I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Cathy; the owner is the worse customer service person ever!! She's is nice only with certain people, she ignores me when i walk in, I was setting down for 35 minutes and the owner and the other lady NEVER asked me what I need!! That makes me feel so uncomfortable which it turns the atmosphere very heavy. Anyways after 20 minutes later 2 ladies came in and Cathy (the owner) and the other lady welcomed them very kindly and nice then 10 minutes later another lady came in and they welcomed her with a very nice attitude then few minutes later Cathy finished with the lady what she was working when I came in then she call one of the ladies came after me!!! THAT WAS TO MUCH!! so I just decided to leave with the termination to NEVER CAME BACK AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! read more

I went to get a refill yesterday and it was the worst experience that I have ever had in a nail salon. I walked into the shop and no one spoke to me. Cathy(the owner) was doing a lady's nails and the pedicure lady was finishing up on someone. I picked out my color and went to sit down. A lady came to the door and Cathy buzzed her in. She came for a Pedicure. The Pedicure lady went to the back to warm her up something to eat. She came out and started water for a Pedicure. I had a feeling that it was for the other lady since no one asked me what I needed. I told her that I was getting a Pedicure and she said "Oh you get Pedicure" She proceeded to speak in Vietnamese with Cathy. So she got 2 pedicure chairs ready at that point. So I sat in the pedicure chair and she started my pedicure. Another lady came to the door and got buzzed in. She needed to soak and take off her nails. Cathy got the bowl to let her soak her nails. Cathy worked on the lady's pedicure that came after me. When Cathy was done with the pedicure, she came over to do my refill. Another lady came to the door and Cathy buzzed her in. The lady needed her nails done and her daughter's nails painted. Cathy put the acrylic on my nails hurriedly. After the lady was done with my pedicure she put some too little pedicure slippers onto my feet. I definitely had a problem with that so I asked for larger slippers, which I knew that Cathy carries them because she used them on me before. Cathy said that they only have one size. She was clearly lying to me. With an attitude Cathy said that I should have brought my own slippers. What????? I don't appreciate that one bit. When I sat in her chair I told her about the slippers being too small and how her customer service was horrible. I noticed that she did not put enough acrylic on my nails. The sides of my nails had no acrylic on them and looked horrible. I showed her my nails(she could clearly see them) and asked her to put more acrylic on them to fill the bare spaces on my nails. She said No! I told her that she rushed to do my nails because other customers had walked in. I also told her that is not the way to treat her customers. I was not satisfied with the work that she had done thus far. I then asked her was she going to fix my nails because they were not properly done. With a nasty attitude and hostility she said that she was not going to fix my nails and told me to leave. I was appalled. I told her that I was not paying her for that shabby, half done, raggedy job that she did and she said that she did not care and told me to go. I told her that I would be doing a review so everyone could be aware of her nastiness, rudeness, and unhelpfulness. I could not believe that someone who owns a business would act in this manner. I just wanted her to do her job. Not one time did I disrespect her nor raise my voice. I went to Nails by Lucy and explained to Danny what had just happened to me. He redid my refill and my nails look extraordinary. I would not recommend HTV nails to anyone who wants to deal with a nice and caring owner, because Cathy is far from that. This salon is VERY close to my house, so when the urge hit to start getting my nails done regularly, I thought why not give it a try? The 3 positive reviews were only fuel. I have never been one to get my nails done, unless it's a special occasion, but I am a teacher, and have come to realize that it doesn't look very nice to have raggedy hands when constantly pointing. In the past my only experiences have been with acrylic. I decided against that, and came in wanting a gel/shellac. I also brought in my 6 yr. old so that she could have her nails done for Christmas. I thought that would be nice for the holiday, so she could show off a bit. The salon is small, but appears to have a regular clientele, about 4 pedicure chairs and maybe 4 -5 stations? It is clean, quiet, and the women working were very friendly. The tech I had was quick, professional, and took her time about pleasing my daughter with a Santa Claus decal on her nails. I did not meet the super-friendly people mentioned in other people's reviews. I usually get my nails done every 3-4 weeks, but the amazing woman I typically go to will be unavailable for awhile and I decided to try this place for the time being because it's very close to me. First off, there were two techs there when I walked in; one was with a client and the other was cleaning. They kinda looked at me before saying hi. I asked for a solar fill and the one cleaning took forever to finish up without telling me where to sit. Their price list on the wall says it's $15 for a solar fill, but she charged me $17. I didn't argue about it, but I said they need to update their price list. The nails look ok, but she didn't polish most of the edges. No one else will probably notice but me, but that's a pet peeve and looks lazy. What really annoyed me was that when she finished the color and top coat, she just jumped up and started tending to another client! She didn't put my nails under a dryer, even though I saw TWO sitting out. I asked her for a dryer, and she came over to me, touched my nails, and sprayed the drying spray all over my nails. I've actually never had anyone put that on my hands, just my feet. And I'm clumsy, so I usually sit under the dryer more than the recommended time so I don't mess them up. In my 7 years of getting my nails done on a regular basis, I've never gone to a place that wouldn't let me use a dryer! read more

I went today to get My nails done bc my nails shop was closed today! At first everything was OK! But I realized that they charge you too much for nails based on the product they use but not on how pretty they do them. Lady was rude and she got mad at me because I asked her to fix one of my nails she want being delicate with my hands and I think she was doing that un porpoise this is my first and last time doing there and I really don't recommend it read more

I really like this nail place..... They are very professional and very, very nice! They always provide a bottle of water to all of their customers and they do a good job on nails and waxing.
