I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon. The PA knew what Ingraham had written and all parties agreed to in advance (Ingraham, PA, myself), and when I got there for the two procedures the PA refused, said she knew better than Ingraham and would do something different, had better technique than Ingraham, and yelled two inches from my face "well its not going to happen today!" How does she keep her job?? Not to mention Tx DTPA violations and overriding a physician and her boss. I've never gone back to this 3-ring circus. Management appears to have fired her best at that location and hire cheap and less experienced, like all management companies do. She should have said "no." Ingraham is a fine clinician with a really bad management company and staff. A management company that boasts of 600 derm practices couldn't care less about the customer/patient. If she ever unloads this mistake, I'll go back along with the many others who have left.

Worst place I have ever received service from. Got gel nails done and a spa pedicure a day before leaving to a girls Puerto Rico trip. As soon as I landed..(day two) my nails chiped..Come on guys.. $30 gel nails chiping no way. I return and show them the photo and a video of me easily peeling the polish off. The women proceed to tell me that my nails were to shinny and thats why the gel didnt settle....WHAAAAT? Then the manager comes and says that they will redo them, but with the shittiest attitude. I went in without an appointment, and they were able to do me immediately. I had Michelle and she hands down did the best job on acrylic nails that I have had done. I really really love it. My friend and I have recently discovered this place and it's fantastic! I was a little skeptical to try it but I found out that they are now under NEW MANAGEMENT. The good thing about this place is that they cater to different types of customers. For example, my friend prefer to be scrubbed hard when she gets a pedicure but I prefer to be lightly scrubbed since I'm ticklish. I think you just have to let them know how you like your pedicure and they will accommodate. read more

They have 6 pedicure spa seats outside and 4 VIP pedicure spa seats inside. The massage function on the seats so wonderful. Super friendly staff and clean environment. Many OPI color choices. I had my nails done by Michelle and she did a fantastic job. She used a gelish polish which is not the same as shellac so be forewarnd. So, if you don't mind the gel polish I'd say give them a try. Unfortunately, this location is now under new ownership (there is no sign that says it is under new…read moremanagement) and they have increased prices 20%. They are using the same pricing paper, but have scratched out the old price. I have been going here for over a year. I was not notified prior to my service after going there for over a year that price is increased. I tried to reason with the Lady, but unfortunately, she did not seem to understand that what she was doing is illegal. Make sure you ask and check the prices prior to getting any service. They offer a service to let customers pay $1000 upfront to receive 20% off and then they will increase the price by 20%. Bait and switch - completely illegal and unethical! Make sure you contact the Texas Attorney General if this happens to you, you can file a complaint online in 10 minutes.

Ladies were very nice, however there were a couple things I did not like. I got a manicure and…read morepedicure. When they were cutting the cuticles on my feet, they tech cut too far into my skin. I pulled back, because it hurt. She proceeded to cut again, and I said it's okay just leave it. She left it, but came back and cut again. Their banner outside says 30% off all services, however, when I was asking for prices they were trying to give me only 20%. After I specifically told them about the sign they said okay. I paid for my mother and myself and they only discounted 27%, not the full 30%. It's only 3%, but it's about the principle. I just adjusted the tip that I left because I was not too happy. The actual paint job was disappointing. I will not be going back.

I kept noticing some minor details like my skin peeling on the side or nail polish on my skin so I had to ask my technician to fix it several times. I didn't want to seem stuck up so I basically stopped asking because I noticed she was eager to assist the 3 customers that was waiting. I was also disappointed with how the tech cut a bit into my meat. I felt a burning sensation but I thought it was nothing until I inspected it carefully after I left. It turns out she cut in too deep when cutting my cuticle... I also didn't like how some of the nail polish was on my cuticle... I don't know, we spend money hoping to get a good job well done and I didn't feel that way after. My family thought the service was alright too. Overall I think this place is ok maybe a different tech next time.
