Awful customer service and disappointing experience…read more I got a pedicure with shellac, and within just a few days, the polish on two of my toenails completely came off. I called the salon and explained that I wanted all of my toes repainted since the application clearly wasn't done correctly. Instead of making it right, they refused to repaint all of my toes and said they would only fix the two nails that had completely come off. If I wanted all of my toes repainted, I would have to pay an additional $30. At that point, it felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. I also want to mention that the staff was rude during my original pedicure, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. Then, was rude again when I called about needing my toenails fixed. They also do not fix ingrown toenails here, which is something to be aware of if that's a service you're looking for. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the service and the way this situation was handled, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

I've tried numerous nail salons in the area, and it's rare that I've been consistent in where I go…read morebecause service is usually a hit or miss. Not this place, this place is consistently good. *A regular mani/pedi is $35. Seems standard, except this pedicure even includes a 5 min hot stone massage and a warm towel draped around your legs. Legit feels heavenly. *Very nice ambiance. Relaxing music playing, and the employees are careful to not have private conversations with one another across the salon. Other salons in the area are notorious for this. *While I wasn't offered a drink (not sure why, but I didn't want one anyway), I did see some cans of sods and some wine that seemed to be for customers. *They have some kind of rewards system in place, but I was in a rush and couldn't ask questions. This is great for those of you who are regulars at the nail salon. *They have a ton of manicure/pedicure options and if their "regular" pedi was that impressive, I can only imagine how the fancier ones are! *The nail techs are super sweet, and are constantly asking if you're okay with what they're doing, and if you're liking the works so far. *As an introvert, I was thankful they let me relax and didn't pester me with conversation. Lol.

Sighs. I wanted to…read morelike the new owners since I have been coming here for years. But all the GOOD nail techs are gone. My last visit they messed up my nails and pedicure and gave me a gift certificate for the error. I blame myself for returning, but I had hopes that maybe it would be different. I went for a normal dip and pedicure for before my birthday. It was empty on a Saturday morning this should have been my first sign. I walk in to no one. The lady doing my nails was rushing and insisted on me getting dip, even asking for a tip. I explained I didn't want tips because I'm growing my nails out and showed her a picture. Before the dip, I told her one of the nail shapes was crooked. She said no worries I will fix later. Later comes, and the pics attached are what I ended up with. I started crying in the chair out of frustration and the fact that now I have to go to another place to have them fix this. Additionally, the nail tech NEVER asked what shape I wanted, she was rushing through just to get finished. They didn't offer me water or wine like the old manager did. I got the feeling I wasn't even wanted here even though it was empty. My pictures speak for themselves. Please get new nail techs.

It was our first time checking out this nail salon, and we were really impressed! The location is…read moresuper convenient--right next to one of our favorite coffee shops (Rang). We visited on a Sunday, about an hour after they opened, and were seated right away with no wait. They were running a 30% off pedicure deal, which was perfect since my husband and I both wanted one. I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure while he got the Tropical pedicure. Right from the start, they brought us water and candy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service itself was excellent--our technicians were very detail-oriented, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and we basically had the salon to ourselves for two hours. The extras were what really stood out: they added rose petals and cucumbers to my legs with a mask, roses to my husband's legs, and then steamed the masks, which made everything feel really luxe. While they don't serve cocktails (something some nail salons offer), I honestly didn't miss it because the level of attention and pampering more than made up for it. My tip? Grab a coffee from next door and then head in for a pedicure--you'll leave feeling spoiled and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I have never been one to get my nails done, unless it's a special occasion, but I am a teacher, and have come to realize that it doesn't look very nice to have raggedy hands when constantly pointing. In the past my only experiences have been with acrylic. I decided against that, and came in wanting a gel/shellac. I also brought in my 6 yr. old so that she could have her nails done for Christmas. I thought that would be nice for the holiday, so she could show off a bit. The salon is small, but appears to have a regular clientele, about 4 pedicure chairs and maybe 4 -5 stations? It is clean, quiet, and the women working were very friendly. The tech I had was quick, professional, and took her time about pleasing my daughter with a Santa Claus decal on her nails.
