I requested powder nails, earth tone color, I received orange nails. Before she put it on, I told her it was not the correct color, she insisted it would be ok. When she finished she tried to convince me it was pretty. Called the manager who told even though color was wrong, I had to pay for work that was done. There are many nail salons in the area but this is the one I keep coming back to. The services are always great and detailed. I feel relaxed and like I got a Ritzy treatment! They have only a few employees and usually it's not crowded. I enjoy coming here and I hope they stay open and maintain their quality of service because it's great!! P.S. I went to get a shellac manicure done & I asked them if they could not use a drill on my natural nails because it weakens them as I have been getting my nails done for 15 years so I know!!! They were soaking the shellac off my nails and again trying to use a drill. So the man was like ma'am.... we can't do your nails. Hahahaha! I do not recommend this place at all! read more

Five stars for Trisha!! Trisha is my go-to, hands down. I've gotten my nails done multiple times by her (acrylics and gel/shellac). I love the results every time. She never rushes to get it done and she pays attention to detail (which is a big plus in my eyes because I am detail oriented & picky). She also has great customer service (helpful, patient, nice, and honest when helping choose between colors). I cannot say how the other nail techs are because I have not had them do my nails yet. I cannot say enough positives about this experience. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood which added to the experience. The equipment was clean and well cared for. I believe my nail tech, Anna, switched towels 3 times during the pedicure to ensure everything was as clean as possible. I did upgrade to have a 5 minute neck massage. I came in with my little sister to her nails done and she had a simple design- black nails with neon lines. First I told her it was just a manicure and she sat her down at a pedicure seat and was about to start when I repeated just hands. She then moved us to a manicure station. She asked what the design was and said "no" showed her colleagues the pic and walked away to help other customers. We just sat there confused asking if she wasn't helping us anymore or what and another lady responded sorry we can't do that design. That's totally fine lol but at least communicate that to us and ask us to pick something else. She literally said "no" but the phone down and walked to the front to bring another customer in to help them. My sis then changed her design and asked her to do it. Mind you she spoke NO English whatsoever. When my sister asked her to fix a nail she said ok and just ignored it. The service and lack of communication was definitely concerning. Went to get a pedicure and dip. The lady got started on my nails and then someone else came in and she left me to help another customer. I told her I only had an hour and twenty minutes. Well an hour and twenty minutes later I still never got my nails done. I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience was terrible. If she just had been honest from the beginning that she was short staffed and couldn't finish my nails I would have loved the honesty so I could go somewhere else. Showed up with my two cousins at 11 am on a Sunday and there were only 2 people working. The lady did so horribly on my manicure and cut my cuticles 3 times. It was very obvious that she had never done an acrylic set. I was so uncomfortable and frustrated that when they charged me full price, I just paid and left. My cousins had a different nail tech and they were satisfied with their nails. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you know a specific nail tech. read more

This was my very first experience getting a pedicure. My wife has always wanted me to get a pedicure with her, so I gave it a whirl. The experience was awesome. We went on a Friday morning and the place was clean and quiet - beautiful music and ambiance. The staff took very good care of my wife and I. Having spent many years in countries I do not speak the native language, I had no problem communicating with the staff using their menu and paying attention to what they were showing me. I do wish there was no mask requirement, because the mask covers up the expression of a person face - which is important when there is a language barrier. Back to my feet: I was offered the volcano treatment. Trisha showed me the box and told me the price. Since this was my first time, I went for it. Seeing the volcano on the box made me feel like this treatment was just the thing my feet needed (Chalk it up to good marketing and packaging). How was it? OMG!!! My feet never felt better. All of the work Trisha did to get me started on my foot therapy adventure was heaven in a foot bath. The hot stone foot massage and the volcano scrubs were Amazing. When I saw my right foot come out of the bath water from the rinse, I had a tear in my eye. I could feel my heart skip a beat with excitement. My foot looked like a younger and healthier foot. I could not believe it was my foot. Then I saw my left foot and was excited that I now have two happy feet I can use to dance with my wife, and walk happily on planet Earth. My wife is so pleased to see my hard ridden feet looking pampered and clean, which motivates me to make this a monthly ritual as I walk through this life. The Marine Corps always stressed the importance of foot care/maintenance, but this is something I wished I had done when I was in Marines. I used to pick at my toe nails, tear the ends off the long nails, and always wash my feet at the end of the day; but now I have discovered the Ritz Nails experience and feel as though my feet and I have a renewed meaningful relationship. I highly recommend this place for those who have an hour or two, to take care of themselves on the inside, while looking noticeably good on the outside. For me, time stood still while my feet were being restored. read more
