Have been here several times with Lee and manager both great! I recently have been attended with a lady named Jenny- She was rude telling me that I was moving to much while she was on the phone the entire time I was there. She even told me my nails were crooked and that was why my nails were crooked.I love this place but not the new woman . Good luck if you go there. read more

Update: came back again today (my 4th or 5th time) and they are as amazing as usual. My coworker and I came together and they tried to get things going fast for us. The quality of their manicures are always consistent and beautiful! They're very attentive to detail and will tell you if they don't think the color will work for you. Mine turns out great every time. This is my go-to nail salon and I recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nail shop. They close at 7, so be considerate and don't try to walk in last minute since one person takes a long time. read more

I use to go to evons on Eldridge but since they moved I've been trying to find a new place that is good at designs/coffin/stiletto nails and this place has definitely met my standards. I don't know if it because I practice and I'm learning how to do nails but I can't find someone who does them correct. This was my last shot before I do away with nail salons . She took her time but it just wasn't it sadly. She sized my nails different on each hand. They had one woman walk out after waiting a hour. She hurt my finger with the machine. You can my nail isn't filled or sized correctly. With a quick glance they are nice and the customer service was nice. I'm not gonna lie I was a little scared to go here. This is my first time getting my nails done. I walked in at about 4pm and there was an open spot and I had no wait. There is a table that has so many choices of nail designs but I wanted to keep it simple. There were designs of every kind! You can even walk in with a picture! I chose my color and they had me sit down on the comfortable chair and he got straight to it. The only concern is when they us the electronic file, the dust gets everywhere. The tech I got was named tim. He was actually amazing. He made sure through everything that I was satisfied. I got shellac on my nails and the moment he put the stuff on my nails it was perfect. He made sure that it didnt take long at all and he did an amazing job. I'm definitely going to come back. My set costs 43 but we paid 50. Then we decided to get my 5 yr old sisters nails done, she just got polish and there were two workers assisting her and they made sure she had an amazing time! Hers costed $6 read more

New nail shop alert! I did have a home nail salon but they kept getting robbed or ghetto people will run out on their bill so I decided to find another nail salon that will be safer to go to. I found this hidden gem driving on hwy 6 trying to find a nail salon that will be quick so I wouldn't miss my flight. I went in and got a full set and deluxe pedicure. They did an amazing job on my nails and toes I was pretty shocked because I just expected mediocre but they did better than the nail shop that I usually go to all the time! So I was pretty happy about that. They weren't that busy so o was literally in and out which is always a plus in my book. All the employees came by and asked if I wanted something to drink which was nice and great customer service. I've been here twice now and I think I've found my new home salon!!! read more

I have been coming here for years... I have always enjoyed coming here. However, these past couple times I've gone it's been different. About two months ago, I went to get my upper lip waxed and one of the ladies waxed off part of my lip. I just decided to not get waxed by her again. The next time I went was about maybe a month ago. I went to get my eyebrows waxed. Another lady waxed my eyebrows and she made one eyebrow shorter than the other. I went in a week ago to get a simple pedicure and it was fine up until the lady that was giving me a pedicure kept digging into my nails and taking off so much skin. Worst nail salon I've been to. I got a set of acrylics and a pedicure for a special event and the guy didnt even cut my cuticles or do any sort of prep other than buffing the nail. I had lifting in less than 2 days. The pedicure looked nice, but it seemed very unhygienic, with reused tools that were simply rinsed in the gross foot bath (that looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time) before putting them back. I paid 75 dollars for the whole thing and I completely regret it. Don't go here. read more

I'd like to give this salon the rating it deserves. They treat you like royalty and they're extremely nice and the service they provide is excellent. I've been a customer here at least 5 times. My experiences have been pleasant until the most recent time I went to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. During my manicure, the nail lady (not sure her name), cut so deep into my nail-bed that it bled. I know accidents are bound to happen BUT the most disappointing this about the whole incident is the way the owner handled my complaint. Not only did I get a flimsy apology but the owner got defensive. After I paid for my pedicure, he basically offered me half off whenever I came back to get my shellac manicure. Now why would I come back? There's no incentive to come back for a discount. Rather I would have an incentive to come back if they treated me better as a customer on the day that I was injured. On top of that, the owner allowed a third party customer to get involved in the situation rather than taking charge/ ownership of the situation. Learn BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
