Worst service I ever had , I never write a complaint or said anything to my nail service , but today I had such a bad experience from the nail tech ....! I had my 47$ pedicure ( of course it's not a regular one) she did not even ask if I have gel or not on my toes , just using the drill and I told her that I have such a ingrown toe nail on the side ( pretty much just a lot of skin built up underneath ) after poking on my toes, she told me , there is no ingrown was found ! And of course , she did not remove it ! ( I have been getting my toes done for years, never been told that there no ingrown on my toes) but that's okie , if she can't remove them ! Next step , she did not even put the callus remover to remove my callus , I asked her why, she told me your foot is soft ! I was pissed , but still calm and told her yes I have a lot of callus , please put the removal on ! Next step, she put the sugar scrub and scrubbing it on my foot like not even A MINUTE ! I've been going to this nail salon almost since it opened. I love the beautiful atmosphere with crystal chandeliers and lighting. Many enjoy the bar menu. I enjoy their pedicure choices especially. Fun! I have found a tech who does my nails as I like them. My last pedicure was very good also. As requested she was very gentle and didn't cut my cuticle. The atmosphere has taken a downturn, however. Yesterday the manager/supervisor? and some nail techs were engaged in a loud game of cards toward the back for the entire hour. Loved the bar service while getting a pedicure. Went with a group and they had plenty of technicians on a Friday morning. Very clean and sanitary. Friendly owner and technicians. Pedicure- I didn't like the cheese grater they wanted to use on my feet/callouses and had to ask for an alternate- pumice was offered and worked ok. I will not be returning which is such a shame because it is such a nice salon. I was cut twice during my dip set with acrylic tips while the nail technician was filing the sides. The bleeding cuts were ignored until I pointed them out so he could apply disinfectant on them. This was my first time here. I'm currently pregnant my nail tech I always go to is always busy. So I decided to try this place out. The environment is beautiful, front desk girl was really sweet. But my manicurist, I think her name is Jenny was rude up until the very end of her service with me. She had maybe one genuine conversation with me & that was it. I still tipped because I work in customer service & I always tip. But I'll never come back after my experience. I'm not super happy about my nails. My manicurist just seemed annoyed & mad that she had to do my nails. Ruined my entire experience couldn't even relax or enjoy it. The woman who did my pedicure Helen was nice I appreciate her for not being rough & for not making me bleed like the other girl. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends though sadly. I really wanted to like this place cause it's so close to home. But this made a big impression especially since I have a event I'm attending in 2 days & I was expecting my nails to be put together or at least like them. Nails are uneven when I ask for them to be evened out even if they needed to be cut down, & the coat of the gel just seems so inconsistent & thin my thumb nail also has I think bubbles on the side or grains of something stuck in the polish. The place is super clean and I love the interior design, very spacious and open.The lady at the front desk was super helpful in picking my nail color since I wanted to support pride month. Sadly I did take almost 2 hours for a med and pedi since I had to remove my old powdered nails and no one noticed till they assisted me little later. The worst service I've ever experienced I left with my nails undone and bleeding. The manger is extremely rude and doesn't care to take care of his clients. Horrible customer service and horrible quality of nails. I left bleeding on two fingers and they don't care to fix anything. My nails are all lopsided and uneven. My nail tech didn't even apologize for making me bleed, she continued to do them without taking care of the blood. I had to ask her to put something on it because it was bleeding and burning. The manager is horrible and this place sucks. Would never recommend this place to anyone. They give out discounts because they have terrible quality and can't get customers in the door any other way. I left with my nails unfinished because they were bleeding. I said I would come back the next day to get them redone. He didn't care to take me and said "I didn't charge you for your nails" as if he's doing me a favor by not charging me, why would he charge me for these horrible unfinished nails and the fact that I left bleeding and with sore fingers?? This is MY nail place! I have been coming here over a year since it opened and I've never been disappointed. They have a great selection of dip colors. The staff is friendly and well trained. Lanny, the desk manager is very helpful and attentive. He's truly an asset to the business. I enjoy all the people there, but I have my favorites who I won't share because I want to be sure I can get an appointment with them lol. It's super clean and relaxing in here. Updating my review because it's been a while, but I've continued to visit Aria Nail Bar because I have found my GIRL! As much as I want to gate keep her so you all won't start requesting her and make her unavailable to me--I won't be that selfish LOL! Jeny ALWAYS delivers when it comes to the styles that I want and she's the only one that gets my almond shape exactly how I like them (not so round, a little more pointed but not stiletto). She's super sweet and has good taste in color choices (I ask her for help/recommendations sometimes). If I call and she's not available, I don't go--period. I did have to cheat and go to another salon where my mom goes, because Jeny was on vacation around the holidays, but I really needed my nails done for a wedding I was attending. I must say, the place I visited deserves a good review too because I had my nails done before Christmas and they're STILL on, not chipping or lifting. However, I will only visit that salon if my tried and true Jeny is not in Aria! Thanks Jeny for always coming through and being precise with my nails! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. i am beyond pissed after going here today. i kept giving this place many chances but at this point it's simply highway robbery. i got a full set and a pedicure today. pedicure went well but i am so unhappy with the set. i have had a man named bryan do my nails 3 times in a row. each time it has hurt so bad and been uncomfortable. i have been cut, sliced, filed, each and every single time. today he even broke a part my pinky nail in the middle. i always point it out and am ignored or not given any attention. he tends to rush my nails every time as well. he was sloppy with the acrylic and left it all over my fingers. there is such visible proof that there is not enough coats and that it's not applied smoothly. he's so rough with my cuticles and even nicked me with the drill. his design work is barely passing and although my nails look good from afar, up close there is so many mistakes. i was almost at the verge of tears. besides that this place charges so much! at other nail salons you're not charged for nail take off, shape, or anything. here you're charged $5 for all of that. it's ridiculous. they tax for everything and it's not nearly worth it half the time. when they opened their sets were a lot cheaper but now that they've settled in, everything is ridiculously priced. when i approached the front desk woman about bryan she replied "oh next time just tell him. boys who do nails tend to be heavy handed. sorry about that." how is that my fault? how do you acknowledge something like that and let it slide? so unprofessional. sometimes i'm picky about my nails but this is just outrageous. do not waste time here. i'm so upset. read more

Got my acrylic nails take off, and a set take put on. Nails are awful. Air bubbles, shaped weird, and you can literally see a space in between the the nail and the acrylic powder. I came with a friend on Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. we didn't get drinks, but the juice bar is a unique touch and the atmosphere is luxurious. I got the harmony pedicure with 30% off. I had an okay experience for the following reasons: 1) I was asked at least 6 times, if not more, to upgrade the polish to Shellac despite the fact I said no. 2) the harmony pedicure was supposed to include a callous scrub but it was about 15-20 seconds of scrub that wasn't all that great 3) the package was supposed to include a hot stone massage, but it wasn't really a massage. She just glided the stones up and down my leg with no pressure added. I do have to say that the receptionist and the lady who did my pedicure were nice and the facility was very clean. My pedicure looked nice at the end and I had a pleasant check in/check out experience. Personally, I think it's not worth the price. I have gotten excellent pedicures for much less in the Sugar Land/Missouri City area. Without the 30% off, I would've paid $50+ tip for a basic pedicure (which is a lot!!) read more
