Let's just say I would never have come back if I didn't want to use the same powder color for my re-fill. So I get back, no one knows what color is on my nails and it was beyond frustrating trying to find a powder that was semi close. Then 2 days later while I'm on the flight to Jamaica... my nails start popping off as if they were press-ons. I spent $116 plus tip. Now that I'm back in the states and I can complain without paying $.25 a minute, the manager said I only have 3 days to complain. But, considering her remembers me and a new set of nails shouldn't be popping off, you would think common sense would kick in and he'd take care of his customer. So here I am, writing this review. Don't say I didn't tell yall lol! Happy hunting for a professional nail place that does good work. Oh and on top of the young girl not knowing how to do ombré, she can't shape nails either. I had to keep telling her over and over how to do the stiletto shape. Plus she does messy work. And the guy that did my pedicure, pinched the skin on my big toe with his tools and it still hurts. Doesn't look infected, just extremely tender... but, we'll see.

LUNA today seemed to be in a rush and when I asked for the price for designs she was quick to give me $30-35. After her failed attempts of what I asked for she begin to tell me this is too much and this is $50 for 10 fingers for design. I asked if she was comfortable doing the design, LUNA response was yes but what do you want!! First off I may have wanted a different design on my nails but it wasn't very hard to do if you're comfortable with doing it. Secondly do not tell me one price then say it's too hard, and try to use you don't speak very good English to get by. I don't mind paying the price for whatever I ASKED for as a customer!!! Please don't give me an attitude when I'm always nice every time I come in and on time!!! Customer service is everything, but when I'm a consistent paying customer you are to provide excellent service and never make a customer feel like they're being rushed or denied service. I've never been to a nail salon that cuts so many corners when it comes to dip powder services. Proper dip application requires removing the old dip each visit, yet I was repeatedly told that if I chose a dark color, I would need a completely new set the next time. That simply doesn't align with standard dip nail practices. I was also surprised to be charged extra just to trim my nails -- something many salons include as part of basic service. Over time, the focus here seemed to be more about speed than quality. What truly ended it for me was my most recent visit. The technician did a very poor job on my nails, and instead of correcting the dip properly, the manager placed shellac polish on top of the dip powder as a quick fix. The polish began peeling the very same day. I walked out extremely disappointed and will not return. Luxe Nails -- quality, integrity, and professionalism matter far more than speed or cutting corners. Customers deserve better. Tu really disappointed me and management doesn't take concerns seriously.
