This place is actually filthy, but I recommend it because my nails don't break off, they don't charge extra for gel polish, and the French tip add-on is only $5 extra, and most places it's $10-$15. The cat's eye is also only $5. So medium comes out to about $45 with French and short with French and cat eye are also $45. 2 nails with rhinestones are $5 as well I think. My feet don't require a lot of attention so they're only about $30 with French.. $40 with the acrylic toenail. Last time I went I spent $140 on my nails, toes, eyebrows ($7), lash extensions ($50), and tips for everyone. Lisa usually does my nails but I don't mind anyone else doing them. Julie is the only one I ever let do my lashes and the lady right when you walk in the door to the right ( 1st chair, Jackie maybe) is the only one I let touch my eyebrows. She waxes Plucks, and trims and they're always beautiful, she doesn't mind being told how you like them either, she's not pushy. She plucks my chin hair while she's down there too lol on the love. Sometimes when you go in Lisa is pushy about doing your services but a firm no and she'll learn you quickly and understand that talking to Jimmy, who handles the money usually helps if you're not good at speaking up for yourself. I like the people there, they're nice and they don't take all day, if they're busy they're busy so you have to wait but they don't intentionally make you wait a long time. They don't mind kids, they don't get frustrated when your kids are annoying lol I took my boys once and never again but they didn't seem to mind. They remind me of my hometown nail shop because they were all family and had quality work, inexpensive. read more

UPDATE!! This is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been to! They do great nails, however, I'm a diabetic and can't chance with their dirty equipment and supplies. They also keep changing the price too. Noticed when I tip good, they try to also go up on service cost! They have trash bag and cardboard box on ceiling and vents. Holes in walls and baseboards. I use to tell them spray that disinfect on tools before they did my feet. Gave them a good review but I have to agree others. I will NEVER go back there! Too nasty and filthy! I LOVE this place and when I say I am a true fan of the nail tech Kimberly, she is the only one to touch my hands. This place has two locations, but this is second. The other nail techs are amazing as well, no problem doing anything you desire. I have been committed to Kim for over 8 years and she has never given me any problems. I have actually referred my entire family to her. Now this place is not your typical nail shop: one, they only accept cash and that is firm. Another is the prices. I'm assuming since it is cash only that is the reason I can get an overlay, eyebrows, and pedi for less than 50 bucks. They are always a tad busy except typical Monday mornings and such. The shop is FILTHY!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Place is disgusting and they don't clean the basins after every use. I seen it happen after my bfs sister got hers done, they immediately sat someone else down. I could tell they used the same tools on everyone because she did not have new ones in the cart nor did she get up to get new ones. My bfs sister pedicure was done in less than 8 minutes. I timed it. This is possibly one of the worse nail shops in Missouri city. Lisa is a nail tech there that rushes and does not do a good job. Your nails are elementary at best. And dont let her do lashes, you wont be able to see and there's so much glue! I've given her several chances to get it right and it's never right. They dont like doing it over to please the customer. So my review is a bit biased. This is the OG nail spot. The place where my obsession for mani and pedis began and it still employs the only people I trust to come near my perfect eyebrows. I've been coming to this nail shop off and on for 19 years. YES, 19. Even after moving over 30 miles away, I will still make the trek once in a blue moon to see my old nail tech Mai Le. The salon prices are unbeatable but they only accept cash. They do have a atm in the salon that charges $1.50 service fee. The layout out of he salon isn't the prettiest but it's certainty not uncomfortable. The work is great for the price. They have a good amount of regular polish colors to choice from as well as color powder and shellac gel. I used to go to this nail salon faithfully until I saw the decline in service , cleanliness and staff- over the last few years. I went to the shop expecting to be able to see my usual nail tech Lisa as I had called ahead the day prior to set up an appointment slot, upon arrival I was told that Julie was the only person who could do my nails. Julie rush through the service nipping my cuticles several times giggling and talking to the male nail tech next to her, gave me incorrect change (and i still tipped). I I asked her to make my nails slightly thicker because I noticed they were extremely thin and she said OK but didn't make them at all thicker. Should have followed my instinct and left when I saw how disgusting the salon is. My pedicure consisted of my feet being dipped in a bucket of water, NOT a pedicure chair like normal, and her painting my toes. My full set didn't look anything like the pic I showed them. He just threw some acrylic powder and tips on my nails after I specially asked for solar. Then he polished em with gel, not completely painting my nails and leaving huge dull spots. They were lumpy and not shaped right or even. Took him about 15 minutes to do the entire thing. He rushed and acted annoyed when I tried to correct him. The worst set of nails I have ever had in my life. I paid and left as fast as I could. It was so bad I had to drive across the street to Summit Nails to have them fixed immediately. read more

The service is horrible and most of the ladies are so rude and don't speak English. I was told to come at a confirmed time to correct a very poor eyelash job, drove the 20 minutes to get there, arrive, wait another 20 minutes then told my an extremely rude lady in broken English that no one can help me. Today 9/23/2018 was the worst experience I've had there and was my second time which I should've known because the first time I had to switch nail techs because the first lady I had was the only one who threaded eyebrows so they basically let two women skip then come to find out she didn't know how to do long nails but that day Danny (the younger one) did a good job.... Soo four weeks later (today) I go back and Tom did a horrible job the acrylic didn't cover my nail the powder on my nails looked faded on top of that it was RUSHED he didn't even let me wash my hands or put me under the gel light he literally told me to hold my hands to lamp and while this was happening the other nail techs were laughing after I complained and ranted about my nails he just says it's $35 not complaining about the price but can the nails was horrible and he didn't offer to fix it until after I told him to take them off. David (another nail tech) convinced me to let him do it and my nails look way better than when Tom did tthem.
