The chairs are super nice with all the usual massage functions and they are not light on the wine pours! lol The pedicure service I booked was great - Martha did a very good job and was gentle. My only issue was pricing was confusing. I get my hands done elsewhere and I'm not used to add on pricing. So the pedicure I booked was $50, but I get gel polish - that was an extra $20 and removing the gel I already had on was another $5. So it was $75 not the $50 I thought in the beginning. I've never been to a nail salon that cuts so many corners when it comes to dip powder services. Proper dip application requires removing the old dip each visit, yet I was repeatedly told that if I chose a dark color, I would need a completely new set the next time. That simply doesn't align with standard dip nail practices. I was also surprised to be charged extra just to trim my nails -- something many salons include as part of basic service. Over time, the focus here seemed to be more about speed than quality. What truly ended it for me was my most recent visit. The technician did a very poor job on my nails, and instead of correcting the dip properly, the manager placed shellac polish on top of the dip powder as a quick fix. The polish began peeling the very same day. I walked out extremely disappointed and will not return. Luxe Nails -- quality, integrity, and professionalism matter far more than speed or cutting corners. Customers deserve better. Tu really disappointed me and management doesn't take concerns seriously.

I always get refills and never have this much breakage within 6 days... During my pedicure they didn't offer to put my back massage on. Upon entering, if you have ever been to this location in the past, you'll notice a great design difference. Furniture is high-end and lush. It's very bright and calming. I was welcomed in immediately despite the counter taking care of another customer. I waited on the sofa and was greeted by Tim, who shared the service menu. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. Refreshments are available for your enjoyment while you get serviced and are unlimited, but you probably won't ask for refills as you enjoy the zen of the spa chair. Just breathing in this place is relaxing like you're in a spa! You have to check this place out and give it a shot to be your new nail salon.
