When I arrived I was sat immediately. Being that this was midday on a Wednesday it wasn't full at all. I saw this location had lots of great reviews so I decided to come. After years of not getting my nails done, here I am. The tech asked if I had any inspo pics and I showed her exactly what I wanted. I asked her if she could do it and she said absolutely. While she got the idea...she did not execute! She was very nice and so was the other staff but my nails are not the way I thought they'd be. Even the shape on a couple of them are not good. While I don't expect perfection, I needed them to be better than they are. Also, why are they point up?! To be clear, during the process I kept saying "I'm not sure about that." "Is it supposed to look like that." And she kept telling me to wait for the finished product. I am so disappointed. I wish I could get them removed.

The entire staff was so incredibly gracious, respectful and attentive to my mother. They vibe was genuinely uplifting beginning to end. My mom is 86 and has limited mobility. She has been through the ringer medically these past couple years. It is a rare treat for her to be able to even go to a nail salon, much less get such a nice pampered treatment. She chose the pedi with the 35 min massage, so that's what we both did. It was zen experience with a great pedi to boot. I am so thankful how wonderfully nice these ladies were to my mom -checking to see several times how she was enjoying it. The guy scrubbed very hard with the tools and the water got very cold and cloudy as he was doing the service, which seemed unusual, but I expect people to know how to do their job. I didn't really think about it until after.. that the water being dirty from the callous removal.. and hard scrubbing might've caused a problem. Now I may have my first ever infection in my life. On top of this they never have the same nail techs that I love and they always lie and say they are out of town or at another location, when really they no longer work there. I don't like changing nail techs to avoid beginner nail techs that damage my feet and cause infections. Smh. Lastly, this trip took 2.5 + hours! Normally 1 hour, a hour and a half but on a weekday midday no other clients it took ALL DAY. Not acceptable. Needless to say I'm on the hunt for another salon.

I pulled back, because it hurt. She proceeded to cut again, and I said it's okay just leave it. She left it, but came back and cut again. Their banner outside says 30% off all services, however, when I was asking for prices they were trying to give me only 20%. After I specifically told them about the sign they said okay. I paid for my mother and myself and they only discounted 27%, not the full 30%. It's only 3%, but it's about the principle. I just adjusted the tip that I left because I was not too happy. The actual paint job was disappointing. I will not be going back.

I kept noticing some minor details like my skin peeling on the side or nail polish on my skin so I had to ask my technician to fix it several times. I didn't want to seem stuck up so I basically stopped asking because I noticed she was eager to assist the 3 customers that was waiting. I was also disappointed with how the tech cut a bit into my meat. I felt a burning sensation but I thought it was nothing until I inspected it carefully after I left. It turns out she cut in too deep when cutting my cuticle... I also didn't like how some of the nail polish was on my cuticle... I don't know, we spend money hoping to get a good job well done and I didn't feel that way after. My family thought the service was alright too. I had my 47$ pedicure ( of course it's not a regular one) she did not even ask if I have gel or not on my toes , just using the drill and I told her that I have such a ingrown toe nail on the side ( pretty much just a lot of skin built up underneath ) after poking on my toes, she told me , there is no ingrown was found ! And of course , she did not remove it ! ( I have been getting my toes done for years, never been told that there no ingrown on my toes) but that's okie , if she can't remove them ! Next step , she did not even put the callus remover to remove my callus , I asked her why, she told me your foot is soft ! I was pissed , but still calm and told her yes I have a lot of callus , please put the removal on ! Next step, she put the sugar scrub and scrubbing it on my foot like not even A MINUTE ! Was told to come in so they can fix, but only for them to rush and still have them messed up (last 4 picture's) It's simple but if I'm paying dang near $100 and less than 24 hours later it's messed up. Fix it. They don't see YOU, they see $$$$. Guess their 3 stars makes sense!
