Been going to this nail salon for years and they are as dedicated to me as I am to them. Tina is my girl and she is amazing. I usually go straight from work, pretty stressed out, and I leave feeling refreshed from the laughter and stories that are shared by all. The massages help as well. My nails and toes are always getting compliments and if I ever feel have an imperfection its turned to perfection without making me feel like I'm a burden. Love this place. I don't recommend going here if you're looking at them on ClassPass. They have opening slots but don't accept clients, I'm glad I didn't pay for it because if I had, I wouldn't have received the service + wouldn't get a refund. The lady on the phone never said that I would have to pay out of pocket because of some reason? The lack of communication and confusion wasted my time and left me with complete disappointment. They pointed out I called the wrong place and so I called and their phone rang immediately. The management here is complete chaotic. Don't offer things if you don't accept it. I have been here many times and I have had a great experience every time. This staff are very kind and welcoming. I always get the deluxe pedicure because the massage that is included is a hot stone massage and it is so relaxing. Most nail spas that I have been to give you a "foot massage" for a few minutes but I always feel other places make it an afterthought. Here, they really do a great job with the Lincoln quality of your calf and foot massage. And I love the hot wax that your feet soak in and make them baby soft! This place is Very unprofessional not friendly I walked in with a old set the asked for a refill she said ok she charged me full price for refill which is ok but when she started to do my nails she said my set was old and no good but she kept doing my nails she took over a hour I understand my old set wasn't the best but I asked her to fix it and for it to last if she charged me so much well after two days a nail fell off I went back they we very rude told me come back the next so I did I was greeted by the lady who did my nails she said it here for ur nails and started to raised her voice at me I told u ur nails were old and kept saying she said I will only fix one nail when all my nails are lifting and probably won't make it another day she just put glue under the ones are lifting yes maybe my set was the best but I expected my nails to not fall off after two days and plus she could have said no this set is not good and u need a new one I could have saved money in the wrong so don't go here they are very rude read more

I am sorry for such a long review, but I felt I had to be thorough. I have been coming to this nail salon for years, but after today I plan to NEVER go back. So I went in to get a manicure only. I had to wait about 5 minutes which I didn't mind. Soon after the manicurist sat me at a manicure table and she began her work. This place closes at 7 PM and unfortunately I got there at 6:45 PM. I was worried I came in too late, but the salon was still crowded with customers so I figured it wasn't a problem. My manicurist also kept complaining to me about how I came in LATE. I got there before the place closed so technically this shouldn't be a problem. She mentioned my tardiness at least 2-3 times. I was annoyed. After my nails were complete (if you want to call it that) there were still other customers left so I did not feel as if I was the only reason they were still open. While she was cutting my cuticles, she cut a little too much on my right thumb and it started to bleed. It also hurt a LOT. I figured it was just an accident, but to my surprise she whipped out some superglue and SUPERGLUED MY CUT SHUT! She didn't even ask! It actually didn't even help stop the bleeding and while I was still sorting out what the heck had just happened, she cut too deep on my middle finger's cuticle on my left hand and I started bleeding there too! It didn't hurt as much as my thumb so I didn't notice it right away, but she quickly covered it up with BITS OF MY OWN CUT CUTICLES so I wouldn't see it bleeding. EW! Soon the towel underneath my hands were covered in spots of blood and I realized what she had done. She didn't superglue that cut shut though and LAUGHED IT OFF as if it were no big deal. I was FURIOUS. She kept laughing at how I kept bleeding afterwards. Seriously. It was ridiculous. I was in a hurry and the manager/owner was yapping away on the phone so I couldn't confront him right away about what had happened. When I did confront him about what happened, he said nothing to me at all. Instead he started talking to the manicurist in what appeared to be Vietnamese. In addition, he never once apologized to me or offered me anything to make me happier with the situation. I was pretty much ignored and was asked to pay. That is all. No words of comfort, no sorry, no nothing. The manicurist told me that she would "repaint" my nails for me after she realized how angry I was. I said NO because clearly the problem is my two CUTS, not necessarily the paint job. The manager/owner didn't say a word in regards to making up for their mistakes. Instead when I finally decided to pay, the manager/owner tells me that the credit card machines were not working and he would have to write down my credit card number in a notebook so he can charge me tomorrow since I had no cash. Seriously. I didn't even want to pay for the mess this woman made of my hands AND THE SUPERGLUED CUT, and I was definitely in no mood to leave my credit card information with these incompetent people. I said I wasn't comfortable leaving my credit card number in some random salon's notebook, but he told me to trust him.Yeah right. I offered to come in tomorrow to pay and he said NO. I now had 5 minutes to get home so I reluctantly left my credit card number, but I plan on going in tomorrow and shredding that piece of paper myself. I do not trust this salon with my credit card information as well as my hands (or feet). I did NOT tip. I was happy with their service for years until my experience today. After making sure my credit card information is in fact destroyed, I plan on never ever going back to this terrible nail salon. No apologies, no nothing. Waste of money and my two fingers still hurt and the superglued cut looks HORRENDOUS. Oh did I mention that blood mixed into my lavender colored nail polish and now I have streaks of red blood in my thumb's nail polish? Yeah.... Disgusting. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Will never go back! I have used this salon and the other Deluxe Nails for many years over 12. So for me to say I will never go back means the situation was outright wrong! I have never been so disappointed and rudely treated by two nail salons the owner is beyond unprofessional! My whole family use to go here and we have all had such horrible customer service and treatment that we have all switched to new salons. read more

Have been going here for quite sometime, over a year. Customer service really bad!! They are always talking amongst themselves or on the phone with earpiece! Never seen a business run like this! The last two visits really overcharged me for nails within 1 week time! $47 for new solar set??? Because they had to take gel off of my nails, Katy did less than a week ago that she charged me $40 for? Save yourself money and time and find somewhere else far better for customer service! read more
