When I arrived I was sat immediately. Being that this was midday on a Wednesday it wasn't full at all. I saw this location had lots of great reviews so I decided to come. After years of not getting my nails done, here I am. The tech asked if I had any inspo pics and I showed her exactly what I wanted. I asked her if she could do it and she said absolutely. While she got the idea...she did not execute! She was very nice and so was the other staff but my nails are not the way I thought they'd be. Even the shape on a couple of them are not good. While I don't expect perfection, I needed them to be better than they are. Also, why are they point up?! To be clear, during the process I kept saying "I'm not sure about that." "Is it supposed to look like that." And she kept telling me to wait for the finished product. I am so disappointed. I wish I could get them removed.

They do offer actual cocktails while you're being pampered, unlike most places which only offer wine, which is a nice touch! The only drawback is it's in a strip center with several large businesses and parking can be a bit tight, sometimes having to walk from quite far away. Still, I continue to go here and would recommend them!
