Sometimes you just have to keep trying new techs because they all work different. Pointy and chunky is just not to my liking. So don't bash the techs just because you don't like it. They do offer actual cocktails while you're being pampered, unlike most places which only offer wine, which is a nice touch! The only drawback is it's in a strip center with several large businesses and parking can be a bit tight, sometimes having to walk from quite far away. The classic lasted ONE DAY. The polished began pealing away from my nail bed and chipping. The pedicure (to the date of this review -6 days later) has started to chip now. I returned on Monday (day 2) to request my fingenails be re-polished to be told theres no warranty on non-shellac polishes. However, I could pay $12 for re-polishing of my nails. My disappointment and need to share is because where the loyalty? If the polish is not warranted to last, then let it be known; throw it out and update your rates to include the $12 polish and let it be my choice to support your business or not.
