Pedicure was great. Excellent polish application and neat clean up. Manicure was very messy and did not dry well. Not an excuse that regular polish should be inherently messy and should take hours to dry. This has not been my experience in other establishments when regular polish is coated effectively. I came to get a new acrylic set. So frustrating. Pointed out from the get go that the nail tips were crooked. Nail tech said "I will fix it later." Later comes and they are still crooked. In length AND direction. She argues with me telling me it was my "skin". She even showed another tech and that tech tried to back her up. So mad because i wasted $100 for crooked a$$ nails. I really like this spot! They have a wide array of colors to choose from and the results are fantastic.

This salon is not at all close to where I live, but I keep going back because nowhere else does my dip powder manicure and shellac pedicure last as long. They always do a consistently excellent job and the service is always good no matter which tech you get. read more

I've noticed in this area a few nail spas have been built, but I'd have to say Bella is my go to when I visit family here. Service for me has always gone well. Normally, I only get pedicures here and do my nails somewhere else (just have a specific stylist I like to see). So I'll break down my experience below: Pedicure: Lien (who only works weekends) does an amazing job! She is pretty popular, and definitely worth the wait. So get yourself a Starbucks next door and wait for her (or try calling ahead). I'll post a photo of what she did, one of the basic pedicures, which leave my legs super smooth and wanting to wear a skirt all day. She shaped my toe nails perfectly and I've never had anyone really ask me that before. She's also super cool, like we've been friends for a long time or something. She makes an effort to make a personal connection, and that's a game changer. I've had some of the other nail technicians do my pedicure and I've always had it done well. Never had a bad experience. Manicure: I normally do my nails elsewhere, just to support an independent stylist, but it was convenient to do it here at the time. They actually came out super cute and I've been getting compliments. Although, I asked for coffin nails and I wish the stylist made the tips go in more, but they still don't look bad to me. I'm still happy with how they look. Next time I'll have to be more vocal about it (it's my fault for not telling them). Please don't be scared to tell stylist how you want your nails done, otherwise they won't do it to your liking. read more

I have lived in River Park for 6 years now. Every visit I have had to this nail shop has been horrible. I have given them many chances and all I have received is poor customer service. Attitude and lack of care when it comes to shaping my nails. I have been cut twice in 1 visit. I think this place does a good job, but they're kind a rude super pricey. Yesterday when I went to get my nails done really yelled at me like three times. Then when I asked her to cut my nails shorter she told me that she couldn't do that it would look good. She also told me that dip doesn't look good on the long nails when I've got dip a long nails before at another salon and it look good to me. Then when I went to go pay they told me that it was $80 so when I asked them why so much she said that the lady charge me to take off my nails when no one told me that. Not impressed with the nails ! i asked for coffin and not all of my nails are the same shape. There are little specks and lumps in my polish. It is super expensive for no reason and they charge an extra $5 on top of the $15 fee for shellac ... why are you going to charge an extra $5 to take off shellac when we're already paying for a REFILL and for shellac ?!? This is the first time I've been here. I called to make an appointment ahead of time and as soon as I got there they were able to sit me down and start. Mandy is who did my nails and she was amazing. The girls here do a good job, my complaint is with the management. I get a mani/pedi every 2 weeks and always make an appointment so the girls I like are available. Sadly this means absolutely nothing to the store manager, she won't even apologize for not respecting your appointment. They could care less about your business. This place is amazing. While it is always very busy, I never feel like I'm being rushed. All the nail techs seem to take their time with you. This is a very nice salon with quality service. I've been coming to Bella for about a year and I've gotten consistently friendly and amazing nail techs that take their time with me and seem to really care about me! But I think they may have done a mass hiring of new nail techs recently (I haven't been in about 2 months) and the new nail techs are no good. It actually makes me really sad that I have to find a new nail salon yet again because the 2 nail techs I had today rushed me so bad. One of the ladies actually broke my nail from trying to rip my old shellac off my nails and then told me not to touch the nail and "that the polish would glue it back together"... okay. And the tech giving me a pedicure totally skipped out on the massage I paid for. Overall I'm pretty bummed out. Where are the old technicians that genuinely cared about the customers? :( Update: I really should not have come back here and given them another chance. I went in on a Saturday night before a photo shoot, and expected great results given my previous experiences with this salon. However, this time was much different than the rest. I'm not usually picky with how I want my nails to look, but this time was particularly bad. I asked for a powder set and a specific shape, and the technician seemed clueless about how to achieve the shape. She continuously did it wrong, and ended up asking another technician for help. I was basically being kicked out while my nails were still being done. They were obviously talking about me in their language, and it was very rude. I went back a few days later to talk to the manager to show her how bad my nails looked, and she accused me of lying about when I got them done. She told me she could give me a 10% discount and when I told her I didn't want it she looked at me and said "okay bye honey". What kind of idiots run this establishment? read more

I love this place...truly makes the pickiest feel like a pampered princess. Everyone is super friendly and they all speak English. They welcome you and offer you bottled water or wine :)! It's like pampering happy hour! Vicky is amazing, I ask for all kinds of custom designs and she very patiently listens to my requests and does a wonderful job! They offer a variety of services by a highly skilled staff. The place is extremely clean and use a sterilizing system similar to the dentist office!! Well to say that I'm so disappointed in this nail salon is an understatement. I had been religious going here for over 11 years at least twice or sometimes 3 times a month and "NEVER" leaving less than $180.00-$195.00. I get called out of town on business for a few months then took a couple of months off getting anything done by anyone. When I called to make an appointment to start going back to be told by the owner you have to call another day we were too busy. She was not very kind to me when I called I will say I was taken back. Now let me mention to you she called me all the time for 11 years when I could come in even if they were extremely busy before the end of the day let me know if I could come that day or sometimes the next day. Well she never called was a very clear message you're too busy and my business is not needed. Bottom line you don't treat loyal customers of 11 years this way. i've been in the greatwood area for a long time now and started going here since my mother goes a lot. this place always leaves me super super disappointed. i am always leaving asking for more. my original inspiration for this set of nails was completely different until the lady who did my nails convinced me out of it fully, told me to add different things for more amounts of money, and flat out did not want to follow what i was wanting. i even suggested a certain design and she kept on saying she could STILL not do what i wanted. every time i come here they always change my mind because the works are completely lazy and rude. when she did my nails she took absolutely no time on them and even if they turned out decent it didn't give me the full effect because she didn't take her time or be gentle with it. the workers are always snotty and rude and in addition to getting my nails done i got my toes painted and they barely lasted a full week. completely DO NOT recommend this place. ridiculous prices and people. i switched nail places completely after this. read more

I've been to this salon twice. The 2nd time I went I requested a refill. The lady doing my fill changed my color (no new nails were glued on) and I still was charged $40. They charge an additional $5 to do coffin shaped. I have never been charged for the shaping of the nails at any other salon. My tech asked if I was Vietnamese & I replied "yes, but only half bc my mother was adopted". Evidentially her and another tech were talking about me in Vietnamese. The lady doing my nails told me the other tech said I wasn't Vietnamese unless I can say something in the language. I don't appreciated being contradicted especially when I am the customer.
