty and they're extremely nice and the service they provide is excellent. I've had manicures, pedicures, shellac, powder and all of it was done to perfection. Today I went to get my nails done and I believe his name is Tommy who usually does my nails and I swear when I tell him he's done perfect I'm not exaggerating. It's like he can read my mind lol but anyway EXCELLENT salon and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! read more

Worst nail salon I've been to. I got a set of acrylics and a pedicure for a special event and the guy didnt even cut my cuticles or do any sort of prep other than buffing the nail. I had lifting in less than 2 days. The pedicure looked nice, but it seemed very unhygienic, with reused tools that were simply rinsed in the gross foot bath (that looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time) before putting them back. I paid 75 dollars for the whole thing and I completely regret it. Don't go here. read more

I've been a customer here at least 5 times. My experiences have been pleasant until the most recent time I went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. During my manicure, the nail lady (not sure her name), cut so deep into my nail-bed that it bled. I know accidents are bound to happen BUT the most disappointing this about the whole incident is the way the owner handled my complaint. Not only did I get a flimsy apology but the owner got defensive. After I paid for my pedicure, he basically offered me half off whenever I came back to get my shellac manicure. Now why would I come back? There's no incentive to come back for a discount. Rather I would have an incentive to come back if they treated me better as a customer on the day that I was injured. On top of that, the owner allowed a third party customer to get involved in the situation rather than taking charge/ ownership of the situation. Learn BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sorry I won't be coming back read more

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR. INCOMPETENT, BURNS, AND DISHONEST MANAGEMENT.I drove 35 minutes…read moreand took half a day off for what turned out to be a traumatizing, 4+ hour nightmare. While my eyebrow threading ($11) was fine, their hair services and customer treatment are utterly pathetic.I asked for a balayage, but because my hair is short, they suggested highlights instead. I explicitly and repeatedly stated: NO blonde and NO caramel. I wanted a deep brunette/mocha brown blend with dark black roots.Instead, they completely messed up the foils and left me with bright blonde and caramel hair. Before blow-drying, the stylist forced a "conditioner" on me, aggressively insisting it was necessary, without ever mentioning a fee. As she dried my hair, she burned me with the hair dryer. When I expressed my immediate dislike for the blonde, they brought over a self-proclaimed "expert." They kept telling me, "Sister, we will do it, trust us." At that point, I just wanted an all-over dark color so I could leave and pick up my dog. They refused and insisted they could fix the highlights. Instead, without my permission or asking which color I wanted, they just painted my entire head in a root color. My hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. To make matters worse, during the second blow-dry, the stylist burned the skin next to my left eye.The checkout process was even worse. A woman named "Aisha," who claimed to be the manager, tried to scam me. She tried to charge me for the unauthorized all-over color. Then, she tried to charge $30 for the surprise conditioner. When I called out the price, she boldly lied and claimed the "new price" was actually $50. When I told Aisha that her staff had literally burned my shoulder and face, this disgusting excuse for a human being laughed. After demanding a corporate number, she handed me a fake, junk phone number that goes nowhere. I called a different location to report this, and while that representative took my info and promised the owner would call me, I have heard absolutely nothing.Save your time, your money, and your safety. My nail girl of 15 years wound up leaving my old salon due to a new horrible owner. I went to the place I went to 15+ years ago and that was a complete disaster and crappy job to boot. So after pouring over Yelp reviews for 2 weeks I decided to at least get a polish change just to check out. I had Lien aka Lynn and she was absolutely amazing!!! And I decided on a mani and spa pedi. I was in the place for almost 2 hours! I am quite sure one reason was because it was 10 am on a Tuesday. They even have a "reward" program so after 10 stamps u can get $10 off a $20+ service. Will definitely be going back! read more

The technician did let me know upfront that she had a 4 PM appointment coming in, so she might need to attend to them when they arrived, which I understood and didn't have an issue with. My service started with the cucumber detox pedicure. It was pleasant, though it mostly consisted of cucumber slices in the water and being rubbed on my legs. I did receive a nice warm neck pillow, which was a nice touch and something I appreciated. However, the ending felt a bit rushed. The technicians were speaking to each other more than engaging with me, and I didn't get the opportunity to ask about adding nail art before everything wrapped up. After the service, I was asked to go to the front to enter my number into their system, but no one asked if I was happy with the service or if there was anything else I wanted. For the services, the pedicure was $55 and the refill was $45. I left a $15 tip, but to be honest, the overall experience just didn't feel like the $100 visit I was hoping for. When I'm spending that amount, I appreciate a little more interaction--something as simple as asking if I was satisfied or if there was anything else I'd like. It wasn't a bad experience, but I'll likely stick to places in my area going forward.

At that time the service requested was a full set and pedicure. I ended up paying $135+ for the services due to various factors (nail length, nail shape, etc.) The service requested today (January 15th) was a soak off and manicure with shellac. I made an appointment an hour prior, so that way I can secure my spot and notify the lady on what service I wanted ahead of time. Once I arrived, the lady was aware that I was the 11:30a appointment, however, was unclear on what services I needed. The quality of customer service was unprofessional. I asked for a soak off multiple times yet the lady continued to drill my nail bed, and started to use the tip of a fake nail to separate the colored powder from my nail bed until I snatched my hand from hers. I understand that a soak off is time consuming but her process was going to damage my nails. Once she finished removing the fake nail and powder, next was a manicure with shellac. She brought a glass bowl with marbles and water. When I asked the lady if I can have warmer water to soak my hands she claimed that I took to long to put my hands in and that's why it's cold. The water was extremely cold, there was no possible way that the water went from hot to cold that fast, and it was freezing outside! Overall, the vibe is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. As a customer, I noticed that the staff started to get overwhelmed when customers started pouring in. I honestly felt unappreciated since every other customer in their wanted full sets and i just wanted a simple manicure. There was no professional greeting (I.e, "Good morning, how are you? How can we help?"), or attentive listening. I repeated myself multiple times to get my point across. Never coming back!
