Spray lasted a day or so, the waxing ROUGH AF. I originally found her through Groupon. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

Very relaxing! We were going on a 3 week trip the next week so we left three weeks of treatments unused. When things slow down we will most likely go and get a membership! Take time to spoil yourself! It feels lighter. The more stress we can eliminate the better!

From the moment I walked into this boutique, I knew I had found something special…read more I stopped in briefly right before closing and was helped by Sasha, who immediately made me feel welcome and cared for. Both she and her mother are cancer survivors, and that shared understanding truly shows. As someone preparing to start chemotherapy, that kind of empathy meant more to me than I can put into words. Even though it was near closing time, Sasha took the time to talk with me, listen, and walk me through my options. She encouraged me to come back for a proper wig fitting so we would not have to rush. We also talked about eyebrow tinting, lash line enhancing, and lip blushing as ways to help keep some color and confidence during treatment. Nothing felt pushy or clinical. It simply felt human. Over the past few appointments, getting to know Sasha and her sister Francesca has been such a gift. They are warm, kind, and genuinely supportive people. This is not just a beauty studio. It feels like a safe space, especially during a really vulnerable time. And the services themselves are incredible. Francesca did my lip blushing, and while it can sting a bit, the end result was honestly great. She has such a steady hand and the end result was lips perfectly colored. Sasha did my brows and lash lines and was so meticulous, making sure everything was just right. It absolutely shows. This is not just a Yelp review for me. It is me acknowledging a moment of real care and kindness. I cannot recommend this boutique enough. If you are facing this kind of journey, this is a place you deserve to find.
