I knew Nancy was different when she told me my lashes were a pretty good length for Asian lashes. So far I've liked every rod shape she's tried on me. Recommend adding on a tint, it is worth it in my opinion. A lift takes about an hour.

When I went to book the appointment online there was a pop-up that showed 20% off new clients and that's all it said it didn't specify on what kind of service so I went ahead and booked an appointment. The day of the appointment I was on time I entered Lyly's studio to begin my service. Lyla asked to look at my lashes and she said "they're not long enough"and so I replied "they aren't long enough?" and then she goes on to say "oh no, they are" but she didn't seem confident in that response. It seems as if she just said that so that I would still do the service. As I was getting my lashes done, she continuously was getting calls/talking in the phone and watching TikTok's or Instagram reels on her phone, which I felt was kind of unprofessional, especially since this is a service we are trying to treat yourself and be in a more Zen environment . I understand there's a wait time getting a lash lift, but to be more respectful and professional towards your customer, the least you could do is put some headphones on or step out the room. That was something that really bothered me. Once my appointment was finally over, I showed Lyly a screenshot from her website saying 20% off new client and I asked her if I can use this towards my total. She goes on to say "oh no, that's only for lash extensions." but on her website It says nothing about the 20% being ONLY for last extensions, if that's the case then she needs to put that in the terms and conditions... overall, I don't recommend going here. I was very disappointed in the service.

Making sure to check in with us about the shape and length we wanted, and continued to check-in throughout the mani & pedi. The environment was clean and beautiful - IMO the atmosphere of a salon can add or take away from the spa experience and this space definitely elevated the enjoyment of our time @ Onyx Nail Bar! The massage chairs were comfy, new, and relaxing. Some massage chairs at salons are too aggressive or painful. These chairs were not that! They also have custom "table top" platforms that allow the mani to be done while in the chair getting the pedi done. Other salons I've visited just have a pillow. We walked feeling refreshed and grateful for not only the space and time we got to spend together but also the staff that really worked at making sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time while in their care. Very disappointing experience at Telfair Nails & Spa. I would not recommend this nails and Spa…read more I scheduled an appointment for my sister today at 11:00 AM specifically with Amy. When she arrived on time, she was told that Amy was busy and would be available in about 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, the staff informed her that Amy was still occupied and that the wait would be another 20-30 minutes. Instead of honoring the appointment that had been booked, the staff repeatedly encouraged her to switch to a different technician and tried to persuade her to get other services. If Amy was not available at the scheduled time, this should have been communicated in advance rather than after my sister arrived and had already waited. Making customers wait beyond their appointment time and then pressuring them to accept a different technician is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. Frustrated by the situation, my sister left without receiving any service. Appointments should mean something. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this salon.
