Nice cozy nail place. It is clean and aestheticians are polite & know what they are doing. Good prices and less drama.

Used to be fine, not great. But, they are slacking. Dirty tools, reuse plastics in bowls, scrubbers are dirty, With hair on it. Not kidding. I called there attention to this and they did nothing. Pretended like they didn't understand. The guy there pulled a good chunk of my flesh off my toe!! It was Valentines, My toe was feeling really bad and swollen. Brownish/yellow stuff oozing out. I called a foot doctor because it did not look normal and was in a lot of pain. He told me I got an infection from cuticle remover and he had to perform surgery. He has to open up toe and remove infection. So many antibiotics put on my toe!!! So painful!!! Please! Don't Go there!!!! They better pay my Doctor bill and pain and suffering. It will take 8 to 12 months for my toe to return to normal according to Doctor. read more

I called nail salon yesterday for an appointment for me and my mom at 1pm. I said one mani pedi and one regular manicure they said ok and asked for name and number. we get here at exactly 1 and we say we he an appointment and they're like "yea. pick a color" and we did and they've been doing my moms pedicure and then the lady tells me "ok wait 10 mins for your manicure if you don't want acrylics" and I said ok and then a new client walks in at 1:15 and goes "I had an appointment for 1:30" and they sit her down and start doing her nails before mine. I've been waiting for half an hour PAST my appointment with no one attending me as they attended someone before me who had an appointment AFTER me. read more

The place is not warm and inviting. You get what you pay for. $25 for a massage chair Mani-pedi is not bad. Be very specific and if you are they will do what you want. I asked for them to clean the instruments in front of me and needed to ask them multiple times to cut my nails shorter but after an hour and 15 minutes I was very pleased with the end result. I prefer a bit more shine but I can buff my nails more thoroughly at home. If you want the ultimate spa experience this is NOT the place for you, if you want a Mani-pedi for a decent price and cleanliness this place is for you. read more

My grandmother and I stopped in for a pedicure. The first issue is it took an act of God to get them to understand the simple words "the water is too cold", literally cold, which of course wouldn't make for a relaxing pedicure. Secondly I asked the technician to take extra care with her services because she is a diabetic. It went down hill from there, the eye rolls, the attitudes and the infamous ignoring of my concerns and rude conversations in Vietnamese. My grandmother really wanted the pedicure so she's being serviced as I type this review. However I refuse to pay 1 penny for rude and u professional service. Update: I just witness them sit someone else for service in the same chair I was in, failing to clean at all. NASTY. read more

I was shopping in the area, decided to get my nails done. When I walked in I wasn't welcomed. There was literally only two people getting their nails done. The sign on the door said walk-ins welcomed. The person at the front was rude as hell. She told me I had to wait 30 mins because I didn't have an appointment....but NOBODY was in there. I came to this salon to get acrylic nails done. I waited 30 min because the reviews seemed good so, thought it would be worth the wait. I am not from the area and just found it online. First, she showed me the acrylic powder colors (after glueing my tips on) that i could choose from and there were only like 8 colors and they were all ugly chunky glitter colors. I asked if they had a light pink and she said yes and showed me the powder and it looked like the usual light pink i use. Then, she asked me how long i wanted my nails and i showed her and she said "that's too long" multiple times. I did not want them terribly but did want an oval/Almond type shape. Next, she put the powder on my nails and it is completely clear so, i told her i wanted paint on top. She started shaping my nails and they ended up being really square and not what i wanted. I tried telling her but, she was not getting it. So at this point all my nails are different shapes.. Finally, i just give up and get that i will go and get them fixed the next day somewhere else. She tells me to go pick my color so i did and sit down and SHE TELLS ME "okay, you paint, $30 for you" and i was like maybe i misunderstood but, NO! THIS LADY TOLD ME TO PAINT MY OWN FREAKING NAILS!! I told her i would just paint them at home and paid the $30 which i should not have done. Do not go here!! read more

I have come here today because my eyebrows were in serious need of a waxing. I was drawn in by their price of 12 dollars for a combined job of eyebrow and lip waxing. I walk in at around 5:15 on a Monday evening and there is only one other customer there. I was quickly assisted and taken into the back room. My eyebrows turned out wonderful and the lady doing them told me what she would do before she did so. Tgis was a very impressive nail spa/salon and I will be back soon. It is also located by magnolia house, which has some really neat clothing items. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Just a week ago, I got dip powder done at this salon. I woke up yesterday, and it had changed into a whole different color. I had gotten a very light nude pink, and it changed into a very disgusting purple, a whole DIFFERENT COLOR. I walked in this morning to ask what had gone wrong, and I told them that it was nothing I had done that caused this, and they blatantly said that they had done the color I had asked for and will not be doing anything to fix it. Then they said that I have to pay for a whole other set again if I want this color changed. They were extremely rude, and did nothing to help. I will never go to this nail shop again, and I advise no other to go either. If anything, you might be satisfied, but god forbid you are not, and you walk in looking for help, they will do nothing and send you out saying that you are wrong. Very unprofessional, I am very disappointed and upset, mainly because I've only had them for barely a week. read more

Do NOT go here! I would give 0 stars, if possible. I went for a pedicure for the first time here and the nail tech picked up her USED, UNSTERILIZED, cuticle clippers to start. I asked if she had sterilized equipment and she didn't understand me at all so I followed up with 'clean' or 'new'. She takes about a package and says 'new'. NONE of her other tools were new. While she's working on my pedicure I notice the chairs next to me are just rinsed after each patron and NOT disinfected. While the tech was painting my nails, I noticed what looked like a wart on her finger and she was NOT wearing gloves to work on me! I am really freaking out about that and praying I didn't contract any type of infection or warts. The store also has very poor ventilation and the fumes were the worst of any nail salon I've been to. I even started to have a headache while I was there. When it was time to pay, the tech tells me $20. I give her my credit card and she brings it back with $5 cash and says, "Sorry, I charge wrong, $25." Well, the tip line was zeroed out with a total of $25 and no where to write tip so she was clearly trying to get me to tip her the $5. I typically would tip well had she not put my health at risk and not have tried to be straight SHADY. I will never ever step foot in this salon again as it is totally gross and unsanitary. If you value your health, do NOT go here. So not worth it. I am disgusted. read more

They are very nice here but this being my second time here in a year or so I did not know they didn't take tips by card. So I let them know I would go down to Kroger next door and get cash. I always tip on card rarely have cash on hand. I paid and they finished our nails and when they dried they asked me for my car keys. I asked her if I needed to leave my keys to give her a tip?! Which in my opinion is ridiculous! I politely stated that there was no way I'm leaving my keys and was insulted by the fact that they'd think I'd leave without a tip. I understand some do but not me I know this is how they make a living. Point here is its ridiculous to leave any property like this with strangers and I was hoping for a soothing mani and pedi for my little one. I rarely get my nails done because I work in the or. This was upsetting and there was no notice of note of any kind stating the cash only tip policy and the oh you gotta leave your keys. Tips are an option for customer for great work. My nails weren't completely dried and part of my nails were not polished. I returned with a tip and left never going back here. read more

This is the nail place that my mom and I frequent. It is conveniently located by Kroger on Highway 6 and FM1092. The ladies are very nice and always engage in conversation with us. Another plus is that they don't talk bad about their customers. I would know, I speak Vietnamese. It's not a fancy, high-end salon, so don't expect to be super-pampered. It's great if you need a basic mani-pedi. It's also a good deal (only about $25 for a spa mani-pedi). They have a good color selection and prices. This place is good for your regular nail needs, but if you're looking to be pampered, I wouldn't recommend coming here. I know they also waxing, but I haven't tried that yet. read more
