They take extra care of your feet during pedicures and the work they do on manicures is stunning. They put a smile on my face the second I walk in the door. The salon is very well up-kept, clean and modern. They upgrade the appliances and chairs often. And nail colors, galore! they don't stick to the length and shape you originally asked for. i wanted mine square and long and they buffed and filed for 30 mins straight, changed the shape and length, and made it almost as thin as shein press on nails. after 3 days of getting them done, 1 nail broke in half. and after 6 days of getting it done, another one broke. the energy and vibe in there overall wasn't the best either. they left my nails for a while and did other peoples nails while i was there waiting. i spent like 4-5 hours there on a simple design. read more

I've been going to this salon for over a year and they've always been my favorite. The salon is always clean, comfortable and organized. Another huge plus is that they add like 15+ new acrylic powder colors every 2 months, so you won't run out of options anytime soon. The girls in there are always accommodating when it comes to appointments and helping to pick designs. Be sure to triple check with them on pricing because I called before heading over to the salon to see how much my nails would be and the girl Hayley said $40 with the 10% student discount so it should've been $36. I get there and suddenly it's $50 total. I made sure to ask her over the phone multiple times if they charged for longer nails and if all I wanted was inclusive in the $40 price she promised me. She said yes. I talked to her once I got there as they told me the price would be more expensive, and even though she said what she said, they wouldn't honor the original price and I found that very inconvenient and unprofessional. Not to mention I had spoken to the manager Oliver about this even before I called the nail salon and he as well promised me the $40 price with 10% off. I will say though that my nails came out beautifully and exactly how I wanted them. I didn't get the name of the nail tech but I'm super picky and she did amazing. The nail service itself is great and I have no complaints with how my nails came out, their only flaw is not being punctual about pricing and are tricky so be sure to clarify and have some kind of proof to back yourself. read more

Just fine I didn't care for the grinding off of my shellac by scraper only. Thought it could've been more gentle. But looked great after. Usually I like this place... until today. On the positive, I rarely have an issue with my nails. Sometimes for dip the color looks different on me than on the display but that's it. Today, however, I got my eyebrows waxed. Now mind you they take the eyeshadow off before they do it. When she first waxed them I didn't think anything of it. Then when she put lotion or oil or whatever she put on when it was done my skin felt like it was on fire. I literally had to tell her my face was burning and I wanted her to stop. As I got my nails done afterwards I kept holding a water bottle on my eyebrows because they hurt so much. When she first showed me I couldn't see what was wrong. When I went to check out I looked at my eyes and I'm not sure if they were burned or she took the skin off or a little of both. It it looked awful. I am going to try to get a picture once I can actually wash my face but just now I tried to take off the make up with a make up wipe and it hurt too much. So the pictures I gave are the best I can get and I'm posting the ones before I tried to take the make up off. That red you see us either a burn or my skin peeled off... because I'm not that color and that is not make up. I may go back for my nails. It depends. Never my eyebrows. Because this is terrible and it hurt pretty bad. read more

Van is one of the best nail techs I have ever had. I seriously kept looking down at my nails after I left Bonny Nails. She paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am very particular about my nails and Van was about to really nail it, pun intended. I'm usually disappointed after I leave a nail shop because I find flaws but not from Van. They are busier on weekends but they try their best to be accommodating. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. I've seen them be really nice to children as well, definitely a place I would bring my little girl. They have jars of candy behind the reception area. They also have light snacks on weekends (pretzels/popcorn/fig newtons). I mostly go to get my nails but they look like they give great pedicures. I've seen them get really into the massage portion of the pedi and the customers look very relaxed and well taken care of. I think pedicures must be there specialty because they're busier with those (vs nail only services) most of the time. read more

I had been to this salon several times and really liked the service until today. Yesterday spent $70+ On a pedi and dip manicure. Less than 24 hours later, a complete nail of polish popped off! When I went back in today, I was told they would only redo that one nail. I requested they redo all my nails because I am leaving on vacation tomorrow. And the reason I got the dip was so I don't have to be concerned about my nails chipping while I am on vacation. They said they would charge me again. I didn't want to get upset, so calmly said I would not pay them AGAIN to have my nails done. When I went to another salon, the lady checked my nails and ANOTHER one popped off! This was my concern that I would be on vacation and be loosing my polish. Needless to say I will not return to Bonny Nails again read more

I love the friendly service here. The place is clean and smells good. I usually go in the morning because it seems to be less busy than afternoons. I usually get a simple pedicure and they start at $31. That includes 10 minutes of leg massage, which is nice. They set a timer to make sure you get your entire 10 minutes. The drinks, and warm neck wraps are complimentary if you want those. They have a great selection of colors. I will be making this my regular nail shop. read more

My first visit was amazing. I got there right when they opened and got a classic manicure and hot stone pedicure. My techs both took their time and made sure everything was how I liked. They also use timers for the massages so you know you're getting what you paid for. Everything was nice and clean and they are prepared staff wise for the large amount of walk in traffic. I am not sure if they didn't dry it long enough but the clear coat just began peeling off all my nails. I will go back and give it another try since they are conveniently a few blocks away from my house, hoping the next visit goes better. So, I would give them more stars if it hadn't been for a couple things. 1) One of my nails are waaaaay longer than the rest and I didn't even notice until after I had left (which, granted, is partially my fault FOR not checking) And 2) There are yellow marks in a couple of my nails and there's a yellowish tint to the rest, almost as if it hadn't been mixed properly or as if the powder was old and needed to be tossed. Bonny Nails always does an excellent job on my nails. Ever since new management has taken over the salon seems to run more smoothly. The nail techs are sweet, professional and attentive. The salon is kept clean and I've seen each time that I'm there the nail techs wipe down the chairs with cleaning solution. My shellac manicure lasts weeks without peeling or chipping. Don't let the pretty interior fool you! I almost lost my toe at this place. By far the WORST pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. The lady who did my toes, can't remember her name, cut WAY too deep on my cuticles and it started to bleed. When I asked her to disinfect it she gave me an attitude and told me I didn't need to but I insisted. Throughout the pedicure she was careless and kept irritating the cut!!!!!! Then I asked for a fake toenail on my big toenails and she argued with me for about 10 minutes telling me not to do it but I've been getting them for years. I think she was just lazy and didn't want to do it. Then they failed to tell me they charge $10 for each fake toe nails....I've been getting fake toenails for years and I've never paid more five dollars for each. The lady tried to be deceiving and act like she was giving me a deal charging me seven dollars for each nail in what world does that happen? I'm way too nice I shouldn't have ever finished up. overall the worst pedicure experience I've ever had in my life I will never go back and I suggest you go somewhere else! read more
